Im literally writing this as im in the chair! When I say this is the best pedicure experience I’ve had in Rochester as a whole. From the moment you walk in they set you up with nice warm water, they set up the massage chairs for you and the pedicure is amazing! Not to mention gel polish is only 35$! Definitely recommend this place to legit anyone.

I have been going to Tops Nails since they first open. It’s a family business and they are very professional and kinda . They make you feel welcome so if you’re looking for great place to relax get a pedicure and a manicure. This is the place to go. May God continue to bless Mr. Frank & Mrs. Ann

Baby this is my spot,so far the only thing I didnt like is when he seen my nail lifting he glued it back instead of the usual clipping it with a nail file and shaping it back up with acrylic. Other than that this place is official.

Only place I deal with

Its a nice family of 3 that works and owns the place, they dont have any other stylists there. The husband is the best person for nails and their young daughter is the best person for a pedicure. However I went in and made the mistake of having the wife do my nails because the husband had one client. She told me her name but I forgot it. She did my feet pretty good but refused to fix one of my big toe nails after SHE messed it up when she tried to clean around the edges. She was rushing through my full set even though there was literally only one other person in the shop., so I had to keep telling her to fix things. Im definitely going back but now I know to only let the other two do my nails.

I wish I could give zero stars me and my mom took my 4 year old daughter in the nail salon to get her toe nails painted and instantly the older Chinese lady told us no she won’t do that and that she was busy for today even tho it was one lady in there that was getting her nails done. She was very rude I won’t be going back there no more.

I have been a customer on a bi-weekly basis for over 5 years! CLEARLY the best nail salon in Rochester! Family owned and operated, they are all great! Manicures, pedicures, acrylics, gel nails, you name it, they do it and do it well, all for a great price.

I have been getting my nails done here years, Frank, Ann and Helen are wonderful. Walk ins are welcome, but on the weekends you are better off calling for an appointment.

Great salon! The guy there was very nice. I am a very indecisive person and changed my mind about 5 times and he was great about it. They fit me in last minute and my mani pedi came out wonderful! Definitely recommend and will definitely be coming back.

The only good thing about this place was that its open at 10 am. Other than that, the younger man who was working in salon was rude from the start. Insulted me at every opportunity. Very uncomfortable and would never go back or recommend this place to anyone.
