In a quick summary I strongly recommend Paris Heating and Cooling. Knowledgeable, punctual and overall a great experience.The long story, I had a difficult overnight in which my furnace went out and issues were identified with some of the gas piping.Come morning called Paris and they sent Mike out in about an hour of my call. Mike was very supportive and knowledgeable and was great at walking me through everything.Given the age of my furnace decided to move forward with replacing it. Seeing as I did not have heat Mike and Andy worked some magic to start the job just after lunch time the same day. Additional crew members arrived throughout the day as they finished other jobs to help out.Just an incredible team effort! Had a new furnace and the piping all fixed before dinnertime.To cap it off Ed was wonderful in preparing all of the rebate paperwork so I effectively just had to send it in.Prior to calling Paris I was convinced it would be at least a couple days before I would have heat again and Paris got everything completed same day. Our AC froze over and the company we usually use could not come out for a week and a half. Called Paris in the morning and a few hours later they were there. Ed checked out the situation and informed me that it needed to be replaced because of the age an unavailability of R22. Ed patiently answered my questions and went over the options. Ed made some phone calls and we quickly had an install date. Furthermore, with some hot and humid days coming up, Paris loaned us a couple of portable air conditioners! I had a few follow up questions that I texted Ed and he responded in a very timely manner.Install day came with little fanfare. The installers showed up on time, did the job, and left a clean work area. The AC was on before the afternoon heat kicked in. I dont recall the names of the installers, but they were polite and professional.

Our old furnace was failing. We called Paris Heating & Cooling and they came right over the same day to assess the issues we were having. They made an appointment to install a new furnace, thermostat and humidifier the next week. Rob and Anthony were right on time and did an excellent job installing the new equipment and removing the old. In 4 hours we had all the new equipment installed and the job was finished. Everything was cleaned up and running smooth. Kudos to the staff at Paris.

Its always sad news when you have your furnace inspected only to find out that the unit needs replaced. I had scheduled the inspection because the unit had been shutting off by itself without explanation. Rob Diehl was knowledgeable and after some calculations gave me an estimate on the spot. They even waived the inspection fee since I had them put me on the schedule.Anthony and Dan came today and were kind and efficient. They even took off one of my doors with no issue to get the furnace down the stairs (and put it back after). They were well aware of the RG&E rebate for this install and had already filled out the paperwork for me to file. They showed me the work they had to do and it seems that every single connection going into or out of that furnace had to be adapted for the this new one, but they did it without complaint. Had Rob and Ed install a high efficiency furnace. During a cleaning found issue with old furnace and recommended new one. Had it scheduled for after the new year, but a week later started failing. In late Aug 2020, we had our entire HVAC system replaced. From the estimate to installation, the customer service, professionalism, and expertise could not have been any better! Rob conducted our estimate and he was extremely knowledgeable about why we would need a certain size system, how the units work, and the best option for us. He never once tried to up sell us or suggest we needed extras, which strengthened our trust in him and the company.The install day was extremely smooth! We had Rob, Ed, and Tony who were all on time, very professional, and clearly knew what they were doing. Ed even took the time to sit down with us and discuss how to utilize the new unit as efficiently as possible so that we would see cost savings. For example: what fan speed to have depending on the time of year, what % humidity to have depending on the time of year, etc. They even took the time to fix piping and lines from the original build, just to ensure everything was at the highest quality possible.I would highly recommend Paris Heating & Cooling whether for install or just yearly maintenance. Rob came from Paris Heating and Cooling to check my furnace and noticed some leakage issues. He was very professional, explained everything thoroughly and recommended a new unit. I could have repaired the current unit but it was 22 years old and I was tired of wondering when it would kick the bucket. Anthony and Dan came out to do the installation and they were both very professional and personable. They were also very careful not to damage my floors while carrying the unit in. My husband worked with Anthony and Rob during installation (and Rob for inspection date first). I called the front desk and worked with the secretary.Over all, I am extremely pleased with the services and customer service at Paris Heating and Cooling. I was interested because I had read/seen somewhere a good price for furnace inspection, and I was procrastinating (naturally) on getting that done. We bought our house a few years ago with a 25 year old American Standard furnace. So, I knew there was a chance that getting it cleaned and ready for this winter meant a new furnace!The front desk was quick to make an appointment for me not too far out, even in the dead of winter. Inspection/cleaning day arrived, Rob showed up wearing appropriate PPE for Covid Safey, which we appreciated. He spent a long time talking to my husband and answering his questions about our furnace and duct system, humidification, how to tell when you furnace gets old, etc. Was very patient with him! We decided to replace our almost but not quite dead furnace. And that was a breeze too!

