I visited this location for the first time and found numerous top loading washing machines that were out of order. 8 out of the first 10 machines were not available. The location was clean and hardly anyone there, which was a good thing considering the lack of working machines. The cost for the top load washing machines was $2.50 and the dryers were $.25 for 6 minutes.

Change machine only works half the time.

The owner was completely unprofessional and actually swore at me in front of all the other customers in the store. She was rude and had complete disregard to anything anyone was doing in HER business. Will never go again and don’t recommend anyone else does either.

If youve come here and liked it, things have changed. No attendant! No tv. No bathroom. Theres an empty vending machine though. Some of the washers leak on the floor and some of the dryers dont dry..

I never come to this laundromat and I did last night because the washing machines in my building were broken. Nina was very helpful and friendly and chatted with me while we were both doing laundry. She also assisted me in getting my dry cleaning done. I will come back because of the friendly and attentive staff.

Convenient and accessible for wheel chairs. Clean and has a change making machine. I would definitely come again!

I always get great service. I love the convenience of the wash and fold. Dry cleaning prices are great, too.

I brought my dry cleaning on a Monday morning, which I needed back by Tuesday night for a business trip. I understand that is a quick turnaround so I asked if that would be an issue, because otherwise I would bring it elsewhere. They said it wouldnt be a problem. I stopped in on Tuesday at 4:30p and then said it wasnt ready yet, but that it would be available after 5p. I returned at 7:30p and another employee told me that it wouldnt be ready until Wednesday evening...long after I have left for my trip.The employees are nice enough, but its unacceptable to assure me that the timeframe wouldnt be a problem and then not be able to complete the job. Had I understood there to be any difficulty I would have simply gone to another business or at least held on to the items I needed. As it is, I had to buy new items to replace the ones I needed on my trip.Would not recommend and will not return.

Went in to see their prices and see what it was like, instantly the lady appeared and said to me, If you are not doing youre laundry here, the owner wants you to leave.... I work in customer service at a restaurant, and I wouldnt treat a customer looking at my companys menu that way, I went somewhere else, was just plain rude

They have regular and commercial washers along with plenty of dryers. The change machine certainly is very convenient however they allow you to use it only if you are using their machines.

These are the same guys that owned the one in Fairport which is now permanently closed....hmmm. staff is nice, but owner is super arrogant, half I the machines are broken at any given time. Will never go back.

The machines are filthy. The doors are encrusted with mud and crude. Several of the front loaders have that awful moldy smell. Go elsewhere!

The owner is rude, incompetent and cheap. Twice we have brought dry cleaning here and it was not back on the day we were told. The first time I let it slide because they claimed their machines at the factory broke and stuff was backed up. The second time I went there before closing the day of pick up and again, the clothes werent there. The owner lied and said he texted me that the boiler was down, but I showed him my phone and the lack of a text. I asked to see his and he said he would give me a DOLLAR off the price instead of proving that he texted me. So all in all we got the clothes a day late, still paid for the clothes and got attitude and lies from the owner.Conclusion: There are plenty of wash and fold/dry cleaning services in Rochester, dont waste your money to inevitably get screwed over by this one.

Its clean and its a laundromat. What more is there to say...
