The crew that came to do my installation, Gary, Sean and Nick were awesome! The installation was done perfectly and extremely quickly and professionally. These guys really know there stuff and appear to really enjoy their work. I can’t confirm, but pretty sure Sean was heard singing multiple times throughout the day (even though Gary looks more like the front man of this band) a definite sign they are confident in their abilities and have fun while working.

Wow! is what comes to mind when I think about Airquip heating and air conditioning. I had them install a new Train furnace, Train Air conditioner and wifi thermostat. It was a great experience From the meeting of their salesman Corey Goodness, who was amazing with his knowledge of their products. He Explained every detail and was on time and never pushed us to make a decision. The Install crew Sean, Jordan and Mike showed up on time and went to work and by mid afternoon they were done! They were all professionals and easy to talk to and answered any questions I had.. my wife and I are thrilled with the outcome!

I had just purchased a new home and we got a few quotes from a bunch of different HVAC techs. Corey, the sales rep that was our contact point, was able to whip up 3 different quotes with a bunch of different optional addons. It impressed us on how fast he was able to provide us so many quotes.Our expected installation was about a month out, due to COVID supply chain issues. I had received a phone call the night before service to inform me how many people were to arrive. 4 guys showed up at about 8:30am on Thursday. Mike, Sean, Gary, and Nick were on site to replace the water heater, replace the old 4 ducts with the newer 6 standard size ducts, and install the new Trane AC unit.Friday was the finalization of the duct work, and only two of the guys showed up. They cleaned up and got the AC working wonderfully. Within an hour the AC was able to cool off the 86 degree ambient temperature down to a comfortable 70 degree. My family and I could not be happier and we will contact Corey soon to give us an estimate to replace our furnace.

After talking with seven other contractors--all of whom failed to inspire confidence, offer a first-class solution or provide assurances they could work COVID safe, I went with Airquip. A great team. Everyone from Mike on sales to the install crew of Jeff, Sean and Tony. They were informative, professional and a hard working group. Sean, Nick and Kelley worked hard all day replacing my 25 year old AC and Furnace. Each of them answered all of my questions patiently. I had a great experience with Airquip from the start. Michael was great, showed up on time and quoted a fair price. He answered all my questions, even after he had left (by both email and text). Jeff and Jordan, who installed the AC, did a great job. They showed up on time and did a great job of explaining everything. They did an awesome job with cleanup, couldn’t even tell they had been there! Since it’s early in the season to test out the unit (and it snowed!), they promised to come back at a later date to test. Ive had someone from Airquip come to investigate issues for an AC unit installed by another contractor a couple times in the past 5 or so years. Both times, they were extremely courteous, clean, and helpful. Id highly recommend them for any HVAC needs.

I called Airquip, and could not be more satisfied. The staff was professional and knowledgable about the install. They answered all the basic questions, the install itself took most of the day. They were punctual.

We had a great experience with Airquip. We moved into a house with an old furnace and no air conditioning. Over our first 3 winters the furnace stopped working once or twice a year. We had several companies come service it and our favorite was Airquip because they are honest and professional and know their stuff. They also were not pushy at all and trying to scare us into replacing it. So when we needed to replace it we went to them for the quote. From working with Corey for our quote to Drew, Sean, and Gary for the install it was a great experience. Our finished basement proved to be a tough install in a tight space, but they did a great job and didnt charge more when the install went into a second day. Highly recommend them!

Airquip crew of Jeff, Mike, Sean, Nick recently installed a Mitsubishi ductless mini-split system in our home. They were professional and friendly, and were continuously hard at it getting the installation done. They accommodated all our requests, including some special mounting of line sets to facilitate exterior siding replacement, which will be done after the AC installation. My existing furnace was 21 years old and decided to have a problem and stop working one night when it was 9 degrees outside. I called Airquip’s emergency line that my neighbor suggested to me. They were very responsive and talked me through what may be wrong and even offered to come and fix it that night if they could. I decided to have someone come the next day. They called me first thing in the morning and sent a gentleman named Bob out to see what was wrong. He talked me through everything that was wrong and explained it all in a way that was easy to understand. After weighing out all the options, I decided to replace my furnace completely. Bob made some calls and said they could install a furnace the next day for me. Bob was great! The owner Phil came over right before Bob left and walked me through my options and was very professional and helpful. He also identified a problem that I had with the main line of my furnace that heats the upstairs not being insulated correctly and said he could have someone from his team fix it. The next day, Sean and Mike came right on time and got to work right away. They talked me through everything they were doing and were the nicest guys! I felt very confident in their work and it was all done so well! They were also very neat and clean. They also did the insulation work to the area above my furnace and it turned out amazing! They even threw that work in for free for me. I can’t thank the team at Airquip enough for everything they did to help me. I am a first time home owner and have only been in my house for about a month, so it helped to have a trustworthy and very accommodating company to work with. I had so many questions and they helped me with everything I needed. Thank you again!

