Expected better quality wash for $55.00 theg charge extra $5 for truck ?? The back of my truck was dirty and untouched...They had to vacuum second time cause back seat floor looked terrible.. Missed spots and had them do also windshield again cause inside wasnt done right.1st and last time I come here..

I got the super wash and this is how I got my car back. They didn’t even try to wipe it down. If I would have been smart I would have checked reviews before coming here. I could have done a better job on my own.Customer service is great but the vacuum and washing skills are apparent.

First and last time, they just focused more on the windows than the vacuum, the mats are still dirty with sand. And the guy it took for ever i thought that he actually was doing a good job but no.

I have been bringing both my vehicles (2015 BMW 435i - 2017 GMC Sierra) for several months, and love this place. The owner and employees are always friendly and courteous. What I like best is that they actually hand wash, and there are no abrasive brushes, bristles or wheel damaging guide rails. In fact, my GMC Sierra has custom (26) wheels, and they even wash and dry the inner lip by hand! Excellent vacuum carpet, mats and wash windows inside and out.

Staff was very aggressive! I complained about the service, after being told to come back the cleaning men disagreed with the desk employee. Even when complaining to manager directly, the cleaning men still refused to do their job. The manager finally came after I complained to call the police because they were getting aggressive near my children. He told me to come back when he had different employees any other day of the following month. I had finally decided to come back after a few weeks and the same desk employee said I waited too long. I apologized for a miscommunication and was then insulted saying it should have been “common sense” when I just listened to the manager. Don’t bring your kidsMy family has been going here for over 3 years. They are unprofessional and the workers act as though they are under the influence slurring words and using unnecessary profanity.

First time and last time! I paid for diamond wash, which is thirty-two dollars for a car but thirty-six dollars for my truck, which comes with an air freshener, simonize wheel brightener, Polish wax, sealant wax and armor all on tires and bumpers. Well, I didnt get an air freshener, the wheels and tires are the only thing that look decent, I dont see how they could have put wax on it with a bunch of little dead bugs on the front of the hood, there were two black sudges, which Im assuming is the rubber from the tire, about four to five inches long on either side near the wheels, and lastly the bumpers did not have armor all; as a matter of fact, some parts of the rear bumber are still dusty. The Windows were ok and the vaccuming needs improvement. This place should be called the partial car wash where you pay for more than what you get.

I’m new to this area and Googled car washes near me. This one came and I saw the in THEIR pictures they had. Tuesday special for $17. So on my lunch I drove 10 minutes to it. When I got there the sign now said Wednesday special so I asked the employee to ask the manager about the price because I showed them my phone with their picture showing $17. The manager came out and said it was an old picture. I explained that’s not my fault, I just drove 10 on my lunch. I asked if he’s going to go or and he said no. That is horrible customer service! So I left, for $5 bucks you should honor it!

The worst car wash ever will never got back

They used so much oil based amorall that you cant even open the doors without getting it all over you! Its on the exterior of my car near the door frame it looks gross! Shampooed my seats and they are soaked still on day two and leaving the windows open for it to dry. They clearly missed spots on the inside of the car. Disappointed!

We brought in two cars to be washed and paid for upgraded services. My Subaru had not been vacumed in the back and there were streaks on the back window as well as tree sap was still stuck to the hood...The Rubicon was way worse..we paid to amoral all the bumpers and tires etc. The kid doing that car had body lanuage that made it very clear he had no interest in being there and even less in doing a good job. he missed many spots on the front and back bumper, and ledge under the tire flares and missed the mounted spare tire all together..in addition there are still bugs stuck to the grill and front window as well as tree sap on the hood..Last trip to that car wash...they need to get their act together or wont be in business long. It is their business to do a good job and keep their customers returning!

I brought in a minivan that had not been washed in over a year! The inside was grimy and the van had been parked under a sappy tree.Not only was the price of service reasonable, the actual service was PHENOMENAL!!!! It almost looks new! (Im in desperate need of a paint job, but besides that, its beautiful!!!!) 😍😍😍😍😍My only regret is that I did not take pictures before and after! 😑

Very poor wash job told me I had to pay $160 they have the spots removed from my windows came home put Windex on them and wash them right off 99% clean inside the car popcorn was left they didnt move the seats to vacuum and had no problem taking your tip I would not recommend nor will I be going back to this car wash again straight down the street 200 yards is a guy that will wash your car for $25 an acid wash it for another $25 and buff it out thats the man Ill see next time not Classic Touch Car Wash

This place seems well organized and clean. The staff seem to be friendly enough and they do a good job on the car wash. I think they are a bit on the expensive side but seem to do a better job than the typical car wash. Im giving them four stars because $20 to wash my Jeep is too much.

Car wasn’t very clean after being washed. They should have washed it again. The inside detail was streaked and not very clean. They weren’t busy so there’s no excuse.

I had my engine steam cleaned. They did a good job. The cost was fair and the employees friendly.

Scratched my car. Told me they could not have done it. Funny, it wasnt there when I brought the car in. Then didnt even clean the car completely. Tried to tell me it needed to be detailed to get bugs off the grill. Crumbs in the seats. Manager just made excuses. Asked for money back. Huh, yeah right!

