The owner? manager treated my 87 year old mother with the utmost respect and kindness. Customer service was excellent! Now Im back today to get my hair cut!

So I went in today at 11:30 AM to get my hair dyed to the inspiration photo you see below. The first photo, was how I walked into the salon. I had bleached my hair at home, and just needed a color correction. At around 12:45 AM, I finally was able to see Saxon, the color specialist. She was very friendly, and got my input on the color prior to her dying my hair. It took roughly between 1 to 1 1/2 hours to get my hair to the third picture that you see below. Now, it is not very similar to my inspiration photo, but I do like how it turned out. She said the “dark” would fade, but to me, it’s more grey than the photo I showed her. The place was nice, but it definitely does not compare to a solo stylist. It was also much cheaper than other quotes for my hair, which I am happy about. I probably will go back, but not for a while.

Staff was friendly. Haircut turned out alright, but was much shorter than my instruction. Price seems more mid-range than affordable, but thats splitting hairs.

Got a pretty sub par hair cut here. Its a good place to get in and get out with just about three best haircut you can get in that short amount of time.

Called before I came since there is no check in online. They told me it was a 30 minute wait. Online hours said they closed at 5:00pm on a Sunday. I rushed over and arrived at 3:20. The doors were locked and the closed sign was out. I called back and they told me they changed the hours and had not updated google or the website and technically they didn’t have to because they were a franchise. This is obviously not a reflection of the stylists ability to cut hair but speaks volumes about their professionalism and customer service. I won’t be going back!

My favorite place to get my haircuts

Staff was amazing and had great customer service skills HOWEVER. I explained EXACTLY what I wanted to my stylist and she gave me the opposite of just that. I explained that I wanted my ends trimmed but to avoid making it look as a blunt cut because I do wear hair extensions. She decided to “texturize” my hair and gave me “fly aways” (toon the scissors about in inch away from my scalp while the rest of my hair is to about my collar bone) all throughout the crown of my hair. Now I have fly aways and a BLUNT cut. I was very unhappy with my haircut but didn’t want to risk them “fixing” it and losing more length on top of what I already lost.

Great service. They do know how to do their job. I just think almost 20 a regular cut for a man its a little bit pricey compared to other places Ive been.

Got a flyer in mail advertising discounted pricing on haircuts. Checked in online, arrived 15 min. early and waited my turn. I watched as not one, but two walk-ins got service before me, as staff called my name, but got shut down by another staff member and was instructed to serve walk-ins prior to me, while being told I was next in line. Took my coupon and business to Great Clips. Served immediately at their location just down the street. Tons of instruction needed to be relayed too staff. You can take the reservation, you just cant keep the reservation. Also, no bickering in front of potential clients. Color me a Great Clips fan!!

Sometimes theres a bit of a wait but its never very long. Jenika does an amazing job every time. Ive always been pleased with this location.

Good spot; nice girls, check in online. They let me know they are not affiliated w/ the other supercuts in abq, kinda different. Also, have the girl check 2x before you do a hard part/line in.... she missed my original one... it was 4 weeks grown out, but now I kinda have two... lol.

Always amazing service, great and friendly barbers and stylists. Will always do exactly what you want and yoir hair will be great. You can not go wrong coming here most times there is little to no wait. You always have the option of calling ahead as well. Thank you for always making sure I look my best at a great price.

We came at 6:20 PM and they don’t close til 7:00 PM... then there’s a very rude lady and she just kicked us out the door saying they closed at 6:00 even though on the door it clearly says closes at 7:00... guys never ever come here it’s horrible service!!!

Just so happened to drop by on their grand opening. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Quick work with good results on both my boys haircuts (6 & 4 year olds). Someone e new location their wait times should be much better for the first few weeks.

Waited 40 min for a haircut that was not even cut to the length I asked. And it should never take 30 min to do a haircut. Should not have someone who doesnt know what they are doing on the floor alone EVER. And defintely not less than 2 people. If Amanda or Stacey are not there in the future I will come another day!

Haircuts that rival any Barber and found out most of the staff is cross-trained as barbers! They are fast courteous and friendly. I would recommend going!

Staff is super friendly, but Im probably never going here ever again. The past two times Ive gone here, Ive asked for a specific haircut (I know how to style hair) and Ive ended up walking out with some sort of Mullet-Bowl-Cut hybrid. Not too happy. Also, this place is on average 30% more expensive than other hair cutting locations in the area. Shop around.

Come for the haircut, stay for the rude, nasty attitude. Hindsight: Should have walked out before even sitting down. Lesson learned. I went there for a simple haircut... and unfortunately got Michelle, who in 2 sentences was raising her voice. Nasty attitude before I even sat down. Rude, terrible lady. Like they are doing others a favor. Seems they have enough customers. Been going there since a few years...been ok upto yesterday......this was my last visit. Time to change location/brand.

If you want to get a Supercut Supercuts is the place to get it, its located right off of Unser between Papa Murphys pizza and Jersey Mikes Subs and Five Guys really one of the best hair cutting places around I highly recommend them

When I went to the salon on walmart they butchered my hair I went here and they gave me exactly what i wanted without taking too much more off. I go there for my kids and my boyfriend. Always friendly and get it on point everytime.

Kind of a long wait

I called in advance this time after having had to wait for others who called in. They accepted my check in with a 45 minute wait time. I went in after 45 minutes and was told this franchise doesnt allow call ins, and I would have to wait for everyone there ahead of me, another 45 minutes, even though their website, dedicated to that store, had the advance check in. I had been there in the past and the hair cuts are mediocre. Needless to say, I wont be going back

Employees are nice but avoid if youre wanting low fades or anything other than a basic straight hair cut.... Youll end up with a patchy mess on the sides. It was like she didnt even know what I had asked for, and I was forced to shave off my entire beard at home due to the barber saving down onto my sideburn THEN asking if I wanted my beard left alone before I could say anything. To expensive for mediocre messy cut.

I tried to use the app to check in before going. When i got there about 5 minutes ahead of the time provided by the app they checked in 4 people right in front of me before telling me there were 4 ahead of me and that I would have to wait. According to the manager that replied to my online complaint the store owner (this is a franchise location) has a policy to serve walk in customers first. Save your time and go somewhere else.

Just ok, if theyre busy they dont spend a lot of time on u. Each time Ive got it cut there I have to go back to have them fix something.

I went in for a haircut. A lady named Michelle cut my hair. I asked for a 4 on the sides and a 5 on the top. She just went at it and cut off all my hair and She didnt even change the guards or anything! She just played it off as what I asked for. Very disappointed.
