Cierra is the best! Been going to her for over a year now and never disappointed. If you want great service and strong coloring skills Cierra is the one for you. She also has waxing services as well. Prices arent bad either! Added bonus any time I am late, she accommodates as much as possible 😂🖒

I called Friday morning and got an appt. hour later. Took a pic with me of what kind of cut I wanted. The stylist did an excellent job. Was very pleased with my new do. Great Customer Care and Hair! Christina has cut my boys hair 3 times now and I am beyond impressed with her abilities. (My one son has a difficult cowlick) Also takes her time, both kids take the full 30 min. Prices are great, affordable!

I brought in a $45 Groupon for a color, she offered to cut my hair and the total would be $55. Not only did she dye my hair GREEN that washed out the next day but she also charged me $100 for the crappiest hair job Ive ever gotten. Id love to speak to the manager of She wants to email me. Im 17 years old and dont even make much so I would never ever pay $100 for anything, especially not green hair. By the way, she only died the ends of my hair.

I specifically don’t recommend being serviced by Cierra Robak. This would have been my second time going to get my hair colored by her as the first results were great. This time, however, she confirmed with me an 8:30 appointment today(Sat) but texted me at 8:17 saying she cannot provide me any service if I don’t arrive by 8:25. Why? Because she put me in the books as an 8:15 appointment and did not tell me!! So I arrive at 8:35 and she would not see me, did not apologize for HER ERROR, and did not try to reschedule.She also went ahead and blocked me on instagram.Go elsewhere.

New to Rochester and as a Groupon user, I have jumped around to a bunch of different hairdressers in the area trying to find my perfect Rochester stylist - This place is TERRIBLE! - My hairdresser was rude, rushed, barely cared about what she was doing. Condescending.... She kept trying to push me to buy It Works Skinny Wraps....When I told her that I felt good about my body. She told me, Yeah, but you can feel better without the lumps and bumps! - When I walked out of there, she was chasing me with It Works Body Wrap paperwork.... She put me in such a bad mood... She was SO rushed, working on two different people at the same time. She applied my color in less than five minutes... Pay $20 more and go somewhere else.

I purchased a Groupon the first time I went. I waited for quite some time before I was even acknowledged and then waited some more before I was taken to a chair. The cut and highlights were done well. I recently purchased another Groupon for this salon. (I have previously gone to other salons that accepted a 2nd or 3rd Groupon.) After being seated, I was told that I could not get the services described in the offer but could apply the purchase price to the services and it would cost me an additional $30 or more. I was told that their system wouldnt accept another Groupon ... whatever that means. I left !! I contacted Groupon and fortunately they refunded my money. I guess they just dont want the business. I would have continued going there even without a Groupon ... its close to where I live and I thought Danielle did a good job the first time I went there. Oh well ..... not the way to do business IMHO.
