The guys scrubbing only did half the car. One guy on the right scrubbed the right side. the other one did a quick pass and barely touched it. After it came out of the wash the car sat in the sun for about 20 minutes before someone when to dry it off. By then there were water spots all over it and they missed a lot. Inside looked ok but outside i could still see dirt marks where it wasnt scrubbed or wiped off.

Getting your car washed couldnt be easier! Get there early because they ARE busy ( good for the economy !), everybody does a careful thorough job and the rates are reasonable! Leave your keys in, hop out, pay, and pick up on the other side. FYI - remember to tip your detailer! Also, inside has A/C so if its too hot out you can wait inside where its COOL!❄ You can also walk to Target...

2nd time I have taken a car to this car wash and both times the car is clean, but its like its been spot cleaned. Console have been wiped down, but inbetween areas are still dirty. The space on the door where you might sit a cup or stash pens, never touched. Bird droppings on the side window wiped off, but I used a towel to rub off what was still there. A towel was left in my back seat (thank you) I can use it later. 3rd times the charm or a waste.

They move pretty quickly here....I didnt have to wait for too long, even tho there were several cars in front of me. The inside has plenty of seating, in case you dont want to sit outside. I added the interior shine, which is a $3 add-on. The attendant that cleaned my car, put SO much of that stuff all over the front of my car, that it looked like chicken was about to be fried in there. I had to go wipe it off, before I left, otherwise I feel it would have gotten all over my clothes. Other than that, everything else was good.

Took my car for a full detail and couldnt be happier, the inside is impeccable and and the outside looks like new 👌

Truck looks great, reasonable price. If you find something they missed let them know. They will take care of it. When you do 30 cars a day sometimes they blur together and you miss a spot.

Worst Car Wash Ive Ever Been To - BEWAREBrought my 2013 Buick Verano in to be washed on Sunday afternoon. I chose Package #4 Express Wax @44.99 which included 100% Wash and 100% Wax, Wheel Brite, Exterior Dressing. With a name like Express Wax I could get around a bad wax job, but a bad hand wash, unacceptable. I didnt notice at the time, but when I went grocery shopping after I left, I opened my trunk to find dirt on the lip of the bumper (see images). They didnt take the time to clean in-between the spokes on the wheels, and didnt bother to take off some of the more stuck on dirt. This place is a RIP OFF. STAY AWAY... See the pictures, they tell the story... - I wish I could leave 0 stars.

Im new to the riverside area. I was very disappointed with the service!!!!!They started vacuuming as soon as I pulled up,I didnt have a chance to get out of the Car. The most disappointing part is Im paying $30 for airfreshener WAFFER!!!! My car came out of the wash,parked it left it to dry in the cun fir 5 min before attending to finish service,so they can attend to other vehicles. Im not coming back

I expected them to at least wipe down the inside when I paid for a car wash but that didnt seem to happen, had to do myself when I got home.

So far I have had a good experience going here. They provide a lot of services for your car such as 100% hand washing, vacuuming, wax, clearcoat, air fresheners, tire dressing etc. I would recommend taking your car to this business. If there are any problems in the future, i will update post.

Again, I had to explain to the guy whom did not take the time needed to do a through job of cleaning my car. It was a cool morning, and should not have been an issue at all of not doing a fine job. What up with these people that are making better money than I ever did in my first jobs. It seems more money an hour does not make the difference it used too or it should.Its a shame...I had to point out what he should have been trained to do for All his customers. Shame on Finish line Car Wash employment, as well as that particular employee.

Ive been coming here for 4 years, but today they ran over my keys and didnt even say anything about it. Watch out because while they work, idiots leave the keys on top of the tires. Im saying idiots because someone forget to get the keys before they drove my car....😡

They are definitely not the best. I paid $35 for some special. When I got my truck, there were dirt spots all over the hood. Then when I got into my cab, there was trash (candy wrapper) on the mat, and the console area was not vacuumed or wiped.

Went to this car wash today, and this is what i was left with! i went back to the car wash not even 15 minutes later to point out an obvious spot and ask them if they could fix it since i did JUST PAID to have it WASHED. they refused and the manager was disrespectful. he said i would have to pay for a full detail service if i wanted this removed. he then back tracked what he said and stated that i would have had to pay to have my car waxed if i wanted this removed. which in the service i paid for it included a wax. i then pointed out a few other spots where my car looked like it hadnt even been touched with water and he told me i was coming up with excuses i wont be coming back here, and dont recommend that you do either. hope the clouds roll in soon because at least i can get a better wash from the rain than this place.

