How does this look like a good quality pedicure? Unbelievable. I could have done a better job myself🤦🏼‍♀️

I had the most amazing experience ever! I recommend this place to absolutely everyone.-everything was clean and sanitary-short/no waiting period-kind, patient, experienced, and professional nail technicians-beautiful and high quality design (ombre done with dipping powder)-large variety of the color selection-will do any design- and will take their time to make sure it is perfectly done-can match a picture almost exactly-the full manicure and pedicure services were provided- not just painting and filing/ cutting like at many other places. They cut the cuticles, filed and buffed, used the scrub, used lotion, used warm towels, provided a massage, and even had the cuticle oil at the end.-relaxing and comfortable-reasonably priced- especially for the amazing results-they asked to make sure that I was happy with the color and shape and were so patient to help me select an alternative color when I wasnt sure I liked the first one I choseI cannot find anything negative to say about this place!! I love it and already cant wait for my next visit :)

I am soooo disappointed. I have been coming here for years. Yesterday I had the WORST pedicure. The salon looked dingy and dirty and I was literally SWARMED by flies the entire time I was there. Sad to say that was my last appointment.

All I got to say is make sure they understand you and you watch what they doing, they literally messed up my toe nails, ALL OF THEM! Now I have to spend more money going to get acrylics on my toes at another place because they messed up so bad after $100. I’m literally crying because I truly had nice toes now they look soooo bad

I’ve been coming to get my nails done at this salon for years and this one worker, Michelle is very rude. I was getting my dip powder removed and she wanted to use the drill bit which was burning me. I asked could she use the file like they normally do to remove the powder after sitting with the foil to break down the powder. This woman had a fit and told me they always use the drill. I told her that they did not and this isn’t my first time getting dip powder. So she is going on and on being rude with no type of customer service skills. She then blurts out, “oh my God!” That was it, I told her to take the rest of the dissolved powder off and I’ll go elsewhere. I had my nieces with me and I didn’t want to ruin them getting their nails finished, But I will never step foot into this salon again!! Rude!!!!

I drive past 15 other nail salons to get to Young Nails. That is just how awesome they are.

They got me an appointment on short notice, did a good job, and have good prices. My gel manicure also included paraffin wax at the end!

I got the dip powder nails done its so nice because it strengthens your real nails raither than ripping off layers of your nails like acrylics do.I was in yesterday evening and somehow when I woke up this morning one of my nails was cracked. I called them up and they made me an appointment to come in after I got out of work today.The nail Technician was so nice about fixing my nail and insisted it was no charge when I tried to pay.They do a beautiful job and are always very kind and accommodating when ever I go in for a manicure or pedicure.

Wow! I loves the atmosphere the customer service there! I have suggested if you want to have your own nails looking flawless go there they do dipping on the nails! I had my nails and feet done by young lady names AMBER! AWSOME!!

I had an awesome experience! Never before have I gone to a nail salon and the people working there were nice. My technician was very gentle, pleasant and detailed. Quality work with quality service. Not rushed at all. Im definitely going back!

Got a manicure that started chipping the SAME day, by two days later there were giant chips on every single nail. I went back to ask them to re-paint them and they told me that since I got a regular manicure that this was “normal because we use our hands”. I’ve been getting manicures for 15 years, and this has never happened, they usually last a week! They told me if they re-painted my nails with regular nail polish it would just happen again and suggested I get the more expensive gel or dip. Disappointed!

Definitely the best nail salon! Dipping is only $33 with $10 for ombre or extensions. You also get a back and hand massage, scrub and hot wax. Great job and very gentle.

Manicure was the worst, she didnt do a great job she was constantly getting distracted and not paying attention to do my nails.

I come here every month for dip nails and pedicure and have never been disappointed. They are professionals and have a huge variety of colors to choose from.

I brought my younger sister in to get tips and dip powder. Toby did an amazing job! They look so nice and the service was above and beyond. So many extra services too, they offered a massage and did a paraffin wax dip. Definitely visit for amazing service!

This is a great place to get your nails done. Its clean. Its well ventilated. And the employees are all very nice. The massage chairs work great. They offer nice, responsibly priced, specials for manicures and pedicures. My pedicures last about a month. They offer eyebrow waxing and massages also! Great place for young ones to get their nails painted and its only $5!

