It use to be good. Now I saw bedbugs in the washer roaches crawling I ignored it when I first start coming here but it’s every visit never an attendant on duty to watch the place and make sure no problems occur like the change machine being out of order and people have wet clothes leaving I hate when a business is real good then slack off

What a great place to do laundry!👍 Lots of well maintained washers and dryers and plenty of chairs. Its right next door to a pizza place and theres free wifi.

Local, Clean and attendant on deck. These machines are well maintained. The dryers are hot and ready. The washers are plentiful and appropriate. They have several extra large washers that do a great job on the clothes. I always come here when Im backed up on laundry and want to save some time on doing it.

Today was my second time going to wash some clothes. Parking is always right, but its never so busy that you cant get in. Always clean inside, and the machines are always wiped down. Nice tv to keep you entertained, or you can wait in your vehicle. Soda machine, and vending machine for some munchies. Restroom is nice, my son got a kick out of the hand dryer😆 Clothes comes out clean as I used a big ole machine, and the $1.75 machine for a couple of curtain panels. My go to spot for laundry needs!

I was very happy to walk into a clean laundromat for once and equally impressed with the up to date washing machines and dryers as well as the fact that every piece of equipment did not have an out of order sign taped to the front of it! They have a new coin machine, good amount of areas to sit down and watch a little TV... vending machines for food, laundry detergent and dryer sheets. I liked the size of laundry carts, they werent those kind of clunky, duct taped carts with wheels that were about ready to fall off (weve all had to use a few of those before lol). Finally, the clean and nicely sized stainless steel folding tables. Overall, I was quite satisfied and pleased to have found a laundromat to suit my needs. I will most definitely return.

Clean,usually only 1-3 other people in there at a time which I love. Cheap washer & dryer fees. The only thing I dont like is that they dont have public WiFi.

Rochester Laundry Depot is the cleanest, customer friend laundromat I’ve been to in a long time. Cable TV, free WiFi, friendly attendants that help you bring in or carry out your laundry and they just started a Double Load Tuesday & Thursday Special that is just $2.25 per load! Highly recommend giving them a try you won’t be disappointed.

Best new Laundromat in City of Rochester. Had a great experience and got my laundry done in less than an hour and saved money! Attendents were helpful and nice and they even serve food from Wilshire Restaurant. I got .50 cent chicken wings and a fish fry for $8! This place is clean and they have lots of parking!
