They have been very professional but yet cared to take the time to explain things to me. I really love this place. The price is kind of high but it’s well worth knowing your car is done right and fast. I’d definitely recommend people to come here.

Hi had my front Sruts and shocks replaced; no problems there. My check engine light came on. They changed my cover gasket, pan gasket and my spark plug. Because my cover gasket was placed incorrectly, it cost a huge oil and I have to have the cover gasket and the spark plugs replaced again. Become of their recklessness of replacing those parts, I ended up spending almost $5,000 dollars total in repairs because of their negligence. I will not trust them with my car ever again. And not to mention they’re hell of expensive. Being as expensive as they are, I would’ve expect a lot better work from them. But that was not the case.

Expensive but easy to work with. My nieces live in Rochester and Automotive procare has made it very easy for the girls to bring their vehicles in and have me take care of the rest. I love the report cards they send you with pictures and explanations too. Its a great way to keep records of the work done on your vehicle.

My wife and I are new to Rochester from Southern California. We got some welcome to the neighborhood coupons in the mail including a complimentary oil service. This was perfect timing as we had recently driven across in our 4Runner. I enjoyed the conversations with a couple of the guys that helped me. They were sharing tips on what to prepare for in the winter, as this will be new to us. They gave me a few recommendations on future vehicle needs, but didn’t try and up sell me on a bunch of extra stuff. Looking forward to try out this place again with our other truck and hopefully establishing a new mechanic. Great first impression.

I thought I was getting a good deal when I heard about a full synthetic oil change for $29.50 from ‘Seize the Deal’.I made an appointment for 8am. I also had other appointments this morning. They asked if I wanted to leave the vehicle or wait. I asked how long it will take. They told me it would be an hour and a half. For an oil change?!?! He said they also do a comprehensive inspection. I asked how long it would take for just the oil change and no inspection? He said an hour. For an oil change?!?! I could go down the road to any other place and they will have it done within 15-30 mins.I will most likely donate this oil change to someone who will put up with this sub-standard customer service.If it seems like too good of a deal, it probably isn’t. I’ll bring my business elsewhere.

We were visiting Mayo Clinic from out of town. The air conditioner stopped working and we were leaving town in 2 days. Due to my wifes illness being comfortable for a 6 hour drive back home was crucial. They got me in the day after I called and it was fixed within 2 hours. Great people.

Saved $1000 coming here. Purchased a used car from an owner who said the air compressor was out and needed replacement.Alex and the Automotive Procare team provided a very thorough diagnostic review of the car (and shared photos and video of their review along with their detailed assessment) and found that a much simpler ($25) repair was needed instead. We confirmed the work needed, and the team fixed the car & returned it the same day.Highly recommended!They also have a waterfall & pond with fish and a turtle in the shop/waiting area, in addition to a stocked coffee bar. Beware! They recommended fixes that we just replaced before coming. We took in our vehicle for the free oil change. We dropped it off at 9 am and they had it all day. They changed the oil and did a check for other work to be done. We received an email with proposed needs. Some of them were just fixed. Like the serpentine belt and air filter. Then sent pictures and descriptions that did not fit the true conditions. Find an honest establishment. I had another place bleed me for 5000$ before I found out the recommendations werent really in need of fixing.

I went in for an oil change. I was told it would take about an hour so I decided to wait at the shop. They have this amazing waterfall that goes in to an exhibit with turtles and fish, so I watched that for a while. They also have a seating area with a tv that has access to Netflix and a bunch of magazines. They have a separate seating seating area with high top tables and stools. With a pretty nice coffee station. Free WiFi as well. When they went through the inspection with me,which was included in the price of the oil change, they were thorough. They didnt pressure me to do anything. When I said I cant afford to do anything right now my rep seemed to completely understand.

My first visit here because of the Costco association. These guys were super professional and thorough. They use modern communications and take pictures of what they see so you know its all valid. When I came in to pick up, they reviewed every charge and found an accidental duplicate which was removed. Also were very accommodating in regards to keeping my vehicle during a snowstorm. Their work has a solid guarantee. Will definitely return.

