Do not trust them they’re very incompetentBack in 2019 All they had to do was look at why my car because shakes on the hwy and they kept lying to me and my family about their being nothing wrong with my car and caused drama forced to sell my dogecoin to fix a 1600$ repair. All she had to do was fix the car or tell me there’s something wrong and she can’t fix it. Instead they said there is nothing wrong with it. I could’ve been a millionaire if it weren’t for these people do not trust them!!

Surprisingly a great local shop. I didnt think to go here do to the exterior upkeep or office appearance. My brother in law recommended me here and Im a repeat customer. Honest and fair prices.

This is the second time I bring my cars to get repair. The first time was a brake line they fix it and the price was affordable for being an emergency.The second time they change the shocks an the front outer tie rods once again they were affordable and were on time to give me my car back thanks.

Dawn and Eric both are friendly and we have known them for years, but when I take my car here They either completely fix the problem and it breaks down again within a month if not a week. Or they completely fix the wrong part. For simple things like an oil change, replacing filters, lights and such they are great and prices are pretty cheap compared to other places that charge $200 for something they could have fixed within minutes.

Im very skeptical when it comes to trusting auto repair shops! I took my truck that needed an ac compressor to this place and all I can say is that Im glad I did! Dawn is very knowledgeable and honest! she did the job for half of what others wanted and with a better warranty! must warn you! if you are looking for a shop that is very organize and have clean floors this is not that place! but if you are looking for a job well done at down to earth prices, this is your place to go! me personally, all I care is for a fair price and a job well done! What can I say about this shop? They are honest and know what they are doing. I took my car and they fixed the problem. The following week I took my sons car and I was amazed they got it to work (Another shop near by didnt want to deal with the problem). They know their stuff and like I said they are honest. This is my shop Im going to from now on.

I took my Car here for an Overheating Problem, ERIC the Mechanic told me that it was a Thermostat problem so he change it. On my way to walgreens my Car overheat again, I bring my car back to him and he said ohh then is the Headgasket a Headgasket job is between $1,500 and $2,000. My Problem was NOT solve and I was charge $220 for a Thermostat change That I really didnt need. I took my car to another mechanic and he find out that it was the Intake gasket and now my problem is solve. DONT TAKE YOUR CAR TO A1 AUTO & TRUCK REPAIR. If I would have listen to ERIC I would have spend $1,500 to a $2,000 on a Headgasket that I didnt Need.

This is one of those few remaining shops that still cares about their customer, and not just how much money they can make off of them. They know that old-fashioned customer service and quality workmanship will keep people coming back for years.Ive had several vehicles serviced here on numerous occasions and in each instance instead of giving me a whole laundry list of everything that could be done, they instead give me a list of what NEEDS to be done to keep the vehicle safe on the road.Their estimates are usually dead-on (and often less than I expect). Theres always a time or two when something else is discovered when things get opened up, but its not the sort of shop where your bill will unexpectedly jump.This is not a quick-lube shop, but theyre very reasonably priced for simple fluid changes as well.
