This service dept at the dodge section of whites was truly amazing. This past Friday, my wife and i were traveling to NC to move our daughter and son-in-law back to PA, and we were having issues with on dodge truck. They were able to get us in right away, and fix the problem in a little bit of time, and had the part needed. saved lots of $$$$$ and headaches for the trip. all worked out well, got the kids moved back home with no other issues. So wanted to send out a huge THANK YOU, to the awesome folks in the dodge service dept for helping us, and making us feel we were a priority.

I have never had contact with with a more useless dealership! I had been in contact with the dealership for 6 days ... they made several communications with me setting up an appointment. When I arrive for my appointment Im told they have taken the car to auction ... I spent 6 days not looking for another Chrysler 300c thinking I could believe this dealership... I would recommend going to any other deal before going to this dealer. Unbelievable ... I have 5k that I was will g to pay for an 06 300c ... I guess they dont need the money!!

Lies from start to finish. Dealership literally could not deliver on one thing they kept promising, over and over, be it communication or the vehicle we came to the dealership, check in hand, prepared to purchase on Wednesday Feb. 6th, until the lies the salesman spewed came to light once we were actually on the lot. The man literally lied to us as we called stating we were on the road to drive an hour out, informing us for the 3rd time he was preparing the vehicle with a Virginia state inspection as his dealership does transactions with Virginia residents on a regular basis, no worries! Hes got it going into the shop right now.We arrive and his excuses started right on the spot, along with a goodly sized scratch on the back bumper of the vehicle (brand new 2019 Jeep Cherokee) we were coming to purchase that went through all the paint and into the plastic, not something a simple buff and wax would alleviate, though there was that on the tailgate as well. The staff, sales manager included, promised it would be handled first thing in the morning.After almost a week of games and lies, Tuesday Feb 12th arrives, yielding no vehicle as promised.. then Wednesday Feb 13th, again no vehicle as promised, in writing even. We finally involved the sales manager, who, until written proof of the salesmans lies were provided, kept changing stories himself in what we feel was a weak effort to support the games being played by his staff. The story/excuse given to us by the sales manager once there was irrefutable proof of his salesmans behavior is that the salesman was just so motivated to make a sale he misstated some stuff. I guess lying to customers REPEATEDLY is okay if thats the case, lol.The sales manager went on to promise he would have the vehicle ready the next day (Thursday Feb 14th) and would put this all in email. Of course, nothing was received that evening or all the next day (Thursday Feb 14th), no email as promised, and no phone communication at all until 1 hour before the dealership closed. Sales manager called spewing excuses, yet again about how the car would definitely be ready the next day (Friday Feb 15th), etc. etc. We decide wed put our expectations in writing, as had already been agreed on by the sales manager the night before (yet he never did what he said hed do, reminiscent of his salesmans behavior). We clearly state we need confirmation of the discussed topics by noon the next day and that we expect the vehicle wed been waiting a week to purchase would be available during daylight hours so we could look it over. This was sent to the sales manager via email before the dealership closed on Thursday Feb 14th.Next day, Friday Feb 15th, third day in a row that this vehicle was PROMISED to be ready and surprise, zero communication again. Not a call, not an email. Nothing.Totally unprofessional staff, rife with excuses for ridiculous lies and games. Their phone system is a hot mess and numerous messages left with actual reception staff never netted a return call. Take heed of this review and others here that are quite the same as mine. In 20 years of purchasing vehicles at least every two years, at numerous dealerships, this was the worst experience weve ever had, hands down. Please note my reviews dont include any of previous dealership issues, and weve been patrons of many over the years. This just took the cake.Would give 0 stars if possible.*(edited to add pertinent date information)

It took longer than I expected for my car to be repaired but Im satisfied.
My family and I were 50 miles into our 500 mile road trip north when the CEL and Service DEF showed up on my dash threatening me to fix it within 150 miles or be reduced to 5mph on my 2014 RAM 2500 Diesel. I have never had a good experience at my dealership in Goldsboro but it had to go to a dealer. We called Whites and explained to them that I needed a walk in appointment and that we were traveling and would be to their dealership in 30 mins. They said no problem and when we arrived got us right in like we were a VIP case. I was more than impressed! After an hour the technician came out and explained to me my case, not the person at the counter getting second had information. That was probably the first time that a technician took the time to talk to me. He was able to get us back on the road and it was all covered under warranty. Bottom line is that the customer service was great, especially for a walk in appointment. The waiting room was comfortable and there was popcorn for the kids to snack on. Thank you for hooking us up!
I had to take my vehicle in 6 times to have it fixed and they never got it fixed then on the 6th time it was in the shop they wrecked it. WORST dealership Ive ever been to. NEVER buy a vehicle from this place EVER!!!
If I could rate a 0 i would. These people could care less about YOUR time. We came from GA to pick up a new scat pack, they were supposed to have everything ready so by the time we get there all we would have had to do was paper work and walk off the lot. We stayed there 4 hrs because nothing was ready! We needed them to transfer our wheels to the new car, they drove the car to a place down the road to switch tires, the old car came back but the new car did not follow behind. Again this place is right down the road and it took the person with the new car almost an hour to bring the car back. We were calling him,straight to vm,we called the place who transferred the tires and they stated he had been left so no one,not even the manager knew where his employee was with our new vehicle. Now we have tag issues due to the negligence and slow pace of the people at this dealership causing . They drag their feet with everything . So if you go here just know everything will be on their time. Customer service is not their priority!
