I had a facial here by Lexi and it was honestly such a wonderful experience. I had never had a facial before and Lexi talked me through everything and always made sure I was comfortable. I could not have asked for a better first time experience!

I have been working with Val and her team for a long time now. She is very quick to hear any concerns and to make you feel comfortable! That was especially so during this time with the pandemic and rules regularly changing. She was easy to talk to, appointments were easy to schedule and reschedule if needed. I have been seeing Val for many years! Started with her in Dover, and then of course when she followed her heart and came home to Rochester to open her first downtown location. She is a very knowledgeable and caring Esthetician who doesn’t “take chances” with your skin care. I had an issue with my skin and she suggested dermatologist route before any more facials. I am thankful she did! I now see Jade who is so very kind and knowledgeable as well. Can’t go wrong here in my opinion! Just wish I could “treat myself” to visiting them more often; this aging skin loves their care!

I have typically seen Val when I have been able to sneak out for pampering and am always blown away with her techniques and knowledge! Yesterday I brought my preteen and teen sons to visit Lexi and she was amazing! As a mom I yell “wash your face” until I’m blue in the face, once football started and the chinstrap acne joined the party I messaged Progressive Esthetics and asked for advice. They told me about a mini facial for each boy so that their skin can be looked at and one of the professionals can teach them tricks to reduce break outs. Lexi & Val really took the time for my family to leave fresh faced and happy about a Skin Script routine teenage boys can handle! Thank you for helping make puberty a little less hard!

Went for the first time today (Got an eyebrow wax) What an awesome place. Are you made very welcome and comfortable from the moment you walk in. The staff are both professional and friendly. I have never had my eyebrows done better. Not only is this place more then worth going, it also supports a local business. Already looking forward to my next trip.

Every experience Ive had here has been wonderful but I finally went for one of PEs famous facial treatments- WOW- it was more than just a facial, it was an entire experience starting with the special mimosa to the aromatherapy and massage (yes, Im still talk about my facial) and finally leaving with a better understanding of my own skin.
