Great experience, they should only accept cash and make that clear. I am visiting from out of town and wanted to pay with my credit card, and they made it clear they wouldnt do that. Otherwise, great service and our nails looked great.

They were rude, overpriced, took people without appointments before our appointments, made racially insensitive comments, charged more than we were told we would be on the phone prior, told one of us they could do a design and told another no, asked us where we went to college and didn’t give us a student discount, and one yelled at their children in front of the customers. Worst manicure I’ve ever had in my life! Not at all what I wanted and just look sloppy! They also reuse the acetone; after she was done shaping the white polish on my french manicure she pored the murky white acetone back into the big bottle of acetone! Yuck!

This place was recommended by a friend. I came here to get a french tip pedicure, which I usually do myself but cant anymore because of my pregnant belly getting in the way. Nice staff, great massage chairs for pedicure, and nice hot stone massage included in the pedicure. I wasnt able to get my pedicurist to get the right temperature of the water (first it was too hot, then I asked for it to be a little cooler and she made it too cold, then I said it was too cold and she acknowledged me but didnt change the temperature, then I said it again and she pretty much ignored me.), and I also couldnt get her to trim my nails shorter, and I couldnt really get her to straighten or shorten the width of the French tip... not sure if this was just a language barrier thing or not. The French tips were also kind of uneven and I could do a much better job if I could reach my feet (picture shown, pls excuse my swollen sausage toes). Also I listed the prices in another photo, all of which are quite competitive. If I were to come here again I would probably just do a solid color next time. French tip is too variable at pretty much every place Ive been!

Nicole does a great job on my nails but I do find calling to be difficult because there is a language barrier and there is not a lot of customer service because of it. But if youre not in a hurry and you can get beyond that when making a phone call this is a great place to get your nails done

Linda did an amazing job, a little more than I would usually pay for a fill, but totally worth it. Even came in with a nail half broken off and she built it up beautifully that you wouldn’t even know it had been broken. Also very gentle and attentive. Asked my opinion and made sure I was happy with them before she moved on to the next step. Definitely my go to nail place now!

My favorite place to go and so glad they’re open.I felt very comfortable getting a pedicure here. Everyone is wearing masks, plus there’s a plexiglass barrier between customer and staff.Head over there and support our local small businesses.

I discovered this place because it just so happened to be next to my gym and I needed a nail salon ASAP.I was welcomed right in and asked to pick a color and waited only about 2 minutes on a busy day. I asked them for a simple design they did very well on.They offer acrylic nails (hard to find these days) and do an amazing job as my nails Ive gotten done there twice now have lasted longer than 3 weeks.What I really like about them though is they are very American/English friendly - super knowledgeable - and quick.Lastly, Ive also gotten a pedicure they did a great job on too.

I came here for a pedicure. I have no complaints towards the tech that did it, but the tools were NOT CLEAN! I came for pretty feet and ended up with nasty foot fungus! I am extremely disappointed and DISGUSTED to say the least. There are also some unprofessional techs working here. The tech doing the person next to me decided to answer a phone call mid pedicure.. on speakerphone.. and yell at her kid for 10 minutes! People come to nail spas for relaxing treatments, not to listen to people yell on the phone. If you have a phone call, excuse yourself.

When it comes to getting a manicure or pedicure at a spa, it should always be a sanitary, relaxing, and enjoyable experience. Sadly, this place is not an actual spa. It is the McDonalds of manicures/pedicures. I had no idea what they were saying, they were often rushing, and they paid less attention to my hands and more attention to the other employees. I should have walked out of there the moment I realized they never reminded me to wash my hands. As they say, you get what you pay for. Although I give them an extra star for not ignoring me completely [not to forget that it could have also been the employees mood or a busy time of the day], I did not tip them at all. From now on, I am sticking to my local Spa.

All are very competent and attentive to their customers - if youre planning on a weekend visit, its a good idea to make an appt., otherwise you can just walk in - LOVE the massage chairs, and they also do a hot stone massage as part of the pedicure. Prices are reasonable, and having tried other places, I still prefer giving them my business.

Came to this salon because it was just the closest at the time, but not gonna come back. The lady who did my nails cut 5 of my fingers with the electric files, one of which bled excessively for a couple minutes.. afterwards she had me hold a paper towel on it while she continued with the rest of my nails. I get accidents happen but it was just unsanitary and unprofessional. She also had a weird obsession with my hands and kept looking and touching them after she was finished. She was very nice and forgiving but it just isn’t something I’d want to go back to!

I was in Rochester for work and had some time so I stopped in. Mary gives an amazing pedicure and the hot stone rub was a wonderful surprise. Will definitely be back next time I am in the area.
