I’ve been waiting for a week to receive a receipt of payment from them. Every time their response is “I’ve submitted the request to the billing department, this can take 24-48 hours.” I asked to be transferred to a supervisor and she responded with a horrible attitude as if I was requesting them to do me a favor.They charged me $625 for a 30 minute job (they said they charge a minimum of 3 hours), fail to provide a receipt of payment, and on top of that they respond with a bad attitude for a simple request.Update (12/18/2019): It has been over a month and I still have note received a copy of the receipt of payment. They responded to this negative review 4 weeks ago, but thats it.

Juan towed my truck for me he was very friendly and efficient.

They did not give me a final price and said it depend on driver and they make me wait for 3 hours and then when driver comes and tow is done driver charges 3 times the money they estimated because he had to push for 30 second and had to jump start the car. So I am never using their service again.
