Went for the first time tonight, Saturday, around 7pm. Not too busy which was great. Very clean place and the woman who helped me was awesome. She clocked me walking in looking lost and made sure I felt comfortable. Pointed out the perfect size washer I needed to use, helped me with the card and loading it, then helped me choose the right dryer. Couldnt have been nicer, I very much appreciated that. Highly recommend.

Very efficient machines in a clean and well maintained facility. The attendants are always friendly too which makes for a overall pleasant experience. My go to laundry mat.

First time inside this laundry center...the attendant was nice. They have machines where patrons can create a laundry card that is funded by either a credit or debit card. Machines are clean, operate well, and dryers work well, too. Location is south of Walgreens on 108. Open until midnight, which is helpful.Update: I have been here a few times now and the times for being busy (on Google) are not exactly accurate. Tonight I attempted to go around 7:45 pm and could not get onto the parking lot, it is Wednesday. It seems to be busy up through 10 pm, at least that has been my experience.

Its always really clean. The ladies arent the friendliest of people at first but they warm up to you and end up being super nice. Overall if I had to pick anywhere in rochester to do my laundry it would be here.

Very clean and a good variety of machines. The staff is wiping down all surfaces all the time. Vending machine have soaps and dryer sheets as well as Oxi Clean. There is also a snack machine with soda, chips and candy.

I want to give a higher score but they had to shorting there hrs of service, for reasons most understand. They do have a rest room but you have to ask for it to be unlocked every time. It is always clean.

Clean, clean clean! The place is spotless! I like to use their drop off/pick up service. I started this when I was in cancer treatment. They supply the detergent and softener, and when I worked it out, I wasnt spending much more than I would if I did it myself. The staff are wonderful! I dont know what Ill do if I ever move out of Rochester!

Prices are a little steep but very clean.

The employee who assisted me in putting money onto my laundry card was very kind and helpful. All machines I used were very clean, and everyone respected everyones space while folding laundry. Ive always had my own washer dryer and thought I would hate coming here, but I deffinatley give it a 5 out of 5 ! Thanks Varneys !

I love this laundry mat. Ive been coming to this particular location since I was kid. It has changed a great deal since then ... from a 4 to a 10.The management is amazing here ... I screwed up where I put the detergent... detergent in the fabric softner... talk about a fail. The management fixed my problem within 1 minute. It was very impressive and she saved my laundry from me trying to run another load!! I still love this place. I highly recommend this as the best place to do laundry in Rochester!

The is absolutely the cleanest most comfortablest laundromat I have ever been to. Staff is very helpful and welcoming. Dryers so clean you can see your reflection inside. They even have a bathroom !!! and vending machines, reading material seating inside!!

Love that the card machine that you put the money on has the option to transfer money from a VisaCard or MasterCard onto the laundry card :)Varneys also has free wifi so you can also use the WiFi while your clothes are washing.

It has difference size washing machines with difference prices for the machines, you have to use a money card which you can load by cash or credit card in a money 😁 machine easy way to pay but you have to ask for someone to unlock the bathroom door 😂 😁.

I have been going to varneys laundry center for a short time now, and they have been nothing but great help especially having two kids. I want to thank everyone for there help. Janet is there most of the times I have go there and is a big help. I have also met the owner Jim and he is very kind and polite. I will not go to any other place to do my laundry, varneys is always clean, and well maintained.

The woman that works at Varneys Laundrymat was pushy and demanding. She told me what I could and couldnt do. I would never go back at all. I had 1 comforter and she said I had to wash it twice. The first time I paid $5 dollars and the second time I paid $9.50... She ripped me off and she should be fired. She wont leave anyone alone and she follows you wherever you go..I would tell everyone to stay away from there...
