Dirty. No attendant available. My washers door stocks and nobody helps me. Most of the machines are broken.

Owner was nice dryers and washers worked good.

This was my first time coming to the laundromat are use the third machine by the door it says 225 pay I put 225 in and next thing you know it says 225 pay nothing will start on the washing machine or anything it just took my money so I hate this place it was my last I’m trying to wash my kids clothes I hate this place

If you have no where else to go this is the best place. It is dirty in there. A lot of machines do not work. Some washers cost more then the same ones. That i do not get. Also out dated machines.

Some of the washers and dryers were out of order, no problem really was able to wash and dry my clothes quick and fast wasnt crowded.

It was a mistake to give this place a star. Im so disappointed on how the community are so comfortable the putting there clothes in these machines. I approach the washer and theres know labels on what temperature your clothes are being washed due to the print off. I noticed a young brother loosing his coins because the machine was broken but know sign posted. The machines had mold and smells. You can tell this place isnt being managed correctly for the community that can only come here. Please rochester go somewhere cleaner I Did! The owner is the people from the hair store. Stop giving them your hard earned money.