I wish I could give zero stars to this place, but it doesnt let me so here goes I went with my girlfriend to wash her car at this car wash establishment and when we were done we got home and I overlooked their work and I noticed on the side of the car seat there was plenty of Cheerios, so they never vacuumed correctly. I called the car wash and spoke to the woman cashier, she said no worries just take pictures and you can get a free car wash. So I come back and speak to the owner of the place and he refused to give me another car wash even after showing him how dirty the seats and a receipt of $30 wasted.... we exchanged words and I would never ever go there ever again, Horrible customer service as well as their work ethics....and would recommend other better quality workmanship car washes down the street just down the street next to the Riverside Airport.

Super service. They take their time to clean every corner of the car and very thoroughly. That’s why the waiting time is a little longer but the job they do is so worth it.

Took my car there for the first time and LAST time. They did such a poor job. There is still crumbs all over the cars floor, water streaks on the mirrors and window, and dirty surfaces that never got a wiped down. Never again.

Highly recommend. Friendly staff, things for kiddos to do, so bring quarters. :)

They always do a good job and really try their best. Sometimes its not the greatest wash but thats usually when theyre super busy or its insanely hot outside. Theyre only human and cant be expected to do a perfect job every time. Overall Im satisfied with the wash they provide.

8/2/19- I really wish I could share a picture of what a poor job was done here. I only got the $20+tip car wash but there was still bird droppings and bugs stuck to the Hood, front end and around the vehicle when they were finished. The windshield and windows were all smudged and there was plenty of debris on the floor which the vacuum did not touch. Sadly there was no indication when the vehicle is finished as they normally would do with a honk and or a wave, instead I had to ask why people were working on vehicles that came in after mine only to find out my car had been done five minutes previous. When I mentioned my lack of enthusiasm about the job done and pointed out the flaws all I got was a shrug... Hmmm It looks like they are under-staffed and poorly managed... I guess $20+tip for a well-deserved lesson is not that bad. I highly suggest taking your vehicle elsewhere and I am not recommending this car wash service to anyone...except maybe my enemies 😎 To anyone who has received good service here, congratulations👍 After my service here I went to the AutoZone less than a mile away and purchased the basic products to do it right myself. I do not mind doing the work but I was in a hurry to get my Saturday chores done( I suppose this was my fault for trying to be time efficient) Average length of start to finish on the service here is about one hour. I wish there was an emoji of a carwash with a pile of vomit on top...you’d see it here.

Took my car to classic touch. One of the associates broke the windshield wipe handle inside I know who but no proof. Owner took no responsibility. The part cost 130. Labor 60. Please record your visit before handing the keys over.

DO NOT Go Here!!! Horrible service! I took my car there I showed the kid my interior as nd told him I wanted it vaccummed and my seats cleaned and treated. I asked which package I needed. He directed me to the $40.00 wash I mentioned I wanted the leather seats cleaned he quoted me An extra 15.00 charge. When I got to the cashier she told me what a great discount I was getting. When I went to pick up my car the vacuuming job was poor and the seats had not even been vaccummed or wiped. I spoke to the manager and he said they we could take care of it and to see him when I returned. When I returned they had kinda wiped the seats with something oily but had done a very poor job and missed alot of spots. The manager was no longer there. The cashier said I had gotten a discount and should have possibly bought a better package however I had asked the clerk which pa cage to get as 2nd this was what he had directed me to. She told me the manager or owner would call me as I had requested a partia l refund as my car was still dirty and I did not receive quality seat treatment for my seats . I called back 2 full days later and requested to speak to the manager or owner. The cashier got back o. The phone and said they felt the job was satisfactory ! My car was not clean and the service is terrible!

Ive been here before and have been very happy with the service, but yesterday they did a horrible job. The seats werent vacuumed correctly, then the windows were left dirty with spots. And the guy cleaning it took a good 30mins on this horrible job.

I was going to take my car here again tomorrow. Ive been coming here a long time. Past few times they didnt vacuum well, or do the inside windows well. Parts of my car were still dirty inside and out. Last time they scratched my new car. Pretty bad. I thought maybe I should r ew af reviews before going again. Maybe I just had a poor member the past few times. They used to be great. The scratch, really upset me. I dont know why I was going to go back! Creature of habit I guess. Omg!!!!...so disappointed aftr gettn my car aftr the wash!!!!windows had smudges and streaks...inside windows and rear view mirror not wiped at all...carpet not vacuumed!!!pissed!...aftr my car was done...the worker kept beeping my horn which was so annoying and i tipped him!!!...i didnt even get out the parking lot good b4 seeing all the missed areas...i backed up and drove right back into the car wash a d let them know wat happnd!!!...the new staff need to b retrained seriously or bring the OGs back!!!!.i dont think i will b goin back!!!....how do you wiped the car down with wax then wipe the windows down with the same rag?😕 thats where the smears come from. Honestly the worst place you can go to wash your car.. vacuumed my car two days before I took it to them, so I just wanted my car finished up.. the same way I brought my car in is the same way they gave it back to me, luxury wash was a waste of $20 !! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. Ive been here twice and both experiences where not up to par. They scratched my infiniti pretty badly and then the management told me I was a lier. It was apparent that the scratch happened during the wash.The second time I came in with a rental car (Im a woman of second chances .. and another scratch on that rental wasnt going to matter.) The man writing my wash ticket argued with me about air freshener and when I mentioned it to management she called me a lier, again.They do not care about their customers or their cars.They also take 45 min to do a regular wash.I DO NOT recommend taking your vehicle here.