I feel in love my first visit

I had Dip nails done at Young Nails for the first time a few months ago and I LOVED them. They do a fantastic job. They really pamper you the whole time too with wax dip and shoulder massages. Ive had some great pedicures here too. It has become my favorite nail salon. Even though they are very well staffed it can get really busy so I suggest calling ahead or trying to go on off hours.

I love my dip nails. They are pretty and holding up well. They give you a little back massage and dip your hands in hot wax as part of the service. The staff is friendly.

Nails came off in two days

This place is absolutely amazing! And after trying quite a few in the area, they are truly one of the only nail salons who know how to actually do dip powder correctly. So many other salons try to cut Corners by using a gel top coat, and thats just not the point of dip powder.Absolutely every Nail Tech is great, its the first time Ive ever repeatedly gone somewhere and never worried about who I would get. However, Toby does the most perfect shape for coffin nails which i like occasionally, and May or Ada are my go-tos! My dip powder is always amazing & no design is ever a no.I love this place, best in Rochester without question.

This is hands down, the best nail salon in Rochester. I went in to get the dip nail manicure, and they were expertly done. I wanted a look that was sheer, and translucent, and they turned out exactly as I had hoped! The staff is friendly and accommodating, and the salon is clean and well maintained. I also brought in my five year old daughter to get her nails painted, and she had a wonderful time. The best part is the free paraffin wax, and the shoulder massage. Highly recommended!

Today I stopped in for the Spa Pedi. This was my first time in this shop, it was spacious, clean and looked nice. I was promptly attended to, showed my color options and then promptly ushered to a massage chair where I sat for the most relaxing pedicure Ive ever had in my life. Wonda soaked, scrubbed, and exfoliated my lower legs and feet and gave me a great deep tissue massage. I had ingrown nails from tight fitting shoes and my tech was able to quickly and painlessly fix that. The chair was great as well, and I found myself dozing off in total relaxation for the hour I was there. After my nails were filed, shaped and painted, I received an additional back and neck massage from my tech. My total for the service today was $60, which I happily paid for such excellent work, as well as the hour of total relaxation my tech provided me. Will definitely be coming back!

I am extremely picky about my nails, I read good review about these guys so I gave them a try. I went in sort of late (around 6:30) and Ivy immediately helped me, I got the Spa Pedicure + Gel nail package and It was the best ive ever gotten. Ivy did an amazing job on my nails! I will definitely be going back here!

I went as a walk in and I was able to get in right away, the nail tech Kimi did a wonderful job! Very professional and nice! Got a neck massage, dip powder, and paraffin wax on my hands all for a reasonable price!

This is my favorite nail place in Rochester. They are great people that always do an amazing job!! The dip nail lasts until you have to go back because your nails grew- which is 2+ weeks!

I went there first time ever. I hate to give a bad review because the technician was very kind almost overly kind in a good way. However not sure Ill be getting a pedicure in the future. The worker got a lil to rough with my arches. It resulted in broken skin and possible infection. Im not going to say what her explanation was for the problem that occurred. However if you go here make sure you speak up if theyre being to rough. And also make sure they use fresh tools.

Although the technician seemed to rush a bit, she didnt skip a step, she even included a hot rock (as well as regular) massage. The service is always quality and you can’t beat the prices. They keep up with all the nail trends and offer a huge variety of services and nail products. They are open 7 days a week and have tons of spas and nail stations so It’s never a long wait.

They do a great job when they have nail techs who know how to do more then just dipping powder.

This is my new favorite nail place! It is so big and extremely clean with a crazy pyramid of polish choices, all organized by color. Its an OCD dream. The people are so sweet and while your nails are drying they even give you a quick neck/shoulders massage. Great prices and they even have a rewards system. I wont be going anywhere else but here now!

Omg I just had the best experience here at Young nail and spa. I was reluctant to come because of some of the bad reviews. I came in and was greeted with a smile I picked the callous pedicure for 45. WENDY the women that took care of me was gentle and did a great job at removing my callouses. I came in at 9:45 a.m and am just leaving now at 10:30 wow... The place is clean quiet and very up to date. PLEASE dont hesitate to come here I will definitely come back.Thanks WENDY for a WONDERFUL JOB.