This was my first time at Automotive Procare. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They drove me to my job and picked me up after the work was done on my car. Besides changing the oil they did check up and let me know major concerns and minor things that needed to be done. I did not feel pressured, but was recommended by them as to what should be taken care of immediately.

I have been to Automotive Procare several times now, both for routine oil changes as well as some more extensive work on my truck (as well as girlfriends truck) and always had a pleasant time doing so.Ive never personally waited in the lobby for work to get done, but their lobby is very comfortable with the water fountain as well as coffee and bottled water for refreshment whenever you like. I have used their ride service every time Ive had work done on my cars and Ive had a very pleasant experience getting both dropped off and getting picked up.The work Ive had done on my trucks has always been top notch. Automotive Procare provides a detailed report on what is okay, what might need future attention, and what needs immediate attention which Ive never had before when having service done on my trucks. They provide a complimentary inspection of my vehicle every time I bring it in to see if there are any new issues I am unaware of at the time of needing some work done. The pricing is comparable to work Ive had done on my trucks before, however like I said !the detailed report that they provide gives me piece of mind that what Im having fixed actually warrants the price.As an added bonus and being that I am a Mayo Clinic employee, its nice that they provide a discount for me.Overall, I will continue to go to Automotive Procare for my car needs (even when I get a new vehicle in the future)!

I just had to have a tire fixed that had a nail puncture. They were professional and courteous.

Everything was great until the part where I’m driving away in my vehicle and proceed to touch the middle part of my steering wheel with my sweater and there’s a big grease mark on it. Was a little disappointed with that aspect of service. Do you usually get in peoples vehicle with greasy hands or was mine an exception?

Took my car in for an oil change and some routine maintenance. The guys at Automotive Procare were friendly and professional, and made sure to reach out to a dealership to ensure they were taking care of my Subaru correctly, which can be a rare thing. I was pleased with the way they took care of my car and made sure to go over everything with me to ensure that any questions I had were answered.

I am from out of town, thankfully I was able to get my 4Runner here without completely ruining the battery -the alternator failed about 40 miles into our trip back home - I was on a road trip with my son and our dog- when the battery light came on the dash - the mechanics at pro care were friendly upfront and got our car in at short notice - they got the job done the same day and accommodated us, for a place to hang out while the car was getting serviced -great place great service/staff- glad they were here to help! Good prices and felt they were transparent with everything that needed to be done

I went in for an oil change and to check the low antifreeze light that had come on. They found a the antifreeze leak while doing a full diagnostic check of the engine. They are very courteous and polite young men and will definitely use them again in the future.

This was by far the most respectful and thorough auto shop I’ve ever visited. I bought a synthetic oil change and tire rotation voucher from Groupon.Calling for my appointment and phone answered right away. Person answering very courteous and was able to get appt for what I asked for. Shop doors were open when I arrived and from distance appeared clean. Walking into customer area was cleanest auto service business Ive ever been in - including the bathroom! Indoor waterfall with fish was also a first.My car was ready when they said it would be. No sales pitch. More firsts... many photos are taken of the vehicle during inspection to present to car owner and for service reference. All findings are shown to owner and explained. A Carfax was even pulled to verify maintenance status.

As always Alex and Darrian were great! They had free wifi so my daughter could play on her tablet while we where waiting, the coffee was great and as always, the waterfall and atmosphere is fantastic! 10/10. Definitely give Automotive Procare a try if you havent been there before!

I used a Groupon for an oil change, inspection, and it said tire rotation too, I thought. After the inspection, they sent an electronic report through text and email. It was very clear and easy to understand. The reason Im giving 4 stars is because when I checked out, they forgot to take off the oil change which was covered with the Groupon...but when I came back to address it, they were easy to work with and said they would refund the oil change. They recommended a tire rotation but thought it was part of the Groupon--- but I could be mistaken. I did get a couple other things fixed. The staff was very friendly and professional.

