Corie Olive, Agent at the Riverside office has great communication and is very prompt. I am an escrow officer and deal with a lot of insurance companies every day. Yesterday I had a transaction where the buyers lender requested a last minute change in policy to allow a sooner closing for the buyer. Corie took care of it in minutes!! Not only was she prompt but in the initial request she ccd the buyer and me on email correspondents and informed me when she was going to do something. So I had to take the time to give her 5 stars! Definitely someone I would refer business to and or would like to work with in the future!

I can go on and on about the details about my experience, but Ill keep it brief (Ill try). First of all, I am saving more than 3 times on car insurance without compromising on the type of coverage. My former insurance was highway robbery. Second, I had a very pleasant time dealing with my new agent, Jerry Perales. To put it in a nutshell, he was very patient with all my questions, he provided me with thorough information, he took the time to do his best in finding me the best quote to fit my budget without compromising on coverage, and overall, I just felt like he sincerely cared about me as a customer.
