The place is cute and the staff is friendly. I got the phenom polish manicure that was supposed to last 10-15 days. It was peeling at day 7. Know ahead tip...face masks are required.

Jessica and Chelsea were both so nice and welcoming. This was my first ever manicure and it certainly wont be the last! Jessica did a beautiful job on my abstract Spring nails and was really great about checking in with me on ideas, colors, adding foil, and making sure I liked the results. Will definitely be back :). Bonus points for cute dog and beautiful location/decor.

I had a spa manicure and pedicure by Jessica. She did an amazing job! And so friendly! It was my first time but I felt like I had known her forever! The decor was so cute and the atmosphere was so relaxing. Her attention to detail was on point! Loved how it didnt smell like a normal nail salon especially since im 6 months pregnant. Loved this hidden little place, there is parking behind the building. Its more like going to a friends house to hang out and be pampered than a salon, very comfortable and relaxing. Very friendly staff, we were offered water or a glass if wine during our visit. Had a wonderful gel manicure with awesome mixed scrub for the hands. Left my hands so soft! Give this place a try!

I have been telling everyone to go to Pure Sole Nails! I don’t know where to start! The location is perfect, the space is gorgeous, the service is stellar, the staff is kind and my nails look pretty and they’re healthy too! This is PERFECT for vegans, but you don’t have to be a vegan to enjoy this salon. Make your appointment in advance, Jessica fill up quickly, I wouldn’t rely on walking in if I were you.

It pains me to write this because I really love this salon, and I think they do great nails, but I think they need to revisit some of their customer service policies.A couple weeks ago I made an appointment but accidentally wrote the time down wrong in my calendar. I had the appointment written down for noon, but it was actually for 11. Of course they sent a confirmation email, but that went to the wrong gmail folder, so I didnt see it. Therefore I accidentally missed my appointment, and I didnt realize until they called at 11:20ish.I apologized profusely and explained it was simple human error. I also immediately tried to rectify the situation by offering to book another appointment that very day, since the person I was scheduled with had other availability. Instead I was told they had to charge me the full amount for my missed appointment, but that I was free to schedule an appointment within a week, and they would offer me 1/2 off the same service. The woman literally had no interest in hearing my explanation or working with me, then informed me that she would have the owner call later.When I did speak to the owner (manager?) he told me there was no way they could make an exception to their policy because they need to pay their employees a living wage. Look I completely understand that - I also own a business - but I was offering to make another appointment THAT VERY DAY with the same employee. Then he attempted to badger me into making a second appointment with the 50% reduction. Like like it was doing me a favor. Um, what?! This sounds like a scam to make extra money! Ive never experienced anything like this, and they are behaving as if their services are so in demand people are waiting months for an appointment. Please.Im by no means a regular, and Im not expecting special treatment, but Ive booked several times in one year and have recommended numerous others, plus I tip generously each time, and I feel they could at least extend a little empathy for an accidental scheduling mishap. Am I in the wrong?I also understand they need to protect their business, and that this was my mistake, but after their hardline approach theyve lost me as a customer. I also had a pedicure scheduled for my husband this week, but I cancelled that as well. Super disappointed as no other salon in Rochester offers non-toxic nails, but if you do book an appointment Arielle does a phenomenal job and is a complete joy to work with!
