I bought a parking pass from my property manager valid for 10 days, Hippodrome Apartments in Jackson Ward, and was towed after 1 day. The parking pass is clearly visible even when I picked up my car and paid $135 for the bogus tow. Clearly before they towed my car the pass was even more visible. Clearly they cannot read nor do the honor parking passes provided by the very establishment they are contracted by. When I called about it they said in was parked in the owners spot - there is nothing to denote this information anywhere. They did not even bother to call the property manager, whos information is clearly listed on the pass. Horrible experience.

Their website says they are closed on Sundays with NO EXCEPTIONS (they use all caps on the website for emphasis). My car was towed on a Saturday after 11pm. I called the phone number Sunday morning multiple times and left a voicemail and no one called me back. I go to pick up my car on Monday and they said if I had picked up the car on Sunday I would have avoided the additional holding fee. I mentioned my calls and the website and the guy just chuckled. They also state on the website that they accept cash and/or credit/debit. When you go to pick up your car, they will tell you it is cash only. I dont know how they sleep at night.

This is pretty much a $135 scam. Towed our elderly handicapped fathers car. Then said he would have to find a way to come and get it.Hopefully someone reports them to the Better Business Bureau. How these ppl sleep at night knowingly robbing ppl is beyond my comprehension. A cash only business, so you KNOW they are professional.

My wife got my car towed on 11/9/20. A little bit of background - She borrowed my car because the fuel economy was better than her truck. Shes a professional photographer, and had just finished a week long session in North Carolina. Were from Maryland, and she was passing through Virginia. She and her second photographer stopped at Chipotle for about 20 minutes, and came out and the car was gone. At the end of the parking lot, was a little tow away sign. The guy who towed the car got her all of her work back, as well as the vehicle the same night. With photography, timing is crucial, as very often, the first photos that are available are the ones that get purchased, and they needed to be uploaded that evening. With all of her equipment and computers in a car that was under lock and key, that would have been impossible. Most people would be angry at the $140, but Im just pleased she was able to get my car, and all of her equipment out in a timely fashion, even though all of this happened well after standard business hours. I havent inspected the car for damage, and Im amazed they managed to get an FWD car out of a spot without destroying the transmission, or making terrible flat spots on the tires, but thats a problem for tomorrow. For tonight, whoever was on duty has my thanks, and my gratitude.

They took my car out of my complex that I live in with the correct sticker. Gave me a hard time with getting my car back after their driver messed up. Inconvenienced me by having me to pick up my car when they should have brought it back to me because of their mess up.

They towed my car . When I called the lady said $140 to pick it up at 12 on Monday. Mind you towed my car on a Sunday early morning. When asked her for her name she wouldn’t give it to me . Called Monday to pick my car up the guy says $190 a storage fee. They clearly gotta be broke and using the money for crack. Both him and her were very rude.

Didnt inform me they were closing in 15 minutes when I called to see what the fee would be. They NEED to change their hours to 24 hour if they dont want to piss people off.

If there is less than one star I would give them. Those guys are thefts, trying to tow anyone for no reason. And when you call or come to pick up the car, they are very disgusting guys like the car is theirs and they behave very rude. Rude Rude Rude.
