Not very helpful. I’ve had a claim open for almost 5 months had no car in a week and nothing was done. Went to pick it up as I needed it to take kids to school and pick them up. Took the car back Allstate claimed they never received an invoice and the dealership (my choice of shop) showed me proof that it was sent. I myself took the pics and sent them to Allstate so that they could sent the remaining amount so they could start the work. They never did they didn’t make it valid. Something else happened to my car since (few days ago went to target came out and I found a huge scratch on my door) didn’t even bother to contact the insurance since they don’t really do much about it. Also I refuse to drive my car with the door like that. I have been driving myself husbands car since. Once my insurance expires I’ll be switching to AAA again or something else. I definitely wouldn’t recommend Allstate to anyone. I’ve also heard they never really take care of any claims or anything that happens.

I was told our auto insurance would be canceled on a certain day and we got insurance with another company just to find out that they refused to close the account now my amount due is extremely high. This is the worse i have ever been treated especially with auto insurance.
