I called them this weekend to get my car towed from the shop to my house. They quoted me a time and when they no showed, I called them back. They claimed they has called me but nothing showed on my phone. They told me they would send someone again and gave me a new time. I waited and no call and no show. They told me they would come in another 30 minutes after I had already waited over one hour and then some. I waited the extra time and no show either. My husband called a different company and they were there in 10 minutes. I called to cancel and no apology or anything. I have no idea how these people still have customers. I would not be writing this review if they had the courtesy to call me to let me know there was a delay and given me a choice to wait or cancel.

They dont give you the correct pricing and charge you whatever they feel like. Operator says one price, tow guy charges you a different price. This is not a good business practice. If you give a price to a customer, you need to be true to your word. Very dissatisfied.
