Im not from here just passing through. Stop in here and was surprised to see this place. Its has to be one of if not the best laundry mat ever!! They have everything you need an atm, dollar exchange, and of course the coin machine. Very clean and plenty of room inside.

10/10 highly recommend. Absolutely fantastic place. Its beautiful and clean. The woman who works there is so friendly and considerate. It has everything you need, vending machines, TV, massage chair. Its the only place Ill go to for my laundry mat needs.

Immaculately clean, well-lit, and in a decent area. Very modern facility. Fast WiFi. My only complaint is that the outlets are not very accessible (especially those behind the rows of chairs) which made it hard to plug my laptop in. Bryan answered my questions thoroughly and enthusiastically on the phone.

This laundromat is fantastic. Clean and spacious. Washers and dryers of all sizes. Convenient cash to coin converters. $9.25 for the largest size washer and its done in 30 minutes! I washed and dried a comforter, I was in and out in about an hour.

Ive been to a number of laundromats around the city, and was finally satisfied going here! LOTS of washers and dryers to choose from, and my loads (usually 3-4 loads) get done quick! VERY CLEAN, very spacious, very open, enough seatingn, and if you dont want to stay there it is a safe place to leave if you want to go and come back for your clothes. We usually go to wegmans or restaurants in henrietta to get a bite to eat while its washing and drying. ATM on site and converts your money to quarters and dollar coins. Automatic door (push button) so youre not pulling it open and close while hauling your stuff in. Never not been able to get a rolling cart, there always seems to be enough, even on Sundays lol! Definitely recommend this place!

Absolutely the best laundromat in/around Rochester. I am so glad I found this place after being sorely disappointed by my old laundromat. Here, the machines are new and well-maintained, everything is very clean, and the clientele and staff are respectful. Mask policy is enforced - I even saw someone told they must wear one after trying to enter without it. This is wonderful. Again, so pleased I found this place!

Saw pictures and decided to drive extra 10 min from our original spot where we do laundry and was not disappointed. Sparking clean machines, toilet, and just the whole place in general. This is our new laundry spot from now on. Very good place. Gained new customer!

Was only there for a 40 minutes but such a great looking building, interior, and large machines for reasonable prices. For an emergency stop I cant recommend it enough!

I’ve been frequenting this laundromat for well over a year and I love it! It’s clean and cleaned thoroughly daily. The machines are all different sizes, and there are HUGE ones that can fit those 3 king size comforters and sheets. Bathrooms clean, machines always work, dryers dry your clothes completely, and the tables and carts are always wiped cleaned.

I stopped by around 5:00 today and I must say you’re very fortunate to have such an excellent associate working. She’s definitely “a keeper”.She was very pleasant / friendly and helpful in answering my questions.While my wife and I rarely need a laundromat, as we do our laundry at home, with the exception of the big things - we’ll be sure to recommend your laundromat to our friends and neighbors.

Very clean and neat, multiple change machines, an ATM and plenty of seating areas and televisions to pass the time. Machines seem to be in good working order and are on par price wise with everywhere else. As good an experience as you can have doing laundry.

I just want to say I came here a few times before and had such wonderful experiences ❤. But I am here today and I noticed a issue with 2 of the dryers I was using, the information I provided was not enough; which I understand but the worker Ryan Cooper (the name he gave me) gave me such a poor attitude. He made me feel as though I was trying to cheat him and at that point I didnt even want my money back. He need to be addressed and he need to show a better attitude when dealing with customers. I dont want to come back because I dont want to run into him again.

Never had any issues with machines eating coins or the coin machine not working. The hours are good for people that work days and nights. There are good choices for laundry sizes at a reasonable price. 5 stars...

This is a luxurious laundromat. The washer and dryers are very nice. There was a very nice and helpful woman walking around cleaning nearly the entire time I was there answering questions. My experience was wonderful. I don’t usually go to laundromats and this place took away all my anxiety. I ended paying $30 for 6 washers and 2 large dryers. I feel my money was very well spent. In and out within an hour and a half!

My washer broke down and I was looking for a great place to do laundry. My daughter loves coming to this laundry and so do I! Very clean, comfortable for children and parents.

This is the best laundromat I’ve been to yet. Air-conditioned. They thought of everything. Change machines have little coin buckets hanging on them for customer use. There are vending machines for snacks, drinks, and all manner of laundry supplies. Lots of seating, laundry folding tables, and rolling baskets. Always very clean. Excellent hours! The only thing I wish for is automatic doors when I try to carry too much at once. Really recommend this place even if there are lesser quality options closer to home. I pass by at least one other laundromat to come here.

The most beautiful laundromat Ive ever seen. This place is always spotless. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Tons of different sizes of machines to choose from. These people have thought of everything. I have found my forever laundromat!!

I have been doing laundry here for nearly a year, but today I came here to change money, and the machine spit out this Canadian 25cents, why? I cant imagine it!

They dont have single loaders but have triple loaders and all the way up to 8 loaders, I used a quadruple loader and 4 dryers and it usually cost me around $9, today it cost $11 there. First time going there. I passed up 7 laundromats to go to this one, I wasnt disappointed in the least. I will continue going there as all their machines actually work. I feel very safe at this one, unlike some by me in downtown Rochester.

