Elio Rivera was more than professional from the start! Gave a great presentation of the product, explained everything in detail and was involved from the beginning of the process to the end of installation. Dude was flat out awesome! Would definitely recommend Elio and Anlin Windows to any family and friends moving forward. It was 99 degrees today’s and I didn’t have to turn my AC until until about 1pm, that’s how good these windows insulate your house. Before my full home window installation my daughters window would heat up so bad by 10am she couldn’t be in her room. Now she sleeps in on a hot day as literally no heat gets through ther windows! Can’t say enough about how legit this product is made and the quality we received. Worth every penny!!!!

I called to see if they do solar panels. And as usual got an up front open answer from them. No lies or misdirect just good oldbfashion honesty. They stopped doing solar in the city of Riverside because there are to many hoops to jump through with Riverside Public Utilities and getting permits. Thank you for the great information. I already had them replace all my windows in my house and they did a very professional job. I highly recommend there services.

Very dishonest company, this company undercut there competition; I already signed and was waiting on an alumiwood patio cover with another company when Ken came along and blew me away with a price I couldnt refuse approximately 9,000.00 cheaper. I felt at the time something is wrong with this but Ken reassured me with a written contract!! If course I signed and I waited. About 2-3 weeks later I received a call stating there is no way we can do the patio at the price given, they stated there were brackets and more material to complete my job. The price went up 3,900.00, but wait theres more. After deciding to stick with this company, because we all know there is a long wait and remember I already was waiting with a different company before Ken came along. I adjusted the job to absorb some of the extra cost. I was handed off to Angela who told me there is no way they could do my job at the price written on the signed contract. Im my opinion this company is the reason why there are government regulations!! BBB etc. Be careful to do business with California showcase.

From sales representative, owner to workers they all were very professional offering us a great deal and very professional service. The installation was very professional. It took approximately less than 3 hours. They did such a great job that I cant even remember our ugly over 40 year old windows that were in the house when we bought it. Your company is awesome. By far one of thee best, if not the best. From the day we got our free estimate with Elio Rivera, who was so wonderful. They are very thorough and even cleaned up after the installation was complete. The windows limit outdoor noise, dust and heat from the sun. I absolutely love my windows! Thank you Elio and California Showcase!

Please neighbors dont use this company. Theyre not trustworthy at all. We used them to install solar panels on our house and they sold us on lifetime warranties for installation and solar panels. Our roof started leaking after a raining season. I called them to come look at our roof leak for repairs. They said they arent liable for the roof leaks because our home inspection report noted that there could be issues with the roof. We already been living in the house for over 10 years. No one would remember that so they would not honor their warranty. They didnt do a roof inspection prior to installing the solar panels. Their only focus is taking your money. Please be careful and dont use these scammers.

Imagine the year being 2021 and you get told that your husband, who does not own the home, has to be present in order to get a price estimate. Also was told that there is an extra charge for installing less than 3 windows at a time. No thanks! There are plenty of companies out there with respect who Id much rather give my business to!!

We just had a sliding glass door replaced today. I watched the entire process and was truly amazed at the team at work. Everyone knew exactly what they were supposed to be doing and when. Everything went smoothly and the door is amazing! Im really impressed with the quality of the product and the safety features. I have been impressed with everyone that I have had contact with from the company. They have all been very friendly, professional good at their jobs. They got the job done in less time than what was estimated, beginning to end. Highly recommend!

This company is Awesome, I recently had 10 windows replaced and they were windows from the 1950s and they made my house look Great! I spoke with Marissa this morning. She has called us a couple of times to give us an estimate on our windows. She not only is professional and courteous, but she displays honesty and integrity that is so rare these days. I explained that we had already replaced several of our windows through a local company. She said that California Showcase would not be able to match our existing windows and recommended we stay with our existing company to match the windows for the aesthetic value of our home. I wish we could have given her our business.

MARKETER HARASSMENTOn Thursday at about 1:30pm April 18th 2019, one of your marketers walked up (to my thankfully gated house.)He proceeded to introduce himself and begin his business spiel. As I told him “this is my parents house I will pass the information along”, I uncomfortably walk away...He stops me and says, I just have to say you are a beautiful woman.. I say thank you and again walk away! (My privacy feels violated as I am just trying trying to enjoy a nice day on the porch on MY property.) He then stops me AGAIN and says, “I myself am looking for a beautiful woman”.I said thank you again! But this is entirely inappropriate and ESPECIALLY when you are on the job!Realizing he had just given me his information he walked away.Although it seems like a polite interaction, it IS completely inappropriate and uncalled for. And I fear for other women and young girls like myself who are alone at their houses in the 92563 area. (Especially ungated ones!)

You get what you pay for. If you want the best for your home then this is the way to go. A top notch crew who knows what theyre doing and a staff who never kept me in the dark.At first I was a little put off by their insisting that both homeowners be present but they want to be sure that no work is done without 100% agreement among the legal owners. We had this company install 2 patio covers for 9000.00 $. I have called repeatedly for them to come out and fix the leaking the back does, down the side of the back patio. The installation was done almost 4 years ago. After repeatedly calling the first year, a man finally came out last year. During this last rain we had, the water was in the house by the patio door.We are 80 years old, and cant be climbing on ladders.This company has HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE .I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT.I have now decided to contact BBB, in hopes, that they can make this company fix, what is wrong..

I am so excited to have engaged Calif Showcase Construction to replace the Windows/doors and Central a/c in my town home in Diamond Bar. The reason I am going forward is due to the outstanding professional and technical expertise of their estimator Joe Boyden. He arrived on time at 12noon and I told him I have been researching energy upgrades for Windows and wanted to replace my 30 year old inefficient but working forced air heating unit. I really put Joe through the paces asking about SEER energy ratings, and advantages of vinyl versus wood or aluminum Windows, building permit process, ANLIN specifications and modifications, etc. He was thorough, patient, and went up and down my 3 stories inside and out as I got real technical in my questions. He was never high pressure and addressed each one of my concerns. I knew the company has high ratings from online reviews but Joe convinced me of the high quality and diligence my job would receive. I had told him I was going to get another estimate - but as he was getting ready to leave I cancelled the next appointment and asked him if they would do the job! He came back in and efficiently walked me through the disclosure process - called the HERO program and facilitated the authorization online. I really want to compliment Joes knowledge and low key manner - he is a great asset to California Showcase Construction and the reason I am getting this beautiful and green upgrade to my home. I had a rep Mike T. come to my house today. I told him I was not intrested, due to we didnt like how the Hero program was deceptive when we were going to do it a few years back, especially when it came time to sell your home you would owe the Hero program so much you would get no profit from your house. My husband was not home at the time so he said things changes and they can have a operator call my husband on saturday and we set up a call time. 1 hour later I had a operator call me by the name of Matthew, who then informed me that the rep set up a appointment to have some one come out and set up service and they were coming out on saturday. I told him I didnt like the deception to take me off there list and dont contact me again. Matthew hung up on me mid sentence, I called back to speak to a supervisor Matthew answered the phone and when I asked to speak to a supervisor he informed he was the on duty supervisor. Very professional Matthew I will give this company great reviews. 😡

California Showcase Const. put in sliding glass doors, a set of French doors and new windows in the rest of the house; all Anlin products. After the salesman had measured the windows and doors, the owner of the company came out personally to remeasure. The installation crew with Eric as the lead man did a great job installing, and Eric personally rechecked everything before they left. Anlin windows were more expensive than other brands, but very good windows. We thank CA Showcase Const. for a great job.
