Do not pass go, go directly to Titan Automotive if you want a ceramic coating for your car. They did an amazing job with my truck and I love the fact that I just give it a quick wash with soap and water, hand dry it and it looks like I spent hours waxing and detailing it. Will bring all future cars I get here first. Don’t waste your time else where, these guys are the real deal.

Obsession to detail. Thats the theme at titan. I have taken my jeep there 4 times and every time they make it look brand new! The customer service is awesome and identical regardless if they are working on a Honda CR-V or my jeep trackhawk!

Rashed OEM 20 wheels on the mounting machine two different times. Powdercoat repair offered did not match the other wheels. Offered to do them all but did not trust their mounting machine or repair skills at that point so just bought new and ate the cost.I gave them another chance for some reason with mounting drag tires on bead lock wheels. They did not seat one of the tires fully which could have been catastrophic if not caught early. Managed to over torque the bolts with a pneumatic/electric ratchet too vs. hand torque which the Forgestar directions called for with a huge warning in the box. Completely unacceptable with disregard for safety.Establishment and customer service was nice but the quality of work is far from expected.

I came to Titan due to a recommendation of a friend and had high expectations. Colin and his team were very easy to work with. I came in to see what they could do with my paint on my 2018 Mazda 3. He told me that a paint correction is what was needed. He gave me three options to choose from. Upfront pricing and and no hidden fees. I then told them I had some touch up paint for some deep scratches and he offered to do that as well! She turned out great! Very happy.

I am picky about my car,so I was leery about who I trusted with it. I saw that they had great reviews and they work on Ferrari and Lamborghini cars,so I knew my lowly Accord Coupe would be in good hands..they did an amazing job on the exterior and re-tinted my rear window as it was bubbling from someone elses install. They are not cheap,but you get what you pay for.

My nearly pristine paint had been ruined (swirled all over) by Van Bortel at their detail shop, so I took it here based on positive reviews, and Im glad I did. Van Bortel paid for the damage correction. Im very picky about my paint and go to great lengths to keep it nice and typically only hand detail my cars myself.The staff here did a great job doing a 2 stage paint correction on my 2016 World Rally Blue WRX. They also threw in a free ceramic coating that I can already tell is really high quality (water beading, smooth feel, ease of bird dropping removal etc) and they even put on some license plate frames I had been waiting to install. The paint looked as pristine or better than I had it before it got trashed at Van Bortel - aka like new.They offer a lot of cool products and I plan to go back eventually to get a repaint from winter road rash on my front end and protective film put on.Everyone there was very friendly, knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions.Thanks!

Ive have used Titan for work completed on three cars. Communication, attention to detail, clarifying services and asking the right questions, ensuring complete satisfaction, timeliness, etc. For me, everything which Colin and his team has done has been incredible. I was having issues with passing emissions/inspection and with his help I decided to make a 3 hour trip to see him as we decided it was due to the tune on my car.He accepted me as a walk in and I was out the door approximately 15 minutes later.The entire experience was professional. Steve and James were both extremely friendly and were willing to deal with my various questions. I had a ceramic gold package and xpel ultimate added to my 2014 Z51 Corvette. While this car had its fair share of scars that just wont go away from the previous owner, James and his team did everything they could to get rid of some of the ugly blemishes I was most concerned with. All of the staff is very courteous and the work performed was phenomenal. I do some detailing of my own (on a much smaller scale) and I would say I have an eye for detail. I am truly impressed by their work and while the c9 coating is an investment I believe it will truly last on my car for years to come. I can’t put into words how impressed I was with my S2000 when I got back from these guys. I got the ceramic coating and it came out perfect. Not only that but they detailed parts of the car other retailers almost never hit, like all the panel gaps, which had left over wax residue prior, and even the inside of the gas filler cap area, which no detailer has hit. If I could give y’all more than 5 stars I would, thank you for your hard work and expertise!

I recently had ceramic pro installed on my new used car at Titan Motorworks and the experience was fantastic! I was able to get an appointment easily. I had two bad experiences at Titan. I ordered custom made forged wheels and only trusted Titan to install them. It was a staggered wheel setup. The guys at Titan literally mounted one of the rear wheels on the front and vice versa, it was unbelievable. Such sloppy work. To anyone reading this, just imagine if you buy $5000 custom wheels and a specialty car shop doesnt even pay attention to which wheel theyre mounting.I had to come back the next day to have it fixed. There was ZERO apology, no reimbursement, not even a casual conversation with any of the four people I interacted with when I went back. I was just another number to them.I used to deal with James and Steve who ran Perfection Auto Detailing (now Titan Motorworks). I came to find out Steve no longer works there and James was on vacation. I trusted the same high quality service that I always received in the past. I traveled several hours round trip for this work to be done, and had I known I was just a number to Titan I would have taken my business to Pep Boys or Costco around the corner in my hometown. I would have saved a weekend of travelling and paid half as much. Very underwhelmed and disappointed.

Great experience with Titan. I bought a brand new car and had the dealer take it right to them. They were great working through an ever-moving schedule as the dealer took some time to procure the car and also worked through a bit of a snag on the condition of the car, getting it looking better than new on a tight timeline. Best of all the car came out looking amazing after a Ceramic Pro coating and Xpel film. Its great to know the car will be protected for years to come. Every car we purchase going forward will be making a trip to Titan.

