My car died on me. On a Sunday afternoon I called almost every tow truck service in the Richmond area. Everyone said they had no flatbed available until morning. After another company continuously said “my driver is on the way,” and never showed up, I decided to give these guys a call. They responded by saying “sure you can leave your keys and we will go by and pick up your car” I felt relieved and headed home in an Uber. That was much appreciated! I arrived home and shortly after so did my car. Luke arrived and was professional kind and very personable. Their customer service was amazing. I locked in their number and do plan to use them if ever I am in need again. Thanks guys

I couldnt be happier with the services. We got stranded on the side of the road in the middle of nowhere. Our insurance couldnt find anyone to pick up our hummer late at night. Luckily we found this company who was so professional and was able to figure everything out with the insurance. Communication, by far, was the best part of the service, starting from the dispatcher finishing with the driver. Luke is my new hero. Had a truck break down late at night on its way back to Corpus. Roy answered and had a guy there within 45 minutes. Great service and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

I began having problems with my car and the wait for the insurance was about 2-3 hours, but was able to call and they said 45 minutes but they were able to get some one there in about 30 minutes!! And were able to help with the transfer and the insurance people too !! Definitely recommend!!

Buentello Wrecker Service was great, and very professional. I called a few different companies,but didnt have any luck. The companies I called said my truck was to big. I drive a 4wd dually. These guys have a truck for any situation you may be in.

We have a Class A Jayco Alante. We broke down in about four miles from Rosenberg. We have AAA for RV’s. Well AAA messed up. We got a call from the wrecker company they assigned to our case. Three hours later we got a call from the wrecker company they assigned and we were informed that they did not have a big enough tow truck to tow us. Well Pete called the Ford agency three miles down the road and Ford sent this towing company to us. In twenty minutes they were there. Hooked us up and towed us to Ford. Their driver, Fred, was very professional. He introduced himself and went right to work. We were surprised and pleased with how reasonable they were.

Got stuck in a bad mud spot on a Friday night, these guys came within 40 minutes and I couldn’t of asked for better service.
