This company helped me out of a jam, moving a 2,400 lb floor safe from Richmond to Prince George after the first company I scheduled canceled, after they were already late. Thomas was able to get an off-duty truck and driver in quickly, and did the job timely and professionally. It cost me more than the first company wanted (they canceled), but much less than a safe moving company. Many kudos, thank you very much guys!

My daughters car became disabled in a Powhite toll lane with our granddaughter. Thomas Towing came out promptly, was very helpful, polite, and professional. They took the car to our home and parked it where I asked with no issue. They charged a very reasonable amount and even gave her a break. They didnt use the circumstances to try to gouge. Hes a sharp young dude and very affable. Worked quick with no fuss. A broken car and getting towed suck. Abin made it a good bit less painful. I called Thomas, the owner, mid-afternoon earlier this week after I’d been involved in an accident and my car wasn’t drivable. He was there within 30 minutes and was very reasonable with his rates!! We had a great chat (given the circumstances) on the way to the body shop, and he even helped me make sure that we dropped it in the right area at the body shop - I feel like I made a friend in Richmond that day!! Definitely give him a ring if you need a tow - he’s dedicated, and a really kind and hard-working guy.

Got my car towed today to a tire place because one one of my tires blew up yesterday. They showed up on time, navigated through my parking lot which is gated, gave me a ride in the truck, secured my car properly, dropped it off gingerly and were generally great all around! Highly recommend!

An excellent outcome to a car breakdown on a major thoroughfare. Thomas was 3rd tow company I called. Telephone customer service excellent. I was assured they would have a recovery vehicle to my location within 30 mins. Recovery truck arrived as promised, my vehicle was quickly loaded and off we went. Driver is professional and genuinely intends to make his part of the experience a good one. Driver went above and beyond the requested service to make sure vehicle got to its destination and that I arrived safely st my destination. My son needed a tow after his car was making a strange noise when driving. We called Thomas and he came right away. He asked us what the problem was with the car, took a look at it and was able to identify the problem (a bent plate next to the rotor, which was caused by the recent replacement of an axle). He fixed the issue by bending the plate back in place and we were able to drive away, so no tow was needed. We paid him a reduced rate for the service call. Spectacular service and a really nice guy! I will call Thomas Towing again.

I live in Raleigh and my engine died on 95. I was able to pull it off near VCU medical. I called another towing company and they were HORRIBLE. They took forever and kept telling me it was going to take longer and longer. I Googled tow trucks in Richmond and found Thomas Towing. WOW! In 15 minutes the car was up on the tow and they just couldnt be nicer. The owner did the job and he was worried about how long I had waited, if I had a ride, and if I was going to be ok.He is so great, that I had the car towed one place and then they couldnt service it so now he is towing it again. Keep this number on file if you live in Richmond. What a great operation. Seriously.

Car wouldnt start, didnt think it was the battery because i had just had it tested and was told it was good, so i called thomas towing and he came and picked it up from vcu campus and diagnosed it to actually be the battery, started her up for me and charged me $80 for the tow, super quick and super professional, would recommend if in a bind in the Richmond area

Abin arrived within 25 mins of taking my call, texted to stay in contact and get address, hooked up my car that wouldn’t start from the rear in my garage and loaded it up on tow truck from city alley, super quickly. Towed to my mechanic down the street, accepted payment via Zelle. Super quick, easy, pleasant to deal with, makes great use of technology. Highly recommend! Cool truck with remote control winch- wish I had take a video for my nephew he would have gotten a kick out of watching!