I made an appointment for 3 gel pedicures. Arrived and looked at the price sign I knew that gel would cost a little more. Sat down and then told gel was 15 more than pedicure which was 35. So 50 for a gel pedicure. I went to choose a non gel color. Most of the nail polish is gel. So I found a color say down again. Then told it will be an additional 10 to take off the gel I have on but if I want to do gel polish its free. Total scam

This pains me because this used to be my FAVORITE nail salon. I have been a regular there for almost 4 years. However, I have had a lot of trouble with their gel manis lately. They have been bubbling or peeling within a couple of days after getting the mani. I went back over the weekend to have the mani I received last week fixed. I will say I was impressed they fixed it free of charge. However, it is peeling again! I wont be back because it is just too much of a time constraint having to constantly return so they can fix the work.

Went to have a pedicure. Charge me $15 dollars extra to take gel polish off. Previously cost me $45 dollars to have gel put on my toe nails. The person who did my nails did not even get all of the gel polish off. He left spots of gel on my toes and then painted over them. Can still see the left over polish on my toes. I don’t know about this place.

I walked in with my husband and requested a gel mani/pedi for me and a pedi for him. They took us to the pedi chair and left me soaking for 20-25 mins. People walked in after me and had their pedis completed before me. I didn’t have enough time for the mani due to the length of time I sat with no service. Also, it took 3 different people to complete a pedi. Poorly managed. Now I have to go elsewhere to get a mani. Complete waste of time.

Large salon, exceptionally clean with great customer service..... Manicures include a paraffin wax treatment and I love the shoulder massage while my nails are drying.Also, the salon is open on Sundays!

They told us it’d be a 30 minute wait. After an hour and a half we left. Pro tip: lie about having an appointment and they’ll seat you next.

Gell manicure was not done right. Color disolved at the last step when cleaning top shine. I asked for color change but my nails were scraped too thin during manicure. Not sure young nail Tech had a license to practice. Wasted an entire hour in that place.

Just had the best experience with Wendy I only had 45 minutes before my dr appointment and she got me in and out in time with a fabulous pedicure, I am definitely coming back!

I walk in..none of the ladies greeted me!!! They were going back and forth about who was gonna take care of me!!! Didnt really a lot of Yellows to choose from.. And the overall job on my nails was horrible!!! I will never waste my gas to go their ever again Ill stick to who I know😠

So, I loved my pedicures here, well worth the cost however the last two times Ive had very bad experiences with gel manicures. Unfortunately it was with the same male technician, he is rough and doesnt really listen. My last visit he didnt bother to soak the previous gel polish off instead just sanded it off, leaving my nail bed very thin. I wasnt going to go back however two of my friends are in town and wanted mani-pedis and suggested that place. So we went I cross my fingers that I wouldnt get the same guy, but I did. Again the pedicure was great, the hot stone massage is a nice touch. During my manicure he literally snipped chunk of my skin and cutical it started bleeding bad. Didnt offer me a Band-Aid just kept going he apologized and then when he noticed it was still bleeding at the end he apologized again. They didnt offer to compensate me it didnt do anything I dont think Ill ever go back even for a pedicure.

They have ample staff! And you get a mini massage with your service!

I paid $30 for a fill.... I often pay that for a full set. Its been one week since I had them done and I had to take the polish off because it looked so awful I couldnt stand it. The gold nails were chipping and the white ones were getting discolored. Never in my life have I had something like that happen before and it started just 3 days after I got them done. Never again!

Great service but for me to have spent $45 on my nails they should have lasted longer than a couple day, my nails started to pop off within four days and was off by day seven(no serious activities). I got them done Nov 30th and they started to come off around Dec 5th, The quality of my nails were very poor but I can say the way I was handled was more than satisfying.

I paid $25 for a rushed pedicure he didnt even let my feet soak or scrape them. then he rubbed my legs with a cold stones and cold towel. Arent they supposed to be warm? It was very unpleasant. It took a total of 8 min not nearly long enough My friend asked for a second coat of polish and he gave her a attitude and still didnt cover the whole nail in polish I will never go back not worth it they have no clue what they are doing.

I got my nails done friday night and it already looks like i need a fill and paid $60 im very disappointed cause before i went there i read all this good reviews and thought they was good but there not i want my nails fixed but scared there gonna mess them up again

I got a gel manicure yesterday for $30 that I could have done in my own house for free and I have no experience with nails!! My boyfriend decided to try a pedicure since his feet are messy from army boots. THEY TORE HIS FEET UP!!! His feet are bleeding today and there are sores all over his feet and he can hardy walk on them!! It cost us $95 to end up with crappy nails and sores on his feet! NEVER again!!!
