Great staff. The dryers here can get full fast during peak hours, but the half of them are HUGE and dry peoples could fairly quickly. The large dryers go for about 25¢ every 5 minutes and the washers around about $2.75 for a heavy wash(mode) or $2.50 for a normal wash (mode). These take about an hour on heavy. These are just the machines I use, but There are a variety of machines here, all the same if theyre in the same row.Clean, Free WiFi, polite staff, quarter machines to break change seem to always be loaded, i bring my own detergent but theres detergent and softener for sale as well

I absolutely love this laundromat plenty of parking spaces always a nice attendant on site willing to help with anything including bringing in my laundry, very clean

Clean, quiet and enough washers/dryers.Going across town is so worth it.

We always come here to wash clothes its $2.50 to wash and 25 cents for 8 minutes to dry. We have a loyalty card and get points for every wash. Theres a quarter machine, free wifi, vending machines, soap, fabric softener, dryer sheets, games, and friendly staff. After 9:15-9:30 they lock the doors so they can clean & close on time.

Good experience and atmosphere. The only down side is theres quit a few machines that are out of order.

Usually a great location. Unfortunately, I loaded my car up with laundry only to be told the last wash is at 9. The website needs to be updated as well as signage inside the facility.

I went in here last week to dry my laundry when my home dryer broke. Lilac coin laundry is always nice and tidy and there are dryers at least work incredibly well. They are large and heat up fast and dry even big loads in record time. they also have gigantic washers for doing things like king size comforters when the time comes.

Cheaper than most laundromats I have been to

Good place to get things done, quick, convenient. Simple. Prices are fair. Plenty of places to go around to kill time. And grab food. It does have stools to sit on but that’s about it. Couple TVs mounted . Pretty basic. Gets the job done. Been going here for 2 years now.

Friendly staff. A bit hot, but to be expected on a 90+ degree day in a laundromat. Also Wi-Fi is temporarily down.

The attendants are really on the ball here. During my 2 hour visit Paul kicked out a panhandler and kept tabs on laundry for people that had stepped out, while he was washing for the drop-off service and helping me choose the best options for a down comforter. They have plenty of machines, all well maintained and in a variety of sizes.

I was at the laundry mat on Wednesday doing my laundry due to living in an infested home that i was just removed from. Around 6:50 PM, I put in the last 5 dollars I had into the coin machine NEXT TO THE MIRROR and it ate my money and didnt give my change (im sure they keep cameras in there if not were gonna have an issue). I called the number in the business about 2 times and got no answer. We were there until 9 PM so I figured they wouldnt show up. The next AFTERNOON I get a call from another number telling me to leave a mailing address so they can mail me a refund IF they find they need to. I am homeless and that was the last bit of money I had. I dont have a mailing address to give these people and I honestly just want my $5 dollars back. It took the machine 3 seconds to take my money and Im not waiting 7-10 business days for $5. Again I am homeless and these people cant just assume I have somewhere for it to be mailed. I have been very patient but I am getting fed up. All of this so they can try to hold on to $5 smh.

Been a customer for most of my time living here in Rochester. Friendly staff, nice location, good environment. Intend to continue to enjoy going there.

I love that it closes at 11pm. Its usually quiet, a few tvs, 7-11 and other little stores surround this place. Friendly staff. It was even open on Labor Day.

Showed up at 9:32pm on Saturday (closes at 11pm), the worker came walking at us to say last load was at 9:30pm. He said we can take it someplace else.... it was literally 2 minutes after!!!!! He didn’t care, all he did care about was slamming the door in our face. Bad customer service!

Super strict on deadline, walked in at 9:40 with one hamper when they close at 11:00 and was sent away at the door by an employee. I ended up using a different laundromat the next day.

This is a nice, clean laundromat. There are 10 economy machines that only use cold water for $1.50, 30 regular top loaders for $2, and several commercial sized front-loaders between $3 and $7. There are plenty of dryers so theres hardly ever a wait. A recent renovation brought several HE dryers. Now I can wash and dry 4 loads in no time flat!There are a couple of flat screens to watch as you wait or you can play Ms. Pac Man, although most people make use of the free WI-FI. (Yes!) A snack and soda machine is available if you need a nibble along with an atm and 2 change machines.A medium sized parking lot is available in the back which may be accessed by the convenient auto-sliding door.

Came here for the first time and the washer machine took my $2, so I went looking for an attendant and there was nobody to give me my money back (I even asked a customer). Will never come back.

The change machine, atm, free wifi, and convienient parking lot make this laudromat my favorite. There are also a couple arcade games, snack/drink machines (that are of course crazy expensive), and a couple TVs. Washers and dryers are standard laundamat fare and nothing special but they work fine.

My favorite Monroe Ave. laundry for over 20 years. Ample parking in the rear of off Meigs St., automatic doors, TVs, Wi Fi, always friendly staff on hand. Dryers get the cat hair off of my clothes.

$20 coin changer, free wifi, TVs, and a ton of machines. Never have to wait, even on weekends (although come during the weekdays, its completely empty). Prices are okay, the newer machines (dryers and the washers along the office) arent worth it. Staff keeps the place clean.
