I ordered my new carpet which had to be done in 2 installs because of too much furniture to move. They are very professional and installed very quickly. 2 installers are awesome and professional as well. highly Recommend !!

They stand behind their work. They had installed carpeting for us about a year ago. The seams were separating and carpet unravelling. They sent an installer over 4 times to fix it and finally just replaced it all with no charge to us. The installer was very professional and the results are great!

While a local big box store seemed to be less than responsive, we decided to give KB Kellys Flooring a call, and spoke with Tiffany. She was very helpful. My wife and I stopped by on a Wednesday around 4:45, picked out our carpet, and the installation was completed Friday morning. From start to finish it was less than 48 hours. From the start of our experience with Tiffany, to the installation crew, this was a great experience

We were supposed to have a fence installed by KB Kelley 3.5 weeks ago. They bailed 4 separate times and kept postponing with different excuses each time until finally the job itself was cancelled by them and we found a new company to work with. The second to last time that they postponed, they called 5 minutes before they were supposed to start installation after my husband had already taken the morning off from work to be there. I could never get a straight answer from them either whenever I asked why they kept postponing or what time they were going to arrive. Take your business elsewhere!!!!!

Called 3 times left 2 messages and talked to someone the 3rd time who took my name and number to give to the residential sales lady and never heard a word back.

I like to give shout out to Chris from showroom sales to Chuck and Jake installers.Very helpful in sales answering questions and giving us recommendations. The removal and installation was top notch-personable and professional. Great pricing, met our schedule!

KB Kelleys Flooring had a sale on Cali Bamboo vinyl flooring for $4 a square foot installed and we were happy with the price.Our installer was there first thing in the morning and was totally professional, leaving no mess when the job was done.And the job was done perfectly. Honestly we love the floor and install.We had our living room done, carpet ripped and floor install was done in a few hours.I will hire KB Kelley Flooring again for sure!

They called my apt blding without my permission to ask if they could install flooring. I was only getting estimates, no contract. Their phone call got me in trouble. They had no business doing that if I hadnt contracted them.

First appt made, was very clear I wanted a 15 mins heads up so I can meet the guy as I work nearby. Woman on the phone said that was completely OK. Never got the call, first appt was a wash.Called back that day to figure out what happened, woman puts me on hold for 20 mins. Call back, spoke with the owner or manager and he reschedules me for the coming Monday.It is now Monday, already made time to be late to work, stayed at the house in case they mess it up again. Nobody shows up at the scheduled time. Call in, and they act like nothing was scheduled, guy says he can leave now and will be there in 30 mins.Nah Im all set. Clearly business is going so well that they dont need mine.
