If I could give this company a negative rating I would. I had a pipe burst and while they came out to fix the problem it took them two times to come out and, it was still leaking. The charge for service (3 total hours time was $700.00) When I called to to have them come back out to fix their work, they told me to go talk to a company who could take imaging of the internal plumbing to find the leak. The company name they gave me doesnt do that type of work. I then tried to call back several times and they refused to call back to fix the work. They will be an excellent company to take your money and run.

Fantastic company! They came out to repair my shower and were done within an hour. They let me know exactly what was wrong and had the parts to replace. The guy who came was very nice and professional. I’ll definitely be using them in the future!

The plumber was very professional. I have a Rennai Boiler/ Combination heater and hot water wall unit. Its a 2014 that wasnt installed until 2015. I have had to call a plumber every year for this unit that had to have been built on a Friday of a long weekend just 15 minutes before quitting time. Translation its a lemon. One year it was actually seen by 2 plumbers. Last winter we had to manually shut off the heat to be able to have hot water to take a shower or do dishes. Then go back to the basement to turn the heat back on. The plumber from A-D Archambauld actually fixed the bane of my existence, POS, headache of a heating system. I was so happy I could have cried.

AD Plumbing recently replaced a 35 year old residential steam boiler, and oil tank at one of my properties. The courteous, neat, and efficient crew completed the entire job in one day. Unlike his competition, the owner Jerry included two annual cleanings in his very competitive quote. Even Heather in the office was a total pleasure to work with. I was especially impressed by the fact that she included proof of insurance in the mailed quote package.

We had most of our pipes replaced, a water softener, iron filtration system and water heater installed along with the furnace serviced. The crew was great, and everything is working without any issues. Many thanks go out to everyone there!

BEWARE they will put your entire family in danger and never think twice about it. I had them to my house 5 times in one week. 5 different people came never said if they were done just left. After the first person came to fix my furnace I had to call the fire department because my house filled with carbon monoxide. The fire chief said asked if we felt sick at all because the levels were so high. He then said it was unsafe to use my furnace. I call to let them know and Heather says oh it just because it needs to be cleaned. I said ok well the fire chief said it needs to get done now. Someone comes says it’s fixed the next day co2 detectors go off again they come out on and off then tell me my chimney needs to be cleaned. I just had it cleaned. I fight with them on Xmas eve to and someone out for the same issue. They put a new pump in and then say there is a valve leaking. They tell me someone will be out the next week to fix it. I watched them pull in my drive way turned around and they were gone. I thought that was quick. I go to look at my furnace and it’s still leaking 1 1/2 months later. Eric whoever that is called me a nut job for asking why they didn’t turn the furnace on when they left. Bunch of liars they will lie to you all day long. Lazy and just unprofessional.

Asked A-D Archambault Plumbing & Heating to service gas piping. Not only where they prompt, respectful of my time, and reasonably priced, but their service was absolutely amazing. I highly recommend this business.

The crew at A-D Archambault is professional, knowledgeable, and fast. They re-plumbed two of my rental units after a fire, service my furnaces, and have replaced two of my water heaters. Yes, their prices are a bit higher than others, but not out of whack for professionals who you would trust in your home. Remember, you get what you pay for, and their quality of service is worth it.

I called yesterday and they said they would come within a couple hours! Not being an emergency I asked if the next day was OK as it was better for me. Yes they said! Paul came and fixed the problem, very pleasant and personable, patiently explained everything to my 92 yr old mother making her very happy. Highly recommend, reasonably priced.

I had a small flood in the basement of my home today and thought it may be a plumbing issue. I called them and they were here within 30 minutes!! Two young men, one named Paul. It turned out to be a septic issue so I was not in need of their services but I was VERY impressed with how quick they got to my home. Also, they were extremely polite and friendly. If I ever have an actual plumbing issue I will most definitely be giving them a call!

I am only giving this company a one star because it doesnt let you write your review unless you choose a star. My personnel rating is 00 for this company. I have a signed contract that they have failed to stand by. I had this company put in two new bathroom sinks. Not a week went by and they both were leaking. I called and Paul came back out and checked them. He found that the Master Bathroom sink had a leak and claimed he fixed it but couldnt find anything leaking in my 1/2 bathroom sink. I had A contractor come to install new shelves inside my sink cabinets and he told me he couldnt do the job until the leaks where fixed. I called and Paul came out again and failed to find the leaks. He told me You have a one year warranty/guarantee with us so if it starts again just give us a call and he would come back again (for the third time). I called this week and spoke with HEATHER who told me they would have to charge me a service fee if I wanted them to come back again since they have already been there twice and found nothing (that wasnt true the first time PAUL found the leak in Master Bathroom). I told her I have a 1 year warranty/guarantee and that was unacceptable. Heather told me We didnt find any leaks so we have to charge you if we come back out If I have a warranty/guarantee for one year that to me doesnt make since. HEATHER was rude and unprofessional. I highly would not recommend this company. I have pictures and video of the leaks and damage this leakage has cause. I had also asked for a manager or the owner to call me back and to this day I have still not received a call. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND BIG FAT 00
