I cannot say enough about E&M body shop. My seventeen year old niece had a dance with two yellow poles when she was exiting the driving school parking lot and dented the passenger side of my Kia Sorento. I went to three places for an estimate. Emil the owner of E&M took the time to provide an estimate and explain in detail the repairs complete with pictures. When I picked up the car it was better than when I brought it in. He not only took care of the doors but cleaned up a few small scratches free of charge. Professional with frequent updates on repairs. I would highly recommend E&M body shop in river grove if you want reasonable prices and someone who genuinely cares about the end product and the client. Icing on the cake your cars repairs are guaranteed for life as long as you own the car. Unheard of but true!

From the moment I received my estimate the staff at E&M was very kind and very knowledgeable about what my car needed to get fixed. I was in a hit and run while driving and just wanted my 2017 Honda CRV to look brand new again. Emil looked at my car and wrote me an estimate. I also spoke with Alexandra who helped multiple times along the way. The staff at E&M did an amazing job on my car. My car needed a new fender, which meant painting a new one. One thing I was most worried about was the paint matching my original color because my silver has a bit of sparkle in it. It now matches perfectly! I am so impressed! They even washed my car inside and out! I will definitely come back and recommend this place to family and friends.

If you need a auto body shop, that does everything, and will treat your car like its one of there own. I had a scratch on my Jeep Wrangler on the door and didnt have a lot of money to do it, so Emil witch is a great person to do business with, had his paint guy do just a touch up but even doing just a touch up they treated it like they were doing a total paint refinishing. I have no complaints, the time and quality of work they performed. All I can do is recommended E&M auto body shop for all your the work you need for your own car you will definitely not be disappointed and be that you went to them, and also keeping work in the neighborhood. I was rear ended about a month ago on my way home from work. My insurance company suggested a body shop for me to take my van. Upon checking further, the body shop recommended had negative reviews. I google searched body shops in my area. Came upon E & M. There were a lot of good reviews for them so I decided to take my van there. After a little bit of a wait, finally met Emil. Spoke for a while, felt comfortable dealing with him. Took about 3 weeks to get my van back but that was due in part to my work schedule & a sensor that was needed in addition to the work that was completed. Emil reassured me that if there was anything that I wasnt completely satisfied with, I could bring my van back & it would be taken care of. Happy with the work done & would suggest this place to family & friends to have work done on their own vehicle.

Dont know where to start. I have never experienced such customer service as I did with E&M. I received daily updates on my car with photos, I was able to see before and after results while sitting in my office without driving back and forth. For any additional labor Emil asked for my permission. All parts were replaced with OEM Mercedes Benz parts. When I arrived I was surprised, my car was washed even tho I brought it a bit dirty. Emil showed me again everything they replaced and told me if there will be anything creaks or noises they will fix it free of charge. I would recommend this body shop. You just wont be able to find better one quality/price wise.

I was involved in an accident with a good amount of damage on my passenger side door and rear quarter panel. All the passenger side air bags deployed as well. I knew it would take awhile to fix all that. It took about two and a half weeks for all the repairs but it was well worth it. When I picked my car up it looked like it wasn’t involved in an accident at all. The color match on the door and panel was spot on. Also as part of their service they clean your car inside and out. So not only did my car look like new on the outside but it looked and smelled like new on the inside. Their service is outstanding. I would recommend them to anybody that’s involved in an vehicle accident and god forbid if I find myself involved in one. This is the only place I will go. I know the type service I will get.

I fixed my Mercedes at E&M few times and I have to say that I was very pleased with the quality of work, price and the customer service provided. I’m really detailed oriented person who values quality, therefore; I can be skeptical at first. Previously, I would fix and service my car at the dealership until trusted friend recommended E&M auto body shop. When I read all the great reviews I decided to give it a try. My car had large dent on the driver’s door and at E&M they were able to fix it on the spot and for very reasonable price. I was really happy with the final result because my car looked like brand new again. Later on when I got into car accident and the entire left side was damaged I didn’t hesitate to bring my car to E&M again and I was confident that my car is in good and professional hands. I was pleased once again and when I picked up my car it looked like brand new again with no signs of previous damage whatsoever. I feel sorry that I didn’t know about E&M sooner and that I unnecessarily spent a lot of money at the dealership, which is overpriced and the quality of service not as good as at E&M. I brought my 2014 Charger SXT in after smashing my passenger side bumper and door into a parking lot light post. I was only going 5 or 6, minimum speed, but the damage was pretty extensive. These guys came and picked it up at my home, worked with my insurance company and delivered it back home as good as new! Emil was a really nice guy and I highly recommend them If you need service. 5 stars definitely!

I am so happy and grateful for the work this place did on my car. I went in with damage to my back left panel of my car from hitting a yellow barrier. When I picked up the car it looked brand new. They matched the paint and went over the top by cleaning the outside and inside of my car. On the ride home I felt like I was driving a brand new car. Alexandra couldn’t have been any nicer thru the whole process. She was direct and up front. My wife went in and put a down payment down on the car. After I paid for the car and left Akexadra called me minutes later letting me know that I left my deposit at the store. She didn’t have to tell me and I would have never known. I made an appointment for a small scratch on my trunk. I agreed with trying to just paint the scratch out but it was still a bit off after it was finished. So I left my car overnight and got the whole trunk repainted for a great price, especially with having 3 layers of paint. Along with doing a fabulous job on the trunk, they detailed the car at no extra cost and good thing they did because I almost forgot I had an appointment adding stripes to my vehicle the next day. Overall I would recommend them highly. The people that work there worked really hard, were patient, and were understanding of my unique situation of having other people drop off and pick up my vehicle due to my schedule. Thank you again.

I made an online appointment. When I got there they took care of me right away. I think it only took around 30-45 minutes so it was very fast. They did a great job. The price was also very reasonable.

I recently had a crash in my Mazda CX-7 with damage to all front body components including both front doors and some parts under the hood. The guys did a wonderful job, and my car looks and feels like it never had an accident. Refinished components look new and the paint job seamlessly blends with the rest of the body. I recently was involved in an accident with my brand new Nissan Rogue 2015. I was rear ended on the highway. After the accident my rear bumper was hanging off and my exhaust pipe was shut closed. I called multiple towing companies and they told me the wait was a couple of hours. Right when I called E&M Auto Body Shop I spoke to the owner Emil and he sent a tow truck right away to come get my car. The tow truck came within a few minutes. I was very relieved and thankful someone was able to come pick up my car that quickly on such a late notice. E&M Auto Body Shop was able to fix my car very quickly. They were able to fix it in 2 weeks. While my car was getting fixed, the owner Emil kept in contact with me. He sent me pictures of my car getting fixed and also let me know about how much longer it would take until it was finished. When I did contact Emil or the auto body shop office they always responded very quickly and answered all my questions. Emil as well as everyone working at this body shop truly care about their customers. I was extremely satisfied with the work that E&M Auto Body Shop did to my car. The work was very precise and professional. With my car only being a couple months old, it looked brand new and exactly how I bought it after the accident. Since my bumper had to be replaced, the paint job that was done to my car was perfect in the color and quality. I was very pleased with the work that E&M Auto Body Shop did to my brand new 2015 Nissan Rogue. I highly recommend this body shop and I will return in the future if I am ever involved in another accident.