Annual furnace maintenance requires a dedicated, experienced technician to do the job right. That’s why I’m thankful that Airquip sent Joey to service my furnace because as a result of his thorough inspection of my heat exchanger, a crack was discovered. That’s a dangerous condition that led to the decision to buy a new furnace. The cold weather required fast-tracking a replacement. On the same day Airquip sent out Michael, their residential heating expert, who filled me in on my options. Satisfied with his recommendations and competitive price I moved ahead with the job. To my amazement Michael was able to schedule the job for the next day in light of the freezing temperatures. Jerry was sent to do the install and was done in one day. I was impressed with his diligence. My new modulating Trane furnace has proven to be more efficient and quieter then my old unit. Bottom line is the customer service and expertise I received could not have been better. I highly recommend Airquip. My sincere thanks go out to Joey, Michael and Jerry.

**UPDATE** After seeing my review and hearing of my dissatisfaction, Phill the owner called me to discuss further. He listened to my concerns and let me know that he will fix my AC unit with absolutely no charge to me because of the hassles i had to go through. Not only that, he had it done within 2 days. Jeff and Drew were the repairmen that came over to do the job and they were so friendly, knew everything that was going on and triple checked everything before they left to ensure that it was working properly. I am so happy with this service that my opinion has done a complete 180. They showed that customer satisfaction really matters. It is important to them that I am satisfied and the work was completed properly. I would absolutely recommend Airquip to anyone.. I am a very happy and satisfied customer. Thank you Airquip for turning this bad experience into a great one. My ac was installed the end of July 2020 and since then they have been out 5 times for the exact same problem. On the 5th time today.. after being here for hours, the repair man says they believe the leak is in my original line. They chose not to replace the original line when it was installed. He told me they are not responsible for the issue and were charging me over 1000.00 to fix it and thats with a discount. Charlie, the service manager as Ian, the repair man made it sound did not even want to discount the price. Ian said he had been pushing him to do something for me since the many inconveniences I have had to go through since this should have been found on the first time they were here. Ian then says to me that it will be a 189.00 fee for coming today.. when Ian contacted charlie to ask about waiving that fee, Charlie said its not their problem .. I said something needs to be done because this is not right.. so they told me they would submit it to Phil the owner and see what happens .. Ian leaves and about 5 min later calls me and says he forgot to turn my furnace on and he isnt good with conflict. Airquip does not care about their customers or keeping their customers. They have been here 4 previous times and finally on the 5th time they tell me its not their issue only to charge for the future work and the call today .. I will never ever use airquip for anything ever again. I will not recommend them. The service is horrible and obviously after 5 times the repair service is horrible too.

As a property owner of several buildings in the Pittsford Village area, I have 17 heating units and 17 central air conditioning condensers and evaporator units that need to run in top notch condition. Last week, needing to install a new condenser and evaporator in one of my buildings, I called Michael Bessette, an extremely knowledgeable and helpful sales professional at AirQuip. Michael Bessette immediately met with me, prepared a detailed proposal and even made temporary arrangements for air conditioning so the tenant could conduct business as usual. I was so impressed by Michael Bessette, that I accepted the final proposal on the spot, as Michael Bassettes advice and demeanor were very professional and understanding of the problem. After experiencing a furnace failure on Tuesday, the team at Airquip Heating and Air Conditioning were able to procure a new hot water boiler system and install it on that same Thursday. During the interim, they provided space heaters to get us through the freezing temperatures. The entire team was professional, friendly and efficient ... from the failure diagnosis of the old system, analysis of the new heating system requirements, providing an estimate, removal of the massive old unit and the installation of the new system. The installation went flawlessly and was completed by mid-afternoon. After cleaning the job site, the foreman took adequate time to provide a thorough review of the system and its operation. This was world class service.

Joey Marrocco came to clean our furnace and discovered a crack in the heat exchange. We were very grateful for his expertise, his knowledge and all the help he gave us as far as the dangers of the crack and all the info on a new furnace we had installed. I then had Joey come back to help me learn about the new equipment and thermostat.

