Had my Range Rover tinted, workmanship was not great, had to come back 3 separate times to get it fixed and I am still not happy with the results. Customer service skills also needs improvement. I was told by my friends to go to Titan motorworks or Lindsay Window Tint but they were booked up for weeks (to no surprise) so instead of waiting I went with The Tint Shop…this business could be great after a few changes but this is my honest rating at this moment.

Service was exceptionally fast! Patrick was professional and courteous! Definitely recommend! Dropped off at 8am car was done before noon!

I took my 2014 Honda Accord to get my window tint removed and reinstalled for the nys inspection. Chris Daily went above and beyond. I knew thatthey would have no problem taking the tint off and i would bring it back another day to get the tint reinstalled, but Chris was able to get it reinstalled the same day. Let me tell you about my main man Chris! He is a genuinely honest person. After having a disastrous time at Delta sonic trying to get a NYS inspection I was told I needed to have my tint removed. I called the tint shop and Chris told me to bring my Jeep over. Upon arrival Chris greeted me by name. As a disabled Veteran I was so impressed by his attention to details! He looked at the caller ID! He escorted me out to my vehicle and with his expertise he immediately said theres no tint on your vehicle, which is what I tried to explain to the man at delta sonic. Then Chis went a step further and referred me to another professional where I was able to get my inspection. Chris may have just been being Chris but he really made my day. He exceeded my expectations without even knowing them. Thanks Chris. Your act of kindness really changed my day for the better! If it wasnt Covid Id fry you some chicken and bake you a cake!

Just went in for I believe my 4th or 5th vehicle tint. Never had any issues over the last several years. I finally stepped up to the heat rejection ceramic.. what an amazing product. It was well worth the slight increase in price! Even came with a warrantee. If you’re in Rochester and thinking about getting tint this is the place to go. So I really wanted to give the tint shop a 5 star review.. but upon closer inspection I am a little upset. First off! I would like to point out that My TINT came out GREAT!!! I Highly recommend getting the tint done. I did the 20%. Looks real Nice! Thank you!The down side: I also did the 3M black gloss roof wrap. I young kid came out probably 19-21yrs old with a tool belt on. He did a total rushed job and the kid left scratches on my car afterwards. You can see his wrap did Not cover the full roof in a few spots. Meaning he cut the wrap too short, he could not wrap it fully around the edges. He also left a deep razor blade cut in my roof paint.(over cutting) And he left a two deep scratches on my gas tank door area. Probably his metal tools hanging out of his tool belt while leaning against my BMW. I posted pictures but only a few are showing up???

These guys did a great job wrapping my door handles and side mirror in carbon fiber vinyl wrap. Definitely recommend them

You can tell everyone has been doing installations for a long time and are very knowledgeable. They patiently answered all of my questions about remote starters.The day after my starter was installed the remote lost programming. I brought my car back to them and they immediately reprogramed it, showed me how to also, and said if it is a reoccurring problem they will absolutely do anything to make sure it is resolved. A few weeks later I have not had any issues but am 100 percent confident I will be taken care if one ever happens. To me that is what is most important.Very happy with my Viper remote starter.

I tinted a week ago at a tint shop in Rochester, New York. I knew Crystalline is the best product. So I tinted the crystalline with my windshield in my Porsche Cayenne. About five hours later they brought out my car. When I came home, I checked the dust inside the tint and saw the scratch. So I sent an email to the tint shop in Rochester. They replied that they would either do it again or fix it. But as you know, they can not fix scratches or dust. So they installed the tint again except windshield. Result? It was same. Many defects like scratches, stripe, bubbles. Poor job I have ever had. Obviously, Service guy confirmed that there was a problem, but he changed his words. He said its normal. Guys! Do you think the pics that attatched is nomal tint? He said its general for 3M crystalline. So they think its not their fault. I am wondering if the product was genuine or fake. Because I did not receive a warranty card at first. Now I have that because I requested it. I still doubt if this is real. If they sell fake products, this is a matter for 3M headquarters. Thats because they are selling products with delegate sales qualifications in 3M. I attatched some pics for the defect. Its just a few of the defect. So consumers!!!!!! Never tint your car at the tint shop in Rochester, NY. If theres something bad, it is your fault. This is their way of thought for customer. I really cant believe their service mind. Satisfaction is not customers word. It is their word. It seems like they satisfied their job that much.As a result, guys!!!You shouldnt tint your precious car at this shop.