If there was a choice for 10 stars, Id give them 10! Detailing is fairly expensive, but I think if anything Perfection Auto Detailing undercharges for the quality of the result and in general for their professionalism and level of service.My car is 6 years old, and has been driven hard: driven 30,000 miles a year; 2 big dogs that drool and shed year-round; which means that, literally, the car smells like a dog kennel. While the car runs fine, it was getting so disgusting inside that I was thinking I needed to trade it in for a new car. My family members didn’t want me to drive them around anymore.And now, my car literally looks and smells like new. They removed stains that have been there for years and dog hair that was weaved into the carpet. Even the previously-disgusting seats look brand new. They cleaned the hatchback area, the hard to reach spots, everything. It is as if a magic cleaning wand was waved over the car.Every once in a while, a small business strikes you as a place that really, really wants to do a great job and is extremely well run, and that you would go to over and over again. Perfection Auto Detailing is one of those businesses.

Awesome shop and outstanding staff. Bought WeatherTech mud flaps for my vehicle. They got them ordered and in in two day (its close to Christmas so shipping is busy). They even installed them on my vehicle at no additional charge. Free refreshments as I waited and I was kept up on the progress of my service.

This place is the best. Have had three 4 Runners and one Tacoma ceramic coated here. When you look in the workshop and see the Ferraris and Lamborghinis and other sports cars in there you kind of think they won’t give much attention to your everyday kind of vehicle. But they give you the same consideration and great service that those expensive car owners get. I’d highly recommend them to anybody.

Winter was brutal and wanted my wifes 2014 Ford Escaped dolled up for spring. Team PAD did an awesome job. From their polite nature to customer service including transportation back home to the all important subject matter expertise - they know their stuff. Last year I made the mistake of using a wax or cleaner on the trim that turned the black trim white-ish. Unfortunately they could not get it out and I asked them for options. They told me they could paint it and showed me a van they had done that looked excellent. I brought the car back for another appointment and they painted all the black trim which involved a tremendous amount of taping off - including around the mirrors. It came out beautiful. I mean this vehicle looks like its doing 60 parked. This place rocks and James has great people working for him. I will use them again and would like to try their adjacent business - automotive repair. Head on over to Railroad St - a few steps from the public market.

I was greeted like a long-lost friend when I entered the shop. When I returned, they drove the car to the shop door and I was totally amazed at the transformation of my car. It looked showroom-beautiful even though the car has 69000 miles on it. I had a wonderful chat with the people in the shop and was on my way at the time promised. It was the hottest day of the summer and yet there was not on area that wasnt shining. I would return in an instant - friendly people and a great service!

I had my 2016 Audi S3 in for a full detail and cant be more pleased with the results. Last year, the car had a full paint correction, PPF applied to the front bumper, headlights, fenders, hood and mirror caps along with a Ceramic Pro Gold package and the car still draws stares. The Mythos Black metallic paint still has the deepest, most perfect shine imaginable.

I have known James for about 8 years now and seen him grow. Him and is team has done a few projects for me and a few friends. I cant wait to take the newest project to him. Perfection Auto Detailing did a fantastic job working on my 2006 4Runner. I was referred to James, the owner, from a close friend. I wanted to have my alloy wheels refinished and James and his team did a beautiful job. The wheels have been restored to factory finish and it really makes the vehicle look years newer.I have been back since then for a full interior and exterior detail. The leather and steering wheel were reconditioned and now have a dark soft finish which looks great. They were also able to wet sand some scratches on the exterior; the truck is now in phenomenal condition.I am looking forward to bringing my Ski Nautique to PAD in the spring for a full detail as well.Whatever reconditioning service you are looking for, James and his team will help you out. I had a friend tell me about the great products that Perfection Auto has. After buying my new Truck, I decided to take the trip up from Ithaca and have James put the Ceramic Pro coating on my truck. I cant praise there work enough! I will be back in the spring once my Corvette is out of storage. Their prices are excellent for the work that is done. I would recommend anyone that wants to see their toys shine for a long time!

James and his staff are outstanding guys! They do amazing work and I cannot say enough good things about them. I have a set of rare 3 piece wheels that were in dire need of refinishing. I left them with James and he performed a completed disassemble and did a color change on the faces. He also sanded out all the oxidation and polished the lips of the wheels. Lastly he took each individual bolt and removed the surface rust. After all of this he reassembled them and was able to bring them back to their former glory. I also had a scratch across the front of my cars hood that he performed some paint correction on. Literally 5 minutes later you couldnt even tell it was there. I will be a lifelong customer and can not wait until spring comes along to bring my vehicles in for a detail.

James and his team are absolutely superb! I brought a car I was looking to purchase to PAD for cosmetic inspection. While the dealer said the car was never repaired, I could tell that some work had been done to the drivers door. Upon inspection, James also saw the repair site. He also assessed the fender had been replaced and 3/4 of the car had been repainted - a very good catch.After inspecting it, James was kind enough to write up an estimate to give to the dealership to wet sand the body. He did this at no charge too. In the end, James helped me dodge a bullet (and catch the dealer in a lie) as I did not purchase the vehicle - Very grateful to him & team!

Very happy with my experience at PAD. My five month old Highlander was scratched on the hood, most likely by someone who put something on it, while I was at a local festival.