Theyre ok. They are reasonably quick and do a decent job for the price and time. Weve had issues with the workers stealing from our vehicle, so beware of that and dont leave ANY valuables inside, not even in the closed console.

Took my car to get The Complete which is their detail package. They had my car done within 3 hours. When I came to pick it up it was gorgeous on the outside and just barely shampooed on the inside. Like it was spot cleaned. I spoke with the manager who explained that it only looked that way because it was drying . obviously didnt agree. So, he took care of it. He was professional kind, and VERY customer service oriented. I appreciated that the manager took the time to listen and made sure that I was happy. I will be returning.

I went here this morning for a badly needed car wash and interior cleaning. My car was extremely dirty and gross from driving from Georgia to here in Cali. I got the works (#3) and added an interior clean to pay a total of $30. It was the best car wash I have ever had done. It was so freaking clean that when the sun hit the windshield, all I saw was a super shiny dash. Definitely coming back

I paid for the mini detail... Brought my own wax and there were still water spots on my paint all over my car and windows. They parked it in the sun wax the whole car and set it by sections... Like youre supposed to do. Not happy!!

Pretty nice place and fast. Seems like a good value, cleaning inside and out before you can make it over to Target, have a latte, nice bathroom break break, and back again. Several optiona from cheap/fast to more detailed/$/fast. Give the guys a nice tip as they make a good job of it. The $1 scents are pretty powerful, I had to hide it in my bosses desk because it was overpowering my little car. A dollar well spent :)

My front drivers side rim was slightly damaged by the side rails that run along with the rollers that move the car. I actually told the workers to stop the machines. The workers turned the wheels away from the rails by then the minor damage was done. Ill never go there again

I had gone there before with my other truck and they did a good job so I said hey Im going back with my new truck for a HAND WASH. It was a bit dark when I got my truck back so me trusting them I didnt bother to check but as soon as I got in I noticed they didnt even clean my floor mat! Oh I came out to check the truck this morning its still got dirt everywhere looks like they just put water on it and done! Dont think Im ever going back was very disappointed!

The worst car wash ever. Overpriced and did an awful job. Only vacuumed part of the car. Hardly cleaned inside the car. Had to pay $30 for it. All shoes prints were still there. Very poor customer service. Will never come back.

Just got my car wash and haven’t had a problem before. But got home and the whole back seat and floor was soaked!! Like one of the workers accidentally opened the back window. My anger is not focused on a possible mistake, it is focused on NO ONE SAID A WORD TO ME when I got the car . Not one worker said sorry or tried to fix it by drying it out.I called when I got home, but neither the manager or phone guy said anything but bring it back and we will try drying it. I explained that I had a doctor app’t and couldn’t come back. And I got nothing more... never a sorry or anything! 🤬

I paid $ 50 to wash the car and they didnt even vacuum the inside of the car, I vacuumed the car myself. if you pay for the best wash it is so they do things right, thats why I put 1 star

This place is does spectacular jobs on details and customer service is always extremely stellar. We have been coning here for years. My job requires me to have cars detailed regularly and this is my top choice of places.

A decent spot location to get in and out fast. Right next to Target and other stores to kill time if needed be. Good customer service, decent lounge area but could use more comfort. Car wash itself is great! The only reason why I have them as a three star is due to a lack of loyalty program (i.e. using my phone# to track washes and maybe an occasional free carwash), instead they offer a bulk purchase program. Please comment if I am incorrect. Im big on customer atmosphere since there are plenty of carwashes to pick from. I believe there is room for improvement. Overall I still come here on occasion when Im in the area and I believe most are satisfied with their service.

Expensive and did a horrible job. The back seats of my vehicle were totally missed with the vacuum, didn’t wipe anything down by back seats. Total waste of money. Check your vehicle before driving away.

Decent place. Ill come here since its closer to my house. I use to go to All Star Case Wash (Corona) and what I missed about them was how they kept track of your car walked for your free wash. I hate the idea that they give you a card freshener instead of a spray inside the car. If this place was a bit comfortable inside and invested in their database of customers Im sure theyd get a bump in business.