Great service with knowledgeable and kind staff. A huge bonus when going to them is that they also send you pictures of anything theyre working on, so you can physically see and document what they are fixing, instead of other places where you have to blindly trust that something is wrong. Ive gone here for oil changes to tire repair and have always had great service. Groupon often has oil change discounts for them too.

Fantastic customer service! They are transparent about everything theyre diagnosing and what is or isnt a safety issue as far as being fixed. Some auto shops, I feel, can pressure customers to buy in for repairs that are overpriced. Thats not the case here. They also follow up to ask how your car is running, again with full transparency!

I had the pleasure of taking my car here for an oil change and I will say that this is by far the BEST experience I have ever had with a car repair place. The customer service was awesome and they went out they way to accommodate me by providing transportation to and from the shop. The customer service desk workers and the driver of the shuttle was amazing. They followed up with me and went over everything in detail to satisfaction. They took on work they didnt know how to do correctly. My Jeep Grand Cherokee needed new air suspension on the rear axle. They didnt know it needed to be filled with nitrogen gas. They put normal shop air in and the small percent of humidity in there means my system could have literally froze up in winter. I had the dealership fix it and Automotive Procare DID reimburse me for the added expense. Im crossing my fingers for luck though that I have no problems this winter.

I had a flat tire and came in for a quick fix. I enjoyed good service and a nice relaxing waiting area while I waited to get my car fixed. Thanks for great service Mitch and Jenifer.

Went to pick up my car and it didn’t even start after I paid almost 500 for inspection and to fix some things .. they missed something in the inspection that led my car not to start when I come to pick it up ! Then had something missing out of my car that I know for fact was in my car ! Never again will I come back

Colin runs a great ship. I have taken in my fiances car and they fixed it right away and the ability for them to be able to send you the diagnostics report to your phone is great! Also, had them take a look at truck I was interested in purchasing as well. 110% trustworthy. Will be bringing any car I own that needs repairs here.

The owners of Automotive Procare are a breed apart they are my automotive family thru and thru i took my car there ( Babcock Automotive tried and tried to fix it finally they failed at great expense to me with no regard ) finally the supermen Alex and Colin who were trained by one of original founders of Automotive Procare solved my problem easily and at a very minor cost .what has happened to the other shops in the area driven by the almighty dollar with little if any care for the longevity of their businessfinally the owners of this business are a tribute to their industry trust them they care

Five stars for Procare! Procare serviced my 2015 Mitsubishi Mirage, for faulty wheel bearings.Service was top notch, as was the courtesy of the employees. Parts needed to be ordered from some distance away, and I was provided with a loaner car. They also provided a shuttle to my home the first day, and return later to pick up a loaner when it was discovered no parts for myMitsubishi were available in the region and had to be ordered overnight (not a unusual experience- the only negative noted for the Mirage).A very pleasant experience. Procare will be my first choice for auto service in Rochester area in the future!

This is the only place I take our cars and has been the only place for years! The staff is amazing they are always honest.

Ive had multiple visits to this shop and my interaction with the front desk and mechanics have been good, they are friendly and helpful people overall. Unfortunately, this shop would not warranty their product.They replaced my headlight in December then it went out again just 3 months later. I was living in the Twin Cities at that time so it was not feasible to make it back to Automotive Procare for yet another replacement bulb. When I brought in my receipts to show them I had the bulb replaced again they could only offer a refund for the price of the bulb. This of course was only about 1/3 of my total charge due to labor. Their claim was that it must have been a faulty bulb and there were no issues on their end with the installation. I actually had no expectations of receiving a refund but rather expected them to offer a free oil change or two. When I expressed my disappointment to the front desk clerk they stated that it was out of their control and the decision had come from higher up.This shop is typically more expensive then the dealerships Ive used. The money was not my concern though and I actually preferred this shop for their location and customer service but now I will be going elsewhere due to their inability to provide adequate customer resolution when issues arise.Unfortunate timing as I am now living in Rochester.

Great Service!

