Don’t waste your time or quarters here. You can’t get ahold of management because management already knows the place is a dump. They don’t even have hot water available, even though there’s an option for hot water on the machines and an up charge nonetheless.

Its nice that you can drop your laundry and come back unlike a lot of places. Also, conveniently located. However, it is quite rundown and dont be surprised if a man stripped to his underwear doing laundry asks you for change as you walk in because that just happened. Not all of the machines work ever, but some always do. There is no way to contact management with any issues. Good luck!

I would love to give 0 stars. Do not waste your time come here! Its like playing Russian roulette with the dryers. Majority of them dont work. Then the machine will take your money and there is no one around to refund you. Im so upset I have to give one star.

Despite the reviews I decided to wash my clothes here anyways. Im a little skeptical about the washers in the front, my clothes didnt get sudsy at all. Not sure if the soap dispenser worked. The dryers are decent. I was able to dry a load for 50 cents. It could use some updating, theres a sign saying not to wash blankets or comforters. Some of the machines were out of service. I also used a washing machine on the side, it worked great. Theres a vending machine with cheap snacks, I got some cheetos, the bag was full of webs and spider eggs on the bottom of the outside package. If I really need to do an emergency wash Ill come back.

Went in to wash a larger item that would not fit in my standard washing machine at home. On my way to the back of the laundromat to use the large capacity machines I encounter a man with a yellow t shirt on, no pants or underwear, and he is holding his penis and flopping it around everywhere. Upon seeing me as I turn around and leave here starts laughing saying oh my bad, my bad... While continuing to flop his penis around. Maybe thats why there were surprisingly multiple parking spots available right by the door. Seeing as there is no way to contact management for this place I sincerely hope that man was not the owner .

This is a PURE EMBARRASSMENT to the improvement of the living conditions of the South Wedge!!!! How dare the owner run a shoddy business like this? When people loose money in your antiquated and run down machines they expect prompt contact when they leave a note to be contacted. And then have no emergency number to call. To hell with their business then. There is no commercial business allowed to run under the at your own risk policy. I lost $$$ in the change machine, left a note, and Im still waiting. I did what I was supposed too. Why if we are trying to improve living conditions in the wedge do we allow these low budget, low interest, and not appealing stores to litter and blight the neighborhood??? Like the bloody bodegas and markets....How about a REAL grocery store? Doesnt anyone need to eat within their budget? The wedge has everything except necessity. We have to leave the village for everything. Keeping $$$ in the Wedge builds the Wedge. You cant even buy underwear or socks downtown. No wonder the suburbs are so rich and downtown impoverished. But no one cares.BASWA....Im talking to you!!! The blight in the wedge must be changed or your effort is for naught. Seems thats the new age choice these days.

Quiet, clean and easy to use machines. Nice location.

Poor condition machines. But it is clean. One never knows what to expect at this location; maybe nothing, maybe a fight outside, maybe a streaker. Who knows.

The washing machine in the front started leaking water all over the floor. There was no attendent or number to call anywhere.

Machines eat your money and theres no one there to help/refund, plus theres no contact information anywhere on the internet or in the building.

Most machines are out of order, leaky or slow and nothing ever gets fixed
