Attention attention... I am highly disappointed on the action that Superior Auto has taken selling rigged cars as well as warranty . I called plenty of times trying to resolve the issue but Mike chooses to not comply now forced to take legal actions I highly recommend not to go to this place .....professionalism its at its lowest Im highly upset with the empty promises that was made . If I could give zero stars I would . Thieves correct out of a year I had to fix that car 7 times and warranty doesnt even cover the problems that car has..

Have had the car for 2-3 weeks… 2,000+ miles I have driven it. 92,000k on it now.. Just needs simple stuff. Wheels balanced, wire loom, transmission filter etc… 100$ not bad for a 13 year old car!!!These guys are honest and will help you with anything. Recommend for anyone looking for a good used car for college or for work. I had a very negative experience and would never recommend this company. They tell you they do a 60 point inspection selling you confidence that the car is in good shape. I am looking at $1500 worth of work to do on a car I bought for $6700 a month ago. The owner was not forthright in their dealings with me—claimed “those are new tires—we are not replacing them, brakes are done”. That’s a direct quote from Mike when I called to find out about the car. Two separate mechanics from different companies relayed a very different picture and I am now buying two new tires due to uneven tread in the front and replacing rear brakes because it’s a safety issue per two separate mechanics. That’s not including work in the exhaust that needs to be done in near future. Take into consideration that I have been working loyally with my local mechanic for 18 years because they frequently send me home saying that there is no work to be done rather than taking advantage of me—they never oversell repairs—it’s the opposite. That’s how I am used to being treated. Superior auto care claimed, “we buy our cars from PA where there is no salt”. First thing Bob said after purchase when I relayed what my mechanic said about the rust was “the salt in NY causes rust”. So what’s the truth? Where did you get your cars from? I hung up after numerous phone calls in the middle of my work day realizing that it would be better for me to work overtime to pay for everything than to spend my energies with a company that could care less.

Bought a truck there, had a few things wrong with it Mike fixed some, but said he fixed one thing and did not, got it fixed myself not a lot of money but still. Had my truck for 2.5 days had to pay for a rental and for 2 days it sat in the parking lot, so wasted my money
