Very poor service. I originally had phone contact at 2:22 pm with a gentleman that stated that he would would arrive at my location within an hour. At 3:45 pm (1 hour 23 mins later) I tried calling the business # back with no answer. At 4:45 pm I called the business back and spoke with the same gentleman, and he asked me to text him my address and that he would be here in 30 minutes. I asked him was he sure because he told me he would be here within an hour 2 hours before. He chuckled and stated that he would be here and he only received cash as payment. I left and went to get the cash. At 5:35 pm (50 minutes later) there was no show and no call and I tried calling g the business # again with no answer. At 5:38 I sent the gentleman another text asking for an ETA with no response. At 5:55 pm I sent a text stating, and I quote, Nevermind, your services are no longer needed, and called another towing service (All The Time Towing, LLC) with immediate response and service. Again, very poor service and business practice.
