Family owned by the nicest couple with the sweetest daughters🥰 This laundromat is upscale, great decor and super clean. I drop off and pick up my laundry. Staff is so nice also! Arrived at 7:20 pm to do my wash only find the door to be closed. Politely knocked on the door only to be confronted by a Psychotic red head lady asking “why I’m here ? “ she went into a screaming episode why I show up so late to do the laundry. If you need to close earlier it’s understandable no need to SCREAM at your costumers. Never seen anything like this from an employee. Website says last wash at 7:30 pm-if it’s not the case change the sign. I’ve been going to this place for over 10 years; with this new ownership, I have to find a new place. Stay away.

Went there to do laundry couple times I noticed there was a lady at front cleaning the machines touching tables talking to people with no social distance and most importantly they never wear a mask. My husband went to his car and when he came back he saw her moving his stuff with no mask. I understand this COVID is has not been easy for everybody and some people don’t care and they don’t want to wear a mask but guess what, in any store or business you have to. I have kids and a grandmother living with us and the last I want is someone touching my stuff specially with no mask. I called someone to let them know and a person on the phone had an awful attitude and acted like she didn’t care less.

Very clean and friendly atmosphere. Large enough to not bump into others. Extra Large washers are only $6.

Always professional and a smile on their face. Follow directions for allergies etc. A place where everybody knows your name.

Sign says last wash at 7:30pm arrived at 7pm only to be told can do my wash closing early! No explanation this is the 2nd time in the last couple of months. When I go in early in the day (durning lunch break)to ask what time is last wash I am told 7:30pm yet told otherwise when I arrive. I have been going to this location for the past 20 years may and have never had an issue with not being able to do my laundry at 7pm. I am aware of new ownership! There have been many improvements in service and cleanliness

There were no signs to show how to use the new washers..But the laundry room was veey clean..should have a attendant and a vending machine with snacks and drinks. My name is esther and Im free to work it or any other that you may have. Im available on the weekends. Have experience.

I was in town for family wedding and my suit got wrinkled during the flight.Michaels was nearby and I went there to see if they could do a rush job. The guy behind the counter was friendly and went out of his way to make sure I got the suit back in time for the wedding. I was also able to do get my laundry done in the shop quickly.

The man working always says good morning. Although the machines are dated, there are pleanty for the busy days and are always kept clean. Definitely bring your own entertainment. A TV or radio wouldnt kill but I will definitely return.

As far as the machines and interior go the place is certainly dated, but they all worked just fine and the staff was friendly, courteous, and jovial. Its not often a place will get this high a rating from me with a less than pleasing interior, but honestly the staff and people made this for me. The folks in the laundromat were also quite jovial and friendly. I felt safe at all times, and actually despite the interior, I didnt mind doing laundry here and will return here next time the washer at home breaks down.

Location is convenient. At the last visit, 9 out of a total of 25 dryers were out of order. I also found that (at least he large washer that I used) had only COLD water, no matter what setting it was on (and it was a load that required hot wash water. The lady that was working there on Sunday morning was much less than helpful; she said she could not make change change for a $20 when I asked for a $10 roll of quarters (even though all their machines .require quarters). The machines are all in pretty rough shape (with a number of them obviously unusable due to damage), even though they have signs up saying that new machines are coming (incidentally, these signs have been up for a very long time). The place is just overall very dated and well past its prime. there has been very little maintenance over the years, and no investment or improvements made in the laundromat area in a very very long time. The newest thing in the place is a sign saying that all dry cleaning must be prepaid at the time of drop off. If you have the time, there are much better places to patronize other than here. I hope the owner will consider all of this soon - I dont like writing reviews like this, but strongly feel that they is no concern for the customer here.

First time coming to this laundromat and I like it. The facility is clean, quiet, and the woman working here is very helpful. And the washers only take 30 minutes so thats a plus

I fell in love with the cleanness, friendliness, and how clean& dry my cloths were. It is a very convenient location and there is An attendent on duty that is willing to help you with any questions and will help transport your clothes in or out !!

I am not usually one for posting reviews, but I strongly discourage anyone from using this business. To make a long story short, I brought a suit in for minor work and dry cleaning. I returned to pick up the suit on the agreed upon date (one week later) and I was told the suit would not be ready for another week. I subsequently returned a week later and I was again told the suit was not ready and that I would have to come back the following day. I returned the next day and the owner did apologize, but made no concession on the price of over $50 despite not having my suit ready for the date we agreed to. Needless to say, I will be taking my business elsewhere and I recommend you do the same.

Its says 24 hours. But nobody picks up the phone or answers the messages. That is false advertisement. Advertising 24 hours and arent open 24 hours. I wasted my gas and time after a12 hour shift to go do laundry and was disappointed. Better Business Beruo (BBB) here I come..

Traveling from out of town and just needed to do a bit of laundry. The place was clean and the girl that was working at the counter was super nice and helpful!

I only gave them a very good because they dont have a tailor, but just as a dry cleaning location they are awesome. Really good prices (about $1/item than on major streets) and are open til 9!!
