Was 2 hours from home and had a flat in Rock hill with the whole family in the car. Dropped in to Mr Tire while the kids played at a park. They had me driving away in about 12 minutes. That’s unheard of for a tire place. Greatly appreciate the quick service!

Ive been bringing my car here for the past 4 years. Its gone through a series of name changes and buyouts, but the service still remains excellent. Never have I felt like I was being fleeced and never have a I been sold anything that I didnt need. Mike, the manager, is honest and kind. He walked me through some tire options and didnt try to upsell me on anything.Mr. Tire will continue to get my business for as long as Im in town.

This location replaced a tire on my rental care, same day and with a tire that had to be ordered. Their quick service and response time to have a specialty tire was fantastic.

The special says 19.99, I booked my appointment and was confirmed 19.99, asked the man if he needs to know what kind of car I have, he said no and that yes it would be the 19.99 price.When I get there it’s $40 instead because my car needs 2 additional bottles of oil!That’s why you confirm what kind of vehicle when pricing to customers.$40 is still go deal, but that’s not the point!Bad customer service!He says, “if you don’t want it done, I can take the car down! that’s fine!“super rude!Calling corporate ASAP!

It was ok, they gave us 3 different quotes, was more expensive than 1st expected. Took longer than they said. But was cleaning and they were friendly.

If I could give these guys a negative star, I would. My 1st visit and my last. Stopped in for the advertised $21.99 oil change special, and left paying $33.57. What an advertising ploy. When I asked about the difference, I was told it was due to taxes ($2.04), disposal fees ($2.90), and the extra 0.5 quarts of oil my vehicle required beyond the special ($2.50). I was also charged a shop supply fee of $4.03. Not good business in my opinion. They also told me I desperately needed front struts and quoted the individual assemblies at $298.60. My quick search on Rockauto revealed a price of $98 for the same assemblies. Price gouge much? The tech also was nice enough to push the auxiliary lighting on the front of my vehicle out of alignment free of charge. As a person that normally does his own maintenance, this just reminded me why its better to do it yourself. Thanks for the reeducation Mr. Tire.

You can definitely trust this place - Ive had 2 wonderful recent experiences. I was in need of new tires/oil change during my first visit and had my check engine light on during my second visit. Ryan, the Store Manager, is super friendly, helpful, and reliable. He even dropped me off at my office (close by) one morning because he had a few moments. Ryan is also extremely knowledgeable - explaining everything so you can understand - and his recommendations are honest and beneficial. Pricing was more than reasonable, only charging for what was necessary. I will certainly be back!

Overcharged for labor based on actual time by technician for replacing a rear leg stud. Requested to be charged an appropriate amount, which should have been 0.5 hours and was refused saying they didnt have authority. Requested they make a call to get permission and they refused to do so.

Came in for a quick oil change and was absolutely blown away by the great customer service and willingness to help by everyone at Tread Quarters. Chip and Ryan upfront went above and beyond to listen to my needs and to get me seen and serviced asap during lunch time! Very friendly /clean environment/ waiting area, where I sat and watched my car being serviced and I greatly appreciate the two mechanics (Mikes) working hard and actually saw them working together on my car to get it done faster! Wonderful experience at Mr. Tire yesterday. Our family was driving down to visit relatives in SC for the holidays and had an issue with one of our wheels. This was my first time doing business with Tread Quarters on Celanese, and I will be back. Johnny was terrific. In addition to having a pleasant personality, he’s vastly knowledgeable about vehicles. He patiently explained what carbon filters were, in addition to all of my other questions about” how long do I wait,”etc. From a business perspective, I like how Tread Quarters gives customers a checklist of what all they’re going to do/inspect, as well as cost estimate, prior to working on the vehicle. Not all automotive/tire establishments do that. Tread Quarters appears to have an orderly, organized, and concise way of running their business. I will take my vehicles to them from now on!

My mom went into to Mr Tire to have someone check her breaks. The gentleman told her the brakes were fine and all she needed was brake fluid. THANK YOU for being honest!

Ryan is the best sales manager ever. He took the time to show me what was wrong with my car and the work is always done with no worrys that not adding on other work that is not needed. The mechanic was also great and made sure that did repair correctly. I would rather wait longer for car to be finished than to have repair just halve way done correctly. As soon as I walked in I was greeted. I informed them that one of my tires was leaking air and that I could not locate the leak. Within minutes they found the leak and had given me quotes that were comparable to Gerald’s or Walmart. I was even helped on getting a discount with the Drive Card. Due to their professionalism, quick service, low price, and the fact they are open Sundays until 5pm, I recommend 5 stars. I appreciate the help.

We were here about a week ago to have the windshield wipers replaced and we were in and out before we knew it. Ryan was very attentive and took care of us immediately. This is one reason we take all of our cars personal and business here for maintenance. We have always been taken care of promptly and treated fairly. Also about 3 weeks ago we rotated dropping of 2 cars to have routine maintenance done on a Saturday and to my surprise they were done very quickly. We will be dropping my car off today to have the breaks replaced, I’m sure we will be treated with same professionalism and courtesy as every other time we’ve been in there. Ryan and his employees are like family. My husband and I bring both of our cars here, and they are always honest about the work that needs to be done. My car is older and needs a bit of work, but Ryan reassured that everything would work out fine and even took the time to help us prioritize the list of things to get done. There arent many honest, genuine, friendly and affordable auto service centers in Rock Hill, but Treadquarters is definitely the needle in the haystack.

Brought my new Sonic in to have the tires balanced after it had the tires rotated (but not balanced under warranty) at Burns Chevy. I explained that I had a flat and the dealership would not patch the tire properly. My tires were perfectly balanced and the one tire was patched correctly. I was thrilled there was no charge for the patch being a first time customer. I have been a Service manager for 25 years and this is the best customer service I have ever received from a tire store. Upon further review of what I was charged, I felt like I was double charged for supplies and unnecessary fees. I was charged for recycle fees for oil, then there was another charge for waste and recycling. I was charged for the oil change and an additional quart of oil and additionally for the oil filter. Then I was also charged for misc supplies. In my opinion, the cost of the oil filter is part of the oil change. I understand having to charge for the additional quart of oil. However, to be quoted that my oil change would cost $51, and then charged $77 was ridiculous. I will never return.

This place literally saved me! The brakes went out in my vehicle and I had no choice but to pull in to their lot. They were amazing at taking us in a timely manner. They explained everything in terms that were easy to understand. Upon finding another issue with the brakes, they worked with us financially and gave up their own time to fix the issue. I appreciate all of the hard work and effort that went into fixing our car!

Came in to get tire leak fixed, or at least what I thought was a tire leak. All tires were just a little low, and they were honest about it and filled them with air and didn’t charge me. Some places would take advantage of opportunity to get extra money, but they didn’t here and I really am appreciative of that. They were very nice and got me in and out. Will definitely come here in future!

Called on Saturday (12/1) looking for a set of specific brand of tires (big M), Ryan suggested Yokohamas with a n equal tread rear rating, I said well try them, picked up the car late Saturday afternoon and headed, in the pouring rain, off to Columbia the tires were fenominal with no issues whatsoever, believe me Im very picky. Awesome job and great suggestion on the brand!

I came in yesterday during a rain storm because my windshield wiper wasnt working. Even though I had no appointment they took a look at my car right away. Less than 15 minutes later I was on my way. Jon the manager explained the problem and gave me options without trying to pressure me into a more expensive service.
