I gave him the address to where my project was located and when he showed up it was like an old friend you hadnt seen for years was coming to help. He had a big smile and such a warm personality. I gave him the basics for what the deal with the car was and he jumped in, the right rear drum brake was seized solid but that didnt stop progress, he got the car up no issues and when the car got to my garage he had some clever tricks to get it off the truck. His professionalism and passion gave me the confidence that I hired the right guy and I cant recommend him enough.

Speedy service at a fair rate. He told me he would be there five minutes from the time I called and he was. Price was $30 cheaper than the company I had initially called. The tow truck driver was very friendly.

Great service! We had a flat tire downtown this evening, unfortunately the we couldnt remove the tire ourselves so we called LT Towing. The truck arrived about 20 minutes later and the tire was changed in about 5 minutes. Very friendly and reasonably priced!

My experience with LT showed me that they were very unreliable. I set up to get a tow at 1:00 today. He called me at 12:34 today to let me know he was on the way. I was busy with work, so I called back at 12:44 and he told me that since I didnt answer, he kept driving past where he needed to go and now he wouldnt be able to get to it today. I looked up reviews and called Hendrico Towing, and they were very friendly and told me he would have someone there within the hour. I realize that there arent many bad reviews for this company, this was simply my experience.

My car wouldnt start two days before I had an appointment at an out of town dealership to replace a recalled ignition switch. Great timing, I know. After reading various great reviews, I called LT the day before and he was willing to set up an appointment to meet me the next day which was awesome! He was on time (early actually), very accommodating, and he was really nice to talk to on the ride to the shop. I was also very happy with the price. He towed my car from Richmond to Chester and it cost less than when Ive been towed in town with another company. I highly recommend LT. He made a normally frustrating situation very pleasant and at a low cost as well! Its good to know there is a trusted individual around to handle any future towing needs.
