Very clean, very nice ppl to help, huge washer and dryers.

Very clean and quiet, close to basketball court and play ground for children. Walmart is right across the street. Plus no one bother you. And Panera bread is right next door.

Over priced and if you leave for a few minutes the owner or whoever touches your laundry

This place is very clean. Every time I go here its the same person friendly and knowledgeable with his equipment.

Love the place. Its always clean. I have no problems with the machines. I come twice a year to take care of all the bedding.

I am a long-time customer of New York Coin Laundry. There are closer laundromats, but I prefer coming here because its clean, the machines are kept in good working order (I dont often see a washer or dryer down) and the attendants are friendly and helpful. Ive actually heard other customers say the same.

Very impressed with the customer service don’t even remember the last time I was at the laundry mat.. but my washer broke so needed to break down and go to the laundry mat.. def felt embarrassed at first cause I had no idea what the hell i was doing. Pretty sad when u have no clue but joe that worked here could tell I needed help.. he was there helping me the whole time. Very impressed on how much help he gave me.. would def come back again .. thanks!

Super clean! Dryers are super hot and dry quick. Feels real safe. Joe,the manager, is pleasant and respectful.

Just wanted to say that Ive been coming to this laundromat for a little over a year and I travel quite a ways to do so. Its always very clean and Joe and Rose do a great job. They are always more than willing to offer someone assistance with whatever they may need. Great people!

Rose is a excellent employee. However the bald-headed creature is not very polite.

I really like this place but I too was turned away from doing laundry on 11/12/18. The lady that works at night was outside smoking a cigarette and talking to her boyfriend and would not let me do laundry. We were there at 8:40 and she said that they were closed and we could not wash our clothes. I wanted to call the manager and ask what time do they really close, the door clearly states that last wash is at 9pm. If she wanted to smoke and talk to her boyfriend she should have asked him to come in. I was truly disappointed.

Me and my daughter arrived at the place at 8:45 once again and was turned away ! I did not need to wash and I stated that I only needed to dry ! I was told that I couldnt even dry I asked for the owners number it was denied ! I dont know if this is my race My Religion my skin tone but I am constantly denied any excuse to wash my clothes at this facility when this one gentleman is working. I have been a long-time customer and so has several family members who also experiences that come closer to close. Even being when they came at 7 to wash clothes I understand the man wants to go home but it say the last washes at 9 it was clearly 8:45 when I got back in my car after loading all my stuff out of my vehicle so I started to load my stuff into the facility way before 8:45 before last wash and didnt even need to wash only dry. Then being so he does not care and unwilling to give me any contact information on how to get in contact with the owner I will never be a customer there again and I know its something simple you have to forgive my spelling in my punctuation Im a little upset he could have just said there not open but the way he handled it in his mannerism they have lost my family permanently as a customer and I have yet to be able to get in contact with the owner !

Needed to dry my scrubs in order to go to work. A top and pants would only rake 5 minutes. Its 9:25 and the place closes at 10. I could understand if I was washing and drying a load of clothes. Oh well I guess I will be wearing a wet uniform to work

Doing laundry when the dryer stops working, 8:50 pm. So I figured Id drive to the laundry mat thats 5 min away to dry two loads as they list that they close at 10. Cool. Get there at 9:10pm, walk in to check for an open dryer and there are plenty. Head back to car to grab the baskets but before I can open the car door the guy working is standing on the sidewalk asking if I was coming in. I say yeah just need to dry, tells me the last load is 9... Ok.. I say again that I just need to dry. Proceeds to tell me they close in 30 min. Whatever dude, thanks for not wanting my business. Drove 10 more min down the road to another place dried my clothes and still made it home by 10:05pm.If you dont want customers after 9 then change the hours on the door. Or just hire better help that can work a full shift without chasing people away.

Absolutely disgusted. Before I even unloaded my laundry the woman ran to my car to inform me I couldnt leave my laundry.They are open until 10. It is now 8:58. Ive been here for 15 minutes. She locked the door with customers in. Against the law I do believe. She has mopped half the place, gave me disgusted looks bc I apologized for walking on her area to get more quarters. She also does not even have wet floor signs up.She did let several customers leave and just asked if they were coming back.She had openly complained because she has to be back at 7 am.The lack of customer service and professionalism is sub par at best!!I have been here many times. Joe is great, and another gentleman, possibly the owner was also great.Its sad and unfortunate when someone with a piss poor attitude, no customer service skills, and inability to handle her work schedule gets employed working with the public.

Best place to wash clean and save and the people are very helpful.

Third strike on closing way early and its only 835 and they close at 10 normal. Their reasoning was because maintenance on the drains. Third week in a roll. Alway have attitude with female and the gentleman is very nice. Its such a shame when one person ruins it and turns down because business. Done with this company.

My favorite laundromat is closed for renovations, so I revisited NY Coin Laundry a few times this summer. If you have to wash your clothes in the evening, dont bother with this laundromat. They hound you to get your wash unloaded. I had gotten off a 10 hour day at work, threw my laundry in and ran across the way to grab a bite to eat. Im sitting in my car, trying to enjoy my food when the laundry attendant APPROACHES MY CAR. As a woman who is alone at night and values her sense of safety, I do not appreciate anyone coming up to my car and yelling at me. It was 9:10pm, there was plenty of time for my two small washes to dry.This place treats you like a nuisance rather than a valued customer. I have seen various examples of them policing customers behavior. Go somewhere else.

Dont ever use this laundromat if it was the last on earth! They treat their customers horribly. I showed up at 8:55p to dry one load of clothes and some guy named Jeff wouldnt let me in. He was very RUDE and unprofessional. It would take no more than 20min to dry 1 load and they dont close until 10p but he still refused to let me in. I Will never return. My home dryer decided to go out unexpectedly is the only reason I decided to go to begin with.
