Traveling for work and started having major car issues - they worked me in and did what was necessary to get me back on the road and to my final destination.I cannot say enough great things about Harrison Auto! William and Steven Harrison are extraordinarily talented in their areas of expertise. I have told many friends if William Harrison can’t fix your car, it’s ain’t broken. They are honest and their prices are very fair. They will work hard to make sure you are satisfied. Even when I have lived out of the area when I had car problems if I could get my vehicle to them to fix, I did. They have saved me a lot of money over the last 40 years. Great place to get your car reapaired!

Car broke down on way to beach on a holiday weekend. Left the car in a local restaurant parking lot and continued on to the beach. Called Harrison on Tuesday and mailed them the keys. They picked up the car Thursday and on Friday had a replacement alternator ordered. Called me at the beach Monday and said the repair was complete and I picked it up Wednesday on the way home. They did good work at a reasonable price.

Mr. William is so sweet. I will be taking my car back to get work done. Once the work is done ill come back and update my review.....Update well it has been 3 days since i took my car back and forth. 1st issue: didnt have time to do it. 2nd issue: Had my car and wrong part. 3rd issue: I guess since im NOT family or friends or A MAN my car dont matter.... So im playing the waiting game to get my car fix like i dont have stuff to do. This is my first time here and im a lady without a.guy by my side trying to get my car fix. Will it EVER get fixed, i dont know. Ill let you.know by the end of the day😒 with an update.

The exterior of the shop looks like most non-dealer run auto shops, but the service you receive from the owners and staff is exceptional. I have taken my car to Harrisons for scheduled maintenance and as small and major car issues have come up. Each time is a good experience. As a female customer, I feel like I am respected as a customer and treated with the same respect as a more knowledgeable car person. I would highly recommend Harrison Auto for your automotive needs.

I would reccomend this shop to all women who are afraid of getting ripped off. They are so friendly it seemed to good to be true. They speak to you with respect. They are the most honest people that I have seen in the business. I had gone to 3 auto shops before going there. The first price I got from the dealership was $450 plus for all the work that needed to be done. The second shop $380 and the third shop never game me a price or took the time to look at my vehicle after they promised they would. I paid less than $170. I took my car there at the close of businesss on a Tuesday and by Thursday it was ready. Amazing!!!!!!!!!! The mechanic even called me to let me know what was wrong and how much it cost to fix it before any work was done. I am completely satisfied with the services. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!

BEWARE! I was given multiple prices. Never informed of there policies waited five and a half hours and my problem was never fixed. Was then charged $200 for the labor of them taking my car apart and putting it exactly back the way it was. No fix. No part. nothing for $200.
