Kari is a wonderful, helpful woman. I highly recommend this place. She keeps the place so clean. I haven’t been to a laundromat in a few years. She patiently explained everything. A hidden gem in Rochester!

I’m not sure what her name is. But the lady who sits here alllllll day, watching, helping and taking care of others is absolutely an angel! I really should have asked her name because I am just so appreciative for her! To the owners, I hope you all know how amazing she is and pay her/recognize her for that! Thank you, Ms. Doe, for always being so helpful! You are an amazing soul!

I started going here in 2013 because I lived in the same building... but years and several moves later I keep coming back for Keri. She is so kind and has helped me with many laundry emergencies over the years.Last load is at 8:30 but Keri locks the door a little earlier to keep loitering types out. Just knock and she’ll let you in.

Nice place clean easy access

Our shared building washing machine broke down, so I had to find a coin-op place in the neighborhood fast. I saw that a lot of people had left good reviews about The Laundry Room on Google, so I read them, and that sealed the deal.Its exactly as everyone describes. Kari is awesome, super helpful, and everything is clean, well maintained, and fairly priced. This is the place to go!

My first time ever using a laundromat and the attendant held the door open up for my mom and I as we brought in three heavy bags of laundry. She was incredibly friendly and helpful. The Laundry Room is really clean and the staff is friendly. The pricing is not bad either.

This is my preferred laundromat right now because not only is it in walking distance to my apartment, but I feel that prices here are fair and the washers and dryers, come in various sizes and work quite efficiently to not rip you off! I really appreciate this, because as a mom in college, I need to do lots of laundry at once and I love not having to spend $10 on multiple tiny washers. I also like the fact they have a machine in the back for quarters, although it does not accept all bills from what I remember, but thats okay. The place is very clean and I have not had any issues thus far. Will keep using as long as I live in the neighborhood!

This was the first laundromat I ever used, on a random occasion where I had to wash practically everything I owned. Even then, I was delighted with my experience, and now it just so happens that I live in the same building complex as the business, so I get the privilege of doing all my laundry here! The prices are so affordable (especially the dryers, which are unbelievably fast), and yet the establishment is so clean and friendly. Ill often go in with the equivalent of five or six loads of laundry in a standard home washer/dryer, which would normally take all day to complete, but at The Laundry Room I easily fit my entire collection into three washers at the same time, dole out a total of $7.00 for the premium cycles, and 50 minutes later I return to transfer it all into two dryers, which costs me $1.00 to get everything dry in half an hour.I almost wish it took longer to get the laundry done there, sometimes, because Kari is the most wonderful attendant in the world, and talking with her while I wait or fold always makes my day! She is the face of The Laundry Room, and I only hope everyone can appreciate the way she makes everyone who comes through the door feel welcome and cared for in a spotless, efficient environment. She was always helpful when I was just learning to use the laundromat machines, but she wont bother you if youre trying to mind your own business. She will, however, make sure that youre not missing so much as a sock when you leave, because she sits like a guard dog in view of every machine as long as there are any being used. And she constantly accommodates the late-comers, without so much as a grumble, although she may make a light-hearted joke about keeping her from her NBA games!I have used other laundry services before, but I swear that as long as I call the city of Rochester my home, there is no place I would dream of doing my laundry besides The Laundry Room!

Its a public laundromat, set your expectations accordingly. Although its cleaner than some people here have stated. Attendant was perfectly friendly while I was there, but they do lock the doors 15 min prior to closing, so get there early

Im here at 3 pm on Saturday, December 8, 2018. Inserted $3.25 to the machine and then the coin got stuck. Then 0 appeared on the screen. Nobody like maintenance person there to help, and nobody answered the phone. So, I lost the money and time. Bad services, pretty disappointed.

Open very early, otherwise a basic laundromat.

Not a good place for laundry early in morning. Never ever any employee or owner, so no free WiFi password or assistance. Weird and creepy homeless types come in and hang. And on a rainy day the place smells like the sewer is coming up in the basement.

The machines are always broken and owner spent like to give refunds after 2-3 days.
