Called for a tow at 1:00 in the morning was told that they would send somebody out it is now 5:00 in the morning and no one has showed up I called the person back to ask what was going on they finally told me they didnt have a tow truck driver available I asked them when they would be available they told me 8:00 in the morning this is supposed to be a 24-hour towing company and they work on their own time would not recommend them to anybody

Driver was very professional and made me feel comfortable during my tow. I had a fender bender on I-70 east. They came fast and worked quickly to get me off the road safely. I highly recommend these guys every time. I thank you and so does the company. I didnt catch the drivers name(Son-inlaw of owners). He is far the best tow driver I experienced

The towing service was fine but they recommended another repair service and took our truck to it but it was very poor service.

The tow guy, Nathan Newton, was very helpful and we are so thankful for him because he helped us find a missing mentally sick person by seeing a post and letting us know where it was towed from. To be honest 170 dollars seems a little high for towing and a little over 24 hours storage.

He hung up on me then refused to answer the phone after I wanted to call around to check prices!! He wanted 150 to pull me out of the ditch, I called Christophers towing and he only charged 75. Call Christophers towing before u deal with this place!!

We called at 9:00 pm and wasn’t sure if we could get someone out that night. They came out and were very courteous and able to get in the locked truck and charge the battery. I would highly recommend this company!

I didnt interact with them I heard people who own/ work at Pardos, was at the capo building on jan 6th. If thats the case shame on you, we are are a democracy & if youre not happy you make it known at the ballot box. In my opinion that was the equivalent of a terrorist attack. Hopefully its not true.

TERRIBLE SERVICE,COMUNICATION, sent 2 guys out 4 hrs later that dont tow trucks, they messed around for a while and gave up, then the real tow driver showed up! we got towed 7 miles, it took 7 plus hours from the initial call!!!! covid has evryone screwed up. just a heads up so you can plan your day!

Called them an hour in advance to make a tow, and they agreed to it. They never showed up, I called them again, and they said they would call me back and they didn’t.

Amazing Service. Amazing People. We had an issue with our motorhome at a gas station/truck stop. We didnt know what to do but a truck driver eating dinner gave me the number of Pardos and even though It was early evening on a Sunday night, Ryan came to our aid very quickly. With the help of another Pardo employee, they took care of the situation and we were on our way home to Arizona the next morning. Thanks guys. And love the trucks!

Car broke down on I-70 Saturday night and they showed up quickly, were very professional, courteous, as well as careful with my car. My car is a low mileage occasional driver and they made sure not to damage anything, which I really appreciated. The driver was extremely nice as well. Very positive towing experience especially given the bad situation I was in.

I’ve had to deal with them for several different issues, some car problems and needed a tow and then some less than desirable issues when my car was towed without my knowledge- but each time I was impressed, intact, I think I was even more impressed the last time - there was a mix up abojt the cost and they ended up honoring the first amount I was told which saved me over $100 - in short the lady was compassionate to me during a hard time, many businesses do not care - I grew up in Houston and have had to unfortunately deal with many towing services but this is the first time I’ve dealt with decent people

Driver was helpful, friendly after being stuck on side of road waiting for roadside service to find SOMEONE to come pick me up. They had my car fixed before my hotel checkout time, and it didnt cost me an arm and a leg.

Whom ever rents out the uhauls needs to learn the system better for faster check out times. Shouldnt take 20+ minutes to check out a uhaul that was already reserved.

Locked my keys in my truck. Driver got here in under 30 minutes and had the door open in 5, all after hours. Their prices are fair too. Its nice to see a business that doesnt take advantage of professional drivers.

Called for a tow man was extremely rude to my wife said it would be 1-3 hours for the tow vehicle on the side of the highway and was asked if they could just call and let us know when they arrived and his response was let me just give you a different number to call for a tow. Apparently they turn away business and will never receive ours. And they only received one star because its the minimum requirement

They had a wrecker out to pick me up in less than 15 minutes. Driver was excellent, helpful and professional. Would recommend them to anyone.

Had one of their drivers tailgating me on a back country road. I was going 70mph and they were right on my bumper. The driver kept crossing the double yellow line too and almost hit some oncoming traffic. Very dangerous.
