This is the worst car rental place Ive ever dealt with. I rented a vehicle that a/c wasnt not working on yesterday and then traded it for what I thought was better and then that vehicle power steering fluid leaked out, so once again I was told I trade it for something else which was on today and that vehicle had a issue as well had just been serviced 🤦🏾‍♀️. The lady that handles the rental agreements is very friendly and would do anything to help a good customer, but the ppl that owns the company shouldnt rent out their vehicles for $65 a day knowing goodness well that the vehicles arent reliable. I highly recommended that no one rents from this place.

I waited for 2 hours for someone to tow my nephew and I. I was referred to Grab N Go. I was told they would be there in 25 minutes and he pulled up in under that time. The rep was detailed, friendly and professional.

Set up an appointment 2 days ahead of time and they didnt show. Every time that I would follow up, they would just extend the ETA another 45 minutes- 3 times so far!

These guys are top notch I called them at 12:30 in the morning they came out from Richmond Virginia picked up in South Hill Virginia and took me all the way to Mount Airy North Carolina I would highly recommend this company to anyone that is stranded in the middle of the night and wants a reliable towing company.

The owner hit my car with his tow truck and when I noticed the damage he refused to give me his insurance information when I called him. He was on the phone when he hit my car and his wife surely did not help at all. In my Opinion! I would not use his services but that is up to you. By law, I will not speak in certain ways but in my opinion the owner is unprofessional and does not deserve anyone hard earned money. I have called the police and they have examined and gave me the proper information to move forward. Grab and go is correct, grab your money and go reckless in my opinion. No stars at all

Worse service. I was stranded 2hrs away from home, waited on the truck for 3 hours (after being told they would be here in 30-90mins) called the company at 8:30pm, and the driver arrived at 12am, the driver did not bother to even look at my car, simply said he couldn’t move my Tesla because the battery was dead (car can be put in neutral) He did not bother to even get out of the truck to talk to me or check my car, he did however get out to get snacks from the gas station where I was parked, and waited for his wife and a child (who were with with) to grab snacks as well. Poor services, the driver had no information on how to move the car or offered a remedy. Worse experience, very poor customer service.

Was driving along this route (screen shot of location and time below) and one of their drivers - black male with short hair in a flat bed tow truck - was driving erratically, tailgating me before finally passing VERY closely on the right going well over the speed limit of 45mph - I was already doing 55mph. Reckless driving that large a vehicle is dangerous, if I hadnt had to turn off I would have called the police.

Awful!! One side of my front bumper is coming off now, due to them.

These guys were absolutely fantastic. Not only did they show up promptly to recover my work van, but they fixed it up for a reasonable price and within two days. They also pointed out several mistakes from another mechanic Id used in the past (Id always wondered why the van has done certain things since I left that other shop). Even though Im an hour away from them, theyre my new go to for honest and proper work. Thanks gang

Id rate no stars if possible. The driver doesnt know the hours for the shop. And no one has any amount of customer service. Also, very poor communication between drivers and dispatch.

Talking bout being quick truck broke down he was there in seconds seemed like and gave me a good deal for towing me!

Vehicle broke down at 2 am, the owner couldnt find any drivers, so the owner got a tow truck, towed my vehicle to the dealership, and gave me a ride home, dont see that from business these days, appreciate ya K.D.

This guy will help you out of ANY fix! He definitely knows what hes doing. When we called for help, he arrived very quickly. And his rates are extremely reasonable, compared to other local tow companies. This man is our hero!!

Last night my moms car cut off and wouldnt start back up. So we called around for a tow. 2 companies had an 1hr-1hr 30m wait but Grab n Go was available and in the area. Keke was very personable and efficient. He made us feel like we had called a family member for help. Throw in a reasonable rate...now he has a customer for life.

I came across an employee of this company while they were hooking up to tow a vehicle and i attempted to ask the employee some questions and he was very short with me and rude! He was acting like he didnt have time for me and literally did not answer my questions. He either said nothing and acted like he didnt hear me or he gave a short unrelated and/or sarcastic reply.I tried asking several times and clarifying that I was trying to get information about the company and services provided.He doesnt need my business apparently and was not shy to tell me so.This gentleman was so rude it prompted me to look up the company just to leave this review. Youve lost my business and I hope you lose more business from people reading this review and hearing that you employ such rude unhelpful employees.

So, I got a flat tire. Called Geico. They sent a not to be named company. They couldnt unscrew the spare from the trunk. They left .I called these guys. They came. They saw. They conquered. In 15 minutes I had my spare on. Super down to earth. Made me laugh while I was having the most crappy 3 hours of my week. I called multiple people. They were the only ones that returned my call and on top of that, immediately! My only problem is that they said 20 minutes and they took about an hour and didnt answer when I called again. Who cares. I was in no rush. It was around midnight. People have a right to fall asleep. Its not like it is a corporation . The excellent service made up for it. THEN they got on the phone with Geico and made sure I was not charged personally. Love love love you guys! Okay, my Opposite-of-a-Rant is over :)

Very expensive went 13 miles and charged $195! Cant complain about the service because my vehicle went from point A to B as instructed but wasnt expecting that price- called around after and given much lower prices- should have done my homework beforehand.
