Aside from the owners being very friendly and accommodating, I’m sad to say that this place I’ve gone to for years has took a sharp nose dive in quality of work as well as the quality of products used. The last 4 dip manicures were disappointingly rushed, too thick, looked like press ons, lumpy and misshaped.

I asked to have an overlay over my long real nails and she cut my real nails off. No understanding. Then I wanted the acrylics to be oval shaped like my real nails and they are bulky and curved under. Went back a week later after noticing at the nail beds it’s grown all the way out and turning colors. The male manager was rude and turned me away in front of another client. I didn’t want to speak in front of the other client but he wouldn’t speak privately. I remained respectful as he showed no interest in correcting the issue.

So I went in for a full set Hannah was very nice but 3 of my nails fell off and she never touched my cuticle one of the worst full sets I’ve ever received 😭and I paid $50 when I could’ve just done them myself

The people are very friendly! Great service all around.I walked in and they had me taken care of right away with a gel manicure and pedicure. Ive never seen my hands and feet so fresh 😍 of course this is my first and definitely will not be my last!Thank you!

Excellent customer service, my mom & I were only there for half an hour. My nail tech took her time & my nails came out PERFECT. HIGHLY recommend this place!

On March 31st, myself, and 3 other adults, and 2 young ones, visited here to get our nails done. I got a natural nail manicure and a pedicure. One of the other adults also got a pedicure. She and the other 2 got sculptured nails. We did not like the service. It was the quickest pedicure and manicure that I have ever had. I received a 1 minute message with some kind of cold foot scrub. Once I got to the manicure table she was in such a rush to have me pay that she go the payment wrong and the salon manager who overheard our discussion, had to come over and re-ring the transaction. She destroyed my cuticles. They are still peeling 😡. Speaking of cuticles, I actually had to ask for cuticle oil on my toenails and my finger nails. Every day since then, I have to cut away skin from around my nails and apply some really good moisturizing lotion or cuticle oil, trying to heel my skin. Will never go there again.

Over all enjoyed my experience. made a appointment and 15 minutes early and got right in. showed them a picture i found on pinterest ( shown) and they said they could do it. they put the nails on and the shape and length is exactly what i wanted. theyre great nails. when it came to the design the woman i had tried her best but they came out less than expected. my best friend also went with me she asked for stars they said they could until the time came to design and they told her they couldnt.Overall a great place if you want a simple design or no design at all very cheap prices ( $40 for a full set). but if you go looking for a fun design above average choose somewhere else ( ive attached a picture of my nails also

I love your customer service everyone was so polite I like the clean environment peaceful atmosphere I would definitely share with my family and friends. So everyone if you are looking for a nice clean place to feel relax and have great customer service then I recommend Kim’s. I am very please with their work. Get job.

Pedicure was good. Woman who did my acrylics did not cut down my cuticles and did not put the acrylic all the way to my cuticles so my nails already looked grown out the second I walked out of the shop.

Exactly what I wanted! I had been going somewhere else for quite a while and was just never satisfied with the shape of my acrylics, and paid a little more, too. I wish they had a little wider of a color selection but other than that, I am super happy!

I went to get a pedicure about 1.5 months ago and had the worst experience ever, I left my toe was in pain. 3 days later I knew I had a infection. I went to after hours and they had to give me antibiotics(due to cellulitis), still to this day I have had constant pain and the infection is not gone. I have had countless Dr appointments that I have had to pay at my expense due to the unsanitary environment. When I initially called to complain about the experience and let them Know that my toe was infected The owner Kim answered the phone I asked to speak to a manager and she tried to say they were in that day... But I was talking to the owner.. overall horrible experience and I will never go back again.

Poor experience last night as I had a mani pedi that was completely unprofessional. Technicians loudly conversing and laughing with each other as clients try to enjoy pedicures. At one point, techs sat in pedicure chairs and continued to converse and joke between staff. My tech rushed, did a mediocre job, and actually answered her phone and proceeded to have a conversation while I sat waiting for her to finish my nails! Owners need to clean up the staff and the place! I will not return.

Kim and Tom run a very professional business where you will be pampered while receiving a high quality service. Ive always felt comfortable and at home here, no matter who Im working with!

Took my fiancé and her sister after shopping. They where able to get her right in. But the lady rushed the entire way through. Her nails werent filed down and lady didnt listen to my Fiancés wants. She didnt want gel and got gel anyways. After countless reasons for frustration my fiancé gave up due to the ladys attitude. Will never return.

Owners are conscientious and the place is clean! Consistent nail results. Love it!!