Airquip installed our new furnace and air conditioner three years ago and we couldn’t be happier with our choice. We chose the two year prepaid maintenance agreement and renewed it again this year. We had Carl as our technician this year and last and have been so pleased with his thoroughness, explanations and pleasantness. Joey Marrocco came right out to check our hot water heater when it was not working this morning. He explained options for cleaning, repairs, replacement. He was very thorough in explaining things and was not high pressure to replace it at all. We did decide to replace it and he gave us details on what might make sense for our family. This is the only Heating and A/C company I will ever deal with. This review was completed after sales and installation was completed. I will break both down. This was done after a decent winter storm with no heat.Sales:I interviewed John Betlem Heating and AC(Carrier), Isaac(Lennox), Taylor(Lennox), Excellent Heating and Air(Ruud), Paris Heating and Air(American Standard), and Dalton Heating and Air(Amana). Airquip was Trane. Mike B. came to my house and explained to me what his company was going to replace and provided me with three estimates based on his measurements. Mike also explained how his company had a 0% apr for four years as long as I qualified for it. Once I decided I was going with Airquip, Mike explained the simple online application process over his companys website. Once completed and approved through Wells Fargo. Mike had an emergency appointment set up the next morning for installation. Mike was very professional and communication skills were the best. Mike did not make promises that couldnt be kept by the installation crew. He was knowledgeable on how Airquips installation crews work and set a realistic expectation of them and their work.Installation:This went off without a hitch. Sean M. And Mike J. came out removed the old furnace and installed the new furnace, updated anything that was attached to the Furnace and AC. Knowing the basis of expectations set by sales, which could be set to a very high level. Sean M completed the highest quality craftsmanship I could ask for. Not only did he complete the task at hand with short notice he did it with awesome customer service I have ever seen or heard. Even his helper Mike J. was extremely knowledgeable of the Trane product they were installing.I couldnt have asked let alone pay for better sales, and installation. Our contractor recommended a couple of contractor/installation firms that he had worked with in the past. In the process we also decided to shop around on our own for additional quotes. We were focused on firms that are well experienced with the Mitsubishi heat-pump mini-splits. Airquip being a Diamond contractor for Mitsubishi came up in our search. Kevin Deal came out to quote the system and was excellent to work with. Quite knowledgeable, practical, and above all very honest about how they could best meet our requirements. Overall the quotation from Airquip was competitive and also included a Reznor gas heater for the new garage. As it turns out we had used Airquip once before in the past to install an Aprilaire humidifier on our old furnace and had the same experience with a fair price and excellent service. When the crew arrived to perform the installation we were thrilled to see Jeff again, (who installed our Aprilaire), as well as Kevin, Jerry, and Jeremy. The three Js did an excellent job performing a very clean and solid installation, and they got it all done within ONE DAY which was impressive! (Being a design engineer myself, I was very happy with their professional level of quality workmanship. Very clean and well thought out overall.)

We worked with Corey for an HVAC install. He answered all the questions we had and was very responsive and professional to us, even though we were fairly unfamiliar with HVAC systems. He stopped by our home day-of install to check in, which was great. We also had a great experience with our installers (Matt?) day of. They really took the time to make sure everything was installed correctly and answered any questions we had.

Airquip service was high caliber. From the salesperson Corey to office personnel who kept us informed with reminders of the service, installation and what to expect. Drew and Jeff arrived exactly when said on a cold winter day and worked all day. When the job was completed all was explained and questions answered. Jerry and Sean performed an efficient clean professional heat pump installation. My heat pump failed just before a heatwave in August. AirQuip was severely backed up at the time of my need and was very upfront and fully disclosed the backlog situation. 5 or 6 weeks later Airquip Installed a new Trane unit which, on day 2 at least, we are extremely happy with. Nice people, scheduled and installed on time. Pricing acceptable professional and work. Would and will use Airquip again

Joey Marrocco serviced my furnace and did an exceptional job and went the extra mile. He showed me how to change the filter which is a large one usually changed once a year and requires a little more skill than just pushing it in and out. Airquip came to fix our situation! AC from 91 and a furnace from 89. We now have a great system installed to replace it. From quote to finishing the job, these guys were the best. Now we have an amazing system that is keeping us nice and cozy in the hot times, and will keep us cozy in the cold times too! The install was done very professionally with a full cleanup.....you only could tell they were here by looking at the new system! I would totally recommend them to anyone who needs HVAC work!

Great experience installing new furnace and AC equipment

Jeff, Jordan and Mike installed a mini-split system for me last week. The system works great (the cooling part; will try the heat after July and August go by). The crew was wonderful. Careful re: covid precautions, professional in every aspect, and kind to my granddaughter and dog. Wish all crews were like this one.

This morning it was -2 degrees outside...and 69 degrees and 35% humidity inside.Our home has never been this comfortable, and we owe it all to Airquip!When our old HVAC system broke down, Kevin came out the next morning to give us a quote to replace it. Totally transparent, he shared the cost breakdown line by line, then worked with our insurance company to get our claim approved. They even came to replace it two days after Christmas!Pictures are worth a thousand words. The installation is flawless. I couldnt be happier, and I think you will be too.

Their have been some triais and tribulation in onteracting with airquip this summer and fall. But I must say that it turned out better than expected. I witnessed a tremendous effort on airquip side to alliviate a nasty problem with Misubisi. Airquip went overboard to solve problems and made recomendatins to helo me maontain my system from replacing a unit at no cost to setting up a maintenence agreement that will ensure that my system will conti ue to run effortlessly. 5 star rating