What a diamond! This laundromat exceeds the definition of excellence! I am a traveler who works in various areas of the United States in nursing homes and hospitals; consequently, I have used many laundromats throughout the years.Who ever the owner is, thought of everything to please their patrons, meet their needs and exceed their expectations. This laundromat is shiney, as well as spic and span from ceiling to floor to walls as well as all machinery, folding tables and chairs. This gem boasts 33 washers and 57 dryers (that I quickly counted). All machines are clean and spotless with no spills, gunk, scuffs or rust. No machine was out of order!!! Signs are large with no ambiguity.There are four large televisions, amble seating and folding tables. There is an area for young children (see pic) with toys and a toy stand-up kitchen. There are also two comfy wicker chairs with cushions. As a mature adult with osteoporosis, the highlight of my visit was the massage chair (see pic). This chair reclines so every part of your back is not missed!!! There is well stocked vending machines for soda and snacks as well as two change machines and an ATM.The bathroom is spacious and just as clean and well maintained- it also has a baby changing table. Magazines are neatly kept in a magazine holder and not ripped and strewn about (see pic).This laundromat is located in a plaza that has a dry cleaners, Chinese restaurant, diner, Dollar General, meat market, barber shop and an Auto Zone.This is the place to go to wash and dry your laundry !!!Don’t go anywhere else, you won’t be disappointed!

Totally lives up to its name. It is the cleanest, nicest laundromat in the area. Lots of room to accommodate many customers without feeling crowded. Comfortable lounge areas to wait in. The machines are in excellent condition and the site is well maintained.We met one of the owners who was on site and they are invested in giving customers an excellent experience. Im never going back to my old laundromat.

Very very clean! Perfect place to wash clothes and spend some time reading magazines and relaxing. They also have wifi, kids area with cartoons, and a bathroom. I would definitely come back to this laundromat. A+

The workers don’t care about your clothes. They clean the lint trays right next to you when you have all your clothes on the table, and all the dust in the air just goes on your clean clothes. They spray the tables down and you get overspray on your clothes. No respect

So I messed up. I left my bag under a table and left without it. Realized as soon as I got home. My bf called and they immediately hopped on the security cameras ot watch my bag and sent us a pic to show it was there. The owners are just so freaking nice. The Laundromat is the cleanest in the city, I live downtown and commute every week just to use this one. A week or so ago I was there and someone broke the handicap button for the door off. I set it out of the way and called to let them know, and by the next time I came it was fixed perfectly. These guys dont mess around with their property, as Ive never even seen a machine down.

I highly recommend this place! It’s the cleanest laundromat I’ve ever experienced. The machines are brand new and there are huge ones for mega loads. There’s also an abundance of them, so you don’t have to worry about finding an open one to use. The common areas are well kept and comfortable as well, and there is free WiFi!

BEST LAUNDROMAT EVER!! This place is always so clean. The machines are all in working order and the addition of the 6 load washer is a lifesaver! They keep the TVs all running a different channel so you are bound to find something minorly interesting for the 90 min youre there. Washers are 26 min and they recommend you dry for about 34. Great folding tables if you want to do the whole thing there.

Cleanest laundromat Ive ever been to. All of the washers and dryers worked great and were well maintained. The whole store was also very clean. Also very reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend to anyone

Today was my 1st visit. While many other laundromats were full, they were not. It was very clean, had a nice kids area that held my 4 year old attention while my 13 yr old watched tv. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I rushed out and left a whole dryer full of sheets and blankets. They communicated promptly and gave great customer service. I will surely return.

I had the pleasure of using this laundromat for the first time today. I walked in and was stunned seeing how clean it was. I had never seen a laundromat look like that. Then I figured out why. In the couple hours that I was there i saw the attendant, a very sweet girl who stopped to help me with change and later to figure out the dryer, stood on a ladder to wash every window, sanitized everything in sight and then scrubbed the machines out with a tooth brush! This place is beautiful, has wonderful employees and although Ive heard they are more expensive than others, with the sizes of the machines and how clean my clothes got, Im positive that I saved money. I will NEVER go to another laundromat again!!

Staff member was rude to a guy who asked another customer what the sign read because its a no parking zone. He was trying to get in and out to do laundry. The lady customer was blocking the door. Also accused him of smoking and he wasnt smoking lol. Are people not able to ask other people questions..especially when he wasnt being rude..just stating the obvious. You lost my money must be hard running a business with that attitude..I will not be going back.

Very clean and they thought if everything... toys and a play area for the kids... wifi..a sitting area away from everything to just relax or read... plenty if places to plug in while you wait. Staff always on call... and its always spotless...just wish it wasnt so expensive. But I definitely still pay for the quality... would suggest at least a day for a couple hours do discounted washes... idk just a thought but again... But again highly recommended.

My first time and it’s a lovely laundromat. The parking is up close and a lot of space. The laundromat is clean. There chairs and tables to use. A clean and neat kids corner with toys, books, and tv with cartoons. Each tv had different channels on. There are outlets available to use. The bathroom was clean and smelled fresh. The change provides golden dollars and quarters. There are stocked vending machines. An atm is available as well. Everything in the place worked exceptionally.

The facilities are excellent, and comparably more expensive. I did some overtime on my usual laundry day and thought Id give it a try since its close to my work. Its 100% better than the place next to my apartment, but also costs 100% more. Ill be back, but not regularly.