Finish Line has been washing my truck and my wifes car for years and I wouldnt go anywhere else. The guy who runs the place is very nice and the employees are fast and friendly too! They always clean the vehicles to perfection. They have a few arcade games in the lobby. I play the shooting game every time I go and have most of the top scores. Try to beat my score! Please! I need some competition!!!

Sloppy work. I payed extra for a more detailed job and I get dressing on my front windshield and random places. Definitely not coming back.

They have REALLY gone downhill. Starting going here about a year ago. Now, I always find smudges all over windows, poor vacuuming, the washers dont actually wash the car (bird poop on hood, stuck in bugs on the front, and dirt near and around the tires). It has become a habit where before I even accept my keys, I have to walk all the way around the car with them and have them clean it again. Then, if you get their for $3 more well put a seal thing, which is obviously not a sale since I have been going for this long, they dont even clean the whole interior. Its such a poor job. Half the steering wheel will be dusted, the dash has dust in the corners, and they get the seal on the windows. As well, I have also had to send my car back through the wash before, because it was not cleaned at all. Really sad to say because they used to be a great place. And even more lately, I really havent felt like its a good idea to leave ANYTHING in the car. Such as chargers all the way to a box of tissues. Someone has sticky fingers.

I took my car theyre 1 month ago the clear sealant stained my paint they bust my whole car out have not washed it since then scared to go back I went today and it did the same thing my car is spotted and it wont wipe off so I say dont take your car there

I come here like 2-3 times a year. Its not bad for the price, but sometimes I wonder why I even come back to this place. They kinda have gotten lazy here or there when it came to fully cleaning the inside and outside of my cars. Overall they deserve a 2 out of 5 stars, and thats the highest I can go.

It was really nice, and the people there were very fast at washing the car. There is also a indoor space to go in while you are waiting for your car to be finished. It has games, sodas, snacks, and stuff for your car. I recommend coming here.

They do a very good job for the majority of the time. The only downfall that I have noticed is when they get very busy which is typically on the weekends more spots seem to get missed and attention to detail seems to be lower.

February 12, 2019.Its a shame. Massage chairs broken for 10 months. Chair by sit down video game broken for a year. Smoke alarm chirping for a year, just needs a 9 volt battery. And they get a 7 out of 10 for cleaning my Tacoma.I showed the manager twice in the last 6 months about the things broken. Something must be wrong with the owners brain. I heard he shows up on Mondays.

They followed our request with a smile and did a beautiful job washing our car!

Horrible job!They didn’t even lift up my carpets to vacuum underneath even though I specifically asked them to vacuum really well! Not worth $20! That’s what I get for being lazy & not washing my own car...I can do a WAY better job!

Paid 26.00 and the front window is not clean......paid $3.00 more to have interior done.....very poor job...Over spray all over the window....I really dont mind waiting for a good job, but they are more interested in socializing with each other then completing the job. A worker left the truck he was working on to chit chat with the worker working on my car.....my car is under a year old and not much to clean....would have thought it would have been a better job...cashier great....the guy who writes up the car great. The two stars are for the ticket writter and cashir.It could have been a bad day everyone has one! I will try it again and hope my car is clean, if not then they will lose my business.

Hours said they were open Saturday. Place is locked up. Maybe they closed down.

For $45 bucks I really expected more and for the vents to be cleared, there was a little tape residue on the windshield because it is new and they just left it as well as some lotion that spilled by speedometer and it was left too, vacuum job was okay but there is still some grass in the back seat from the kids, windows were not rolled down to clean the edge of the glass, it was okay but was worth $14 which is what I will get next time if I am ever desperate enough to go here again. Foamy in Redlands is a bit better.

Detail was 90 minutes, I did a quick look and drove off.Once the sun hit my windshield I can see they did a bad job.The carpet isnt that clean either.$40 was a waste IMO

Good cleaning on cars, trucks, and SUVs but sometimes the lines are long. Getting in sometimes takes a while and leaving even longer as the guys seem to dry at their own pace (thats the only reason for 4 stars). Use a ShopRiverside card for a discount and get your car cleaned up.
