Whites Towing is awesome! I had them tow my SUV to a repair place from my home. They arrived on time - he was very polite and professional. The price he charged me was the same as they quoted me over the phone. Unfortunately for me, the auto repair place tripled the quote they gave me the day before. I called in to get my car towed and they asked me a lot of questions to figure out the issue. After the questions he figured out the battery was dead. Instead of just tying to get as much money as possible he came out to try and jump start my car. Sure enough it was just a battery issue and got the car running immediately. He also showed up in about 15 minutes to jump the car. Customer service was absolutely incredible and I’ll definitely be using him for any future towing needs

Whites Towing has been my tow guy for years and I always recommend him to those in need. His towing abilities, although good, are not what stand out to me. It is his impeccable customer service. I was headed down 95 South and my tired blew out. I can change my own tire and tried to get the tire off the car but it was stuck. So, I called Whites Towing. Unfortunately, James couldnt make it to where I lived right away. He talked me through getting the tire off OVER THE PHONE! And, he gave me an ego boost making me feel like I had done it alone. We had a blow out on the interstate in our 5th wheel camper and our insurance left us sitting unable to find a company for 4 hours. Breaking down on the interstate is stressful in itself, but for 4 hours with cars and cops blowing by you and no one stopping to help is terrifying. Thankfully the last company out of at least 30 called, was Whites Towing. Though he couldnt accept my insurances form of payment and we had to pay put of pocket, the owner jumped into action and was there in a flash! Within 30 minutes the tire was changed and we were on our way. If it wasnt for him accepting the challenge of changing a tire on that big of a camper, we would still be sitting on the side of the road. No one else would even attempt it. This man was a blessing!