Actual customer review: currently waiting on installation, 3/13/21. Sales: 5/5, care & installation tbd, office & waiting room cleanliness 4/5.Sales: 5/5,Ask for Patrick (sales associate) or I believe Chris (the manager). These guys were unbelievably patient, helpful and informative. It literally took me 30 minutes to decide between 5% or 15% ceramic, or 5% or 10% metallic tints for my 2021 X4 M. Not once did Patrick act annoyed with the 1000 questions I asked. Instead, he was very focused on making sure I understood potential visibility & safety issues with 5%. Also, he created different tint combinations as he helped determine what I want to accomplish look, visibility and protection wise. The manager Chris popped out and showed me his truck, really nice guy & helpful. Hooked my up with a military discount & windshield bra. Patrick even squeezed me in for my appointment. Oh and no up selling like Zbartt (like dude I’m just asking about tints).Care & Installation:TBD - Patrick assured me they handle with care. I’m assuming 4-5/5, as the owner will be the one doing it. I spoke to a couple repeat customers in the lobby and they had nothing but great things to say. The one guy was driving a Mercedes AMG (not to say they would handle a ‘01 rice burn with less care). I also saw a couple finished cars in the parking lot awaiting pickup which looks great.Inside areas & waiting room: 4/5By no means is this place a dump. Very clean on the inside, just need to pick the cig butts up outside. The waiting room couches looked a bit lived on, but not dirty at all. They have TVs with Netflix in the waiting area as well which is very nice.

Sent my wife here she told me worst experience ever! Someone texted me a price of 179 for full tint any shade takes 1-2 hours come anytime so I booked a appointment for her. She wanted limo tint on her car when she tells them the shade they tell her “Oh sorry limo tint doesn’t come in that film you were quoted in you have to purchase this film that cost 230” Soo why then tell me any shade? Obviously 179 is not any shade then! After they get her on the price she receives a call from a “Service Manager” telling her how she should get heat resistant tint instead for 40 dollars more on top of that they took almost 4 hours to finish her car this place is such a scam STAY AWAY! They will try to drain you for every penny you have!

Got my tints for my 2017 Honda Civic Hatchback done here. They did a good job so for that alone, I gave them the 2 stars. But once you get a service done, you don’t expect them to mess up something else on the car and not say anything about it. Once you get the tints, you’re not allowed to put the windows down for 3-5 days. To be safe, I waited 5 days. Once those 5 days were up, my passenger attempted to put the window down. It didn’t work. Before the tints, they worked perfectly fine. The passenger was even able put their window down the day that I brought them in. I called and asked what the process is to put tints on the car and they admitted to having to use the button in order to put the tints on the windows. When I stated that they messed it up, he immediately got an attitude, stated that I should bring it in because his guys are very “crafty” and could find a way to fix it, and hung the phone up on me mid-sentence. He was sure to mention that his guys couldn’t have possibly done anything to it multiple times throughout the conversation. With that attitude, I didn’t want to go back to that place ever again. Luckily, I had warranty on the car and the dealership that I got it from was able to fix it without a problem. It’s just that if I go somewhere to get a service done, they should simply just get the service done without adding any other complications to the car or catching a nasty attitude when I bring it to their attention.

Brought in my brand new 2020 WRX STI for window tint. Received the car back with a large scratch on the driver door. Called to have it fixed and they had some one rub it with compound, which did not work. They then offered me body work which would require me dropping off my car for a day and having no vehicle. Rentals not covered. No discounts or recourse options were offered to me by the manager. I have not received a follow up call to set an appointment for the service or any sort of follow up to check and see if my service was likeable or the quality was up to snuff after 2 weeks. Neither of these things were.All in all the tint looks good but the service was not. I will not be using them again nor will I be recommending them to anyone I know.1 or 2 stars out of 5 at best.Now I worry even having them fix the car because the last time I left it with them it came back damaged.

This place is not about customer service at all. They tell you one thing but do the other thing. If you want professionalism, quality and a positive customer service experience, I would recommend going elsewhere. They can’t be trusted, are not reliable when it comes to delivering high standards of care and utmost respect to their customers.
