The 8 load washers/dryers are awesome when you have a lot of laundry.

Clean, inexpensive and has bathrooms.

This is the most disgusting laundromat I’ve ever been to! There is garbage everywhere. There’s even food garbage all over the place. The floor is literally covered in garbage. The washing machines are dirty and smell really bad. There are also old dirty clothes all over the place. It looks like this place has never been cleaned before. I will never go there again. This is the filthiest place ever!

Overall Mega Express Laundry is clean and nice, but there really isnt anywhere to sit while you wait, save for a few tiny, circular seats around small tables. The prices are steep, as well, and I imagine it would be prohibitive for many in the community.

While I was able to get coins because no place else will due to covid coin shortage bs the machine ripped me off a dollar! The place smelled of armpits and sour milk. I wouldnt wash clothes there for fear of smelling that way

Its a good laundry mat. Machines were clean so was the place. Pretty cheap for the large machines. Would be better if the machines took credit cards. They should also sell free and clear detergent there. We forgot ours, thankfully a grocery store is in the same plaza.

Not sure anyone ever cleans the place. It smells, I found mold in a washer, the floor was filthy. Also, the machines seem to randomly malfunction. A special shout out to all the customers not wearing masks--you helped make the experience absolutely awful.

I’ve used the Mega laundromat for years and I love it. I try to avoid the busy days and times but I’ve always had a great experience.The cleaning staff is extremely courteous while cleaning around you in the evening. The prices are fair. And rarely have the machines been out of order. But always quickly fixed.I appreciate the free WiFi and the credit card change machine.I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to wash a small load to an extra large load of clothing or bedding.

Wasnt clean dryer lint wasnt empty and wasnt a code anywhere in sight for their restrooms disappointed

Ive had to change my rating after a terrible experience recently. I can no longer recommend anyone to this facility.The last several times I have gone here have been progressively worse. The place has gotten dirtier and dirtier. The abundance of sketchy and unhygienic customers has exploded. The functionality and cleanliness of the machines has decreased significantly.The last time I went to place was absolutely filthy. There was laundry garbage old clothes either dirty or clean and regular food snack garbage and pretty much anything you can think of all over the floor. The only person who appeared to be staff touched a broom for a total of 3 minutes in the hour and a half that I was there. However this staff member and apparently her friends monopolized the entirety of the discount dryers that were available that day. She also had no problem being rude to me, pushing my clothes and baskets out of the way even though I had them tucked against the machine I was finally able to force my way into. As I was struggling to reach my baskets (personal laundry baskets) and get to the one dryer I had and empty the dryer, this staff member again pushed my baskets away and demanded I move so she could get to the one dryer next to mine and get her clothes from that dryer. However I counted no less than 9 other dryers she was also using at the same time, and could have been emptied in the 4 minutes it took me to unload my dryer with some semblance of order and care.Point being, every reason I had for going here have become every reason I will no longer go here.

Mega Ripoff. The detergent machine ate my money the first 2 times I tried... I went to get washer tokens from the machine. Swiped my credit card and it automatically charged me for $20 worth of tokens without giving me any options. Also I noticed that there’s a lot of homeless people in here using the machines which is fine, what bothers me about that is that this place isn’t just ripping me off, it’s ripping homeless people off too. That’s just low.

My favorite laundromat in town. Clean, updated equipment and lots of it.Cool design and interior decorating, overall a decent establishment.

No access to a bathroom, drain yourself first before going!

Stopped in to do some laundry while my wife is at Mayo. A nice clean laundry with updated equipment. They have 2, 4, and 6 load washers and dryers. Overall good experience and close to Mayo clinic.

I came here twice, second time because I had remaining tokens. However, I will never come back to this laundromat again. It was extremely dirty and unsanitary. I ended up cleaning the machines prior to using them, and have attached a picture of the filth evident on the paper towels. Disgusting! I will not tell you what to think or do about whether to come to this establishment, however, I will NEVER come back.YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!

This is neat and well kept place. Rightfully busy, especially on Wednesdays. Across from a Kwik Trip and next to a HyVee, and other stores. Internet usually available.

Website states three flat screen HD TVs, but there are none. Also states free Wi-Fi, but it is disabled.Place is kept cool with giant ceiling fan, definitely not a stuffy laundromat.Very tidy, nice aesthetic, close to food, drink, and bathrooms.Suggested improvements would be working Wi-Fi and a bar of outlets for charging mobile devices.

This used to be the best laundromat in town. Im not sure whats happened over the course of a year but its not what it used to be. This is sad considering its still fairly new. No televison or vending anymore. Multiple machines broken all at one time...theres only four extra large dryers to start with and four only four large dryers. Most patrons use these to make their visits quicker and more economical. Theres never staff available anymore. The change machines are often void of coins. I will continue to utilize the facility because I support my neighborhood business and I take pride in them. Just hoping it doesnt start becoming like the 7th st laundromat that closed last year.