We had Paris come in and do a yearly cleaning of our furnace and a/c unit, unfortunately our 25 year old a/c unit was beyond repair. We ordered a new A/C unit. Hello, I called up Paris heating to inspect my heating system. Upon inspecting my 30 year old system the heat exchanger was cracked and it looked like the best option was a complete replacement. The outdoor compressor was very old too, so i needed some advice on how to proceed.After sitting down with ED the service tech on how we used our system in the past and how we would like to proceed we began looking at equipment that would fulfill our heating and cooling needs.Since its a colonial, cooling can be an issue in the summer i was given a very clear option to control night time cooling. It was explained that all i needed was a system that would drop the temp up stairs, and dehumidify the air when humidity would rise but temp would remain the same. I was interested in a thermostat that was wifi capable, and allowed me to customize with an App for my phone. I was also interested in adding humudity in the dry winter months and a system to purify the air in our home.Ed advised that due to the age of the home our air ducts would need to be cleaned out to ensure we werent recirculating dust from 30 years ago Lol.The duct cleaning was scheduled and took place on time and took about a half of a day, it was nonstop work once they began.Next was the day of the install, Paris Heating showed up on time, the workers were polite, and installed the whole system and programed our new wifi thermostat in one day!Im thrilled with every aspect of this project, from Eds advice, to the install team, to financing options. Our furnace broke yesterday. A technician was at our home within 45 minutes. He thoroughly checked out our problem and clearly explained what it would take to fix it compared to replacing it. We were convinced and agreed that replacing the furnace was the right way to go.The very next day, the guys arrived to do the work. They were very friendly and kept the noise down while my husband slept since he worked night shift. I actually left them alone in my house as I had a prior appointment. I have used Paris for a number of years. Had a problem with my airconditioning unit and they were prompt in coming. Mike diagnosed the problem quickly and ordered the part necessary under warranty. Once it arrives they will install it and I will have my unit up and running.

We had a scheduled cleaning and inspection for our furnace and A/C. Our technician Anthony found that our heat exchange was corroded and beginning to split. Our coils on the A/C unit were also corroded. I knew our water heater was beyond end of life so I included that in our job. Paris provided the best price and also the best install we could have gotten from any other company. Anthony and Ed not only installed the equipment but took the time to make sure I understood how to get the most efficiency from them. We unexpectedly needed a whole new system right in the middle of the summer heat and had just brought home a newborn baby. These guys are awesome. Tanner worked with us from the first mayday call when our 24-year-old furnace died during a winter cold snap. We got a couple of quotes quickly and Paris came out to be more reasonable and offered all of the same services and warranties as the other companies. We scheduled the installation and since they couldnt come the same day, Tanner stopped by with two space heaters to get us through the night! It was perfect. We were so appreciative. My furnace stopped working in the middle of the night and Paris heating and cooling came and resolved my issue very quickly. I highly recommend.

We had furnace cleaned today. Rob did a terrific job, and answered all my questions.

Just had AC and furnace installed . Ed and Tanner did a great job . They were very neat and explained everything once they were done.

We have used Paris over the years for different projects at our rentals but this last time was for our house. Rob came right out and assessed the problem. We could not have been happier with their customer service and install team. I would highly recommend Paris.

Dont know where to start either the mess this company made our lives for a month. Very disorganized. The salesman Ed Diamond did the best he could to resolve the errors that happened but the owner-Andy Paris was very unprofessional and did not try to make things right and after tearing out our unity told us to go with someone else. I could not believe it. If we hadnt already paid them and have them complete half the job we would have gone elsewhere. Working with Paris was a nightmare. Avoid them at all costs!