I am moving a classic Chevrolet van that has been stored for 20 years in a clean garage environment. Obviously the van needed extensive attention such as removing all fluids and replacing.... plus removing and draining fuel tank....and fuel lines. I decided to replace the fuel tank.....fuel pump....and fuel sending unit while apart. They were careful to remove all fuel before turning the key on to avoid old fuel being pushed into the injection system. I was very happy with how they listened to my wishes and followed them. My getting the vehicle road worthy was a 3 day process and they communicated crisply and fully along the way for each step. They paid attention to details like rotating the engine manually before starting to insure there was no stuck rings in cylinders etc. I was very pleased and the repair work was a fair price and they did not suggest anything extra and not needed. In fact - they were careful to check first and let me make the call on any additional work.My background is a retired engineer and lifelong gear head and I normally do all my work myself and have extensive shop tools....several car lifts at home etc. I typically never trust anybody to do my work....but due to prepping this van for driving from Rochester MN to Tucson AZ in the winter I was unable to do this work myself. Zack was exceptional as was Nate the mechanic working with me. They knew I was fussy and treated me and my van with respect. Kudos to them!!!When complete.....they even helped me ferry the van to home as I had a rental car too during this work.I can not say enough good about this great experience!!!I highly recommend Automotive Pro Care!!!!My wife found them on Google and she felt they looked like a cut above the norm and I agree after this great experience!!!!I would go back in an instant to this attentive and fair repair shop!!Craig

At your next service ask for Tim, he does a great job and is honest. I have vehicles serviced at Procare and they are always fast and friendly. They are very complete with checking over cars. They do give you the regular suggested maintains for your car but they dont push you to get it done. They just let you know what the manufacture suggests after the check up, seems honest to me. Would rather know than not, just as your Dr would you at a check up. They are truly car Doctors. Thanks.

I rely on these guys for all my vehicle needs. I would be stranded a couple times if it wasnt for their free shuttle service! I also wouldve been in a serious bind without transportation while my car was in repair. I was unable to get a rental at all the main rental places without a master credit card. Automotive Procare was their to save the day with their shops rental car! This shop has your back and AMAZING customer service!

So I ran into an issue that was a bit above my expertise so I called and talked to these guys and I believe it was Alex that I talked too. I have nothing but good stuff to say about the help that Alex gave me. I took the car in and they ran a diagnostic and found issue right away. I’ve been using Automotive Procare for 15 years and have always been taken care of. I recently decided to start working for them and this is a great crew and a fun place to work as well. Just wanted to say thanks guys.

Ive used them a few times in a pinch mainly because theyre open on Saturday, near where I live and they have a shuttle during the week. While the work they did was fine, their honesty and prices have been questionable. When they replaced my clutch pedal, they marked up the part by a lot more than what it would have cost to buy from the dealer. When I had two bad lug nuts, they said they had to charge me for a full set (all 4 wheels) and then tried to keep my old set (where 18 of 20 were still in good shape). Use your own judgment, but be aware of what they are charging you for.

Weve had two vehicles with unexpected issues crop up in the last month and these guys helped us out! The full sized van a few weeks back needed ball joints replaced to remain usable. And our minivan unfortunately had a meeting with a deer on Thursday night! Both vans are back in motion thanks to these guys. I recently had to drive down to the Mayo Clinic from the Twin Cities with my wife in a medical emergency. Because I pushed my SUV way too hard, the engine severely overheated and became un-drivable after arriving at the Hospital ER. Automotive Procare, and the General Manager (Alex Keehan) in particular, took awesome care with me, even helping me arrange to use my special automotive credit card even though I didnt have the card with me and we had to work together on the phone a lot to get that done! They fixed blown hoses, cleaned up and tested my vehicle, replaced needed filters and more in less than a few hours! And the SUV is running great (better actually) ever since. Alex is such a great guy and General Manager. I so highly recommend their shop and staff for friendly, helpful, good work, customer care and willingness to go the extra mile to get you back on the road! THANKS ALEX!
