Was a wonderful experience, the staff cares about the people! They take time to explain everything thing to you. Give advice and recommendations.

I have been a patient since 1988, and I have never been as pleased with a practice as I have with Dr Farina and his staff. I also want to mention that the practice is sensitive to clients with a trauma history. In the intake form, they ask if there is any trauma they should be aware of. Ive never been asked that question before, but it is such an important question to ask. In particular, hygienist, Robbie Wilcox is absolutely wonderful. She takes her time and answers all my questions without making me feel like I am interrupting her flow. Five stars is not enough. They deserve ten!

Dr. Reddy and Dotty were GREAT! I had an emergency tooth break, and I was brought in immediately the next morning, first thing, and Dr. Reddy and Dotty took care of me. They did an exceptional job fixing my teeth, and doing so with an already full schedule!

Dr. Reddy is an outstanding dentist. Had quite a bit of dental work, and she helped me considerably. I highly recommend her. Thank you Dr. Reddy and Liz.

After 5 years as a patient and my wifes over 20 years as a patient, we can no longer recommend this office. They are skilled dentists and that is not the issue.The administration is lacking and they treat you as a dollar figure. They throw money at the problem in the form of settlements..which why would you if you feel you are due your entire balance? If you do not pay on an insurance dispute they will aggressively pursue you and they use an aggressive collections agency that will then refuse to settle your debt. They are well versed in strong arm tactics and walk a thin line when we look at their responsibilities under the FDCPA. (Fair debt collection practices act).They blame the insurance company but they are no better. Certainly they are more focused on finding a way to collect a balance then work it out for the betterment of both parties. We do not object to this as it their right as a business. But we will be searching elsewhere for care as this doesnt put the patient at the forefront, just their finances.They object to reason and do not provide physical evidence of their work with your insurance company, just written explanations about seemingly half-hearten dealings without their specific outcomes. Lastly they will not care if you walk out their door to find another dentist.Which is exactly what we are doing.

Robbie was so caring and professional. She really took her time and made me feel comfortable. I never felt like I was being judged and my cleaning was pain free. Dr Reddy took her time with my exam and explained things so I could understand them. Overall it was the best visit I have had to a dentist yet.

Super friendly and patient staff, very welcoming. Everyone communicated very clearly throughout the entire new patient processing as well as during the cleaning and exam. Not pushy with recommendations and no process/product sales pressure. A very pleasant dental experience!

I think there may possibly have been a scheduling glitch. My appointment card said 9:00, and my email confirmation also said 9:00. I believe my provider thought I was scheduled for 9:30. She picked me up at 9:25 and later made a comment that appointments aren’t made on the hour any more. My next two appointments are scheduled on the half hour. Other than that the appointment was good.

I have had dental anxiety for years but Dr. Reddy and her team have made it a pleasurable experience, so much so that I actually look forward to going! They are personable and kind, and most importantly they are gentle and informative. I highly recommend this team!

Noel is a thorough, friendly, and attentive hygienist. Dr. Reddy is helping me fix the damage to my teeth from braces while being mindful of my insurance coverage. This office is great!

I highly recommend this office. The office environment is so pleasant and the staff are so nice. I took my 5 year old son for cleaning and filling and Dr.Deepa Reddy made sure that my kid is comfortable and not scared. He enjoyed the whole process so much, he wants to go again yayyy!

You also dont feel pressured to make any decisions right away and are encouraged to do your own research on what is going to be right for you. I highly recommend this office to anyone.

Dr. Farinas staff is warm and sets you at ease right away! The office environment is excellent and yet a safe relaxed atmosphere. I love the professional and yet personal environment. Dr. Farina is engaging and thorough, yet very personable.

Great Practice! The staff are all really nice and Dr. Farina has always given me and my family the best of care. He is caring and easy to relate to.

Had a cleaning and a filling replaced! Cannot even tell anything was ever wrong!!
