I couldnt ask for an easier transaction! I had two junk cars to get rid of, so I called Roscoes after looking around online. The selling point was that they come to you and tow away for free. I spoke with someone very nice, answered a couple questions about the cars, had an appointment set up for less than 48 hours later. The tow truck driver was very courteous, he did the paperwork, gave me a bill of sale and cash, loaded up the cars and left. So easy!!!

Had an excellent experience this morning when my car got picked up. The driver, Tommy, was particularly helpful and empathetic, and was willing to work with me through the few issues we encountered during the process. In the end the transaction was able to be completed and was all said and done in no more than 30 mins or less.Thank you Tommy, you really helped me out today.

My car was picked up, bill of sale signed and paid cash on a Friday at 12:00 pm. By 11:30 pm on Sunday five police cars came to my house to question me about the car asking if I was the owner of it. I told them that I had sold it and who I sold it to. I also provided them with the bill of sale. We all know if that many police show up to your house its not just to talk, someone going to jail. Luckily it wasnt me. I dont know what they got going on but if you sell your car to them be sure to contact DMV and take it out your name asap.Update: I was reached out to by the owner of the company who was very honest and apologized to me for the situation that occurred. I really appreciated it.

I got a call back acouple hours after emailing the company, got the cash before the man started towing. The guy that came over to my house was nice he backed up his truck and got ready when me and my family were coming out. He helped me sign my title and worked directly with me he didnt seem to care I was a teenage female (19) he treated me like an adult and never once looked away from me to speak to my grandfather about my vechical an I really appreciate him for that.1year later I used there services again for my park Ave an Dodge neon. Different days an different people. Woman on the phone are nice an the men who tow it are very nice an helpful

Worse business etiquette, they treat you like youre on drugs and desperate. I called the very next place of business and they gave me no hassle or haggle, they only deducted $20 instead of the $100 Roscoe wanted to deduct. I guess if your a white person you might get better and fair service.

They gave me a very fair price and they were able to remove both vehicles in less than 24 hours. The driver called ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. I was at work at the time so the driver helped my wife with the bill of sale and the transfer of title. Sent an online quote on Saturday and received a phone call back on Monday with a higher quote than a local competitor who also told us wed have to tow it ourselves. Roscoes arrived the same day in a very timely manner, was professional and able to tow our car away quickly and easily and paid cash.

My van had been sittin in a parking lot on west cary street and they picked it up from there. It was a tight situation to get the van out but the driver got it done in no time.
