Made an appointment two days in advance to have my car towed at 10am and no one came or communicated with us. I called a several times, left two really polite voicemails and text messages and didn’t get ahold of someone until an hour later. The woman on the line told me he was on another call and would be with me within the hour. When I asked for a more specific time so I could adjust my appointment at the dealership, she said that he had to go change a flat tire and then he’d be on the way. I asked to confirm that he wasn’t even on the way to the flat tire yet, and she confirmed that yes, he was *about* to go help someone with a flat tire and then he’d be on the way. At this point I had already lined up a back up plan so I just asked to cancel and she said “okay” and hung up. The whole situation was incredibly unprofessional and stressful and I do not recommend them at all. I called Thomas Towing instead and they said they could get me in 45 minutes for just a little more money than Simply Towing.

Tow truck driver was courteous. Called to get location of vehicle and arrived within 30 minutes. Price was reasonable. I Will definitely use again.

Great service, great communicators, they know what they’re doing. Driver is very professional and courteous. Hopefully, I’m not going to need any towing service again but if I do I’ll definitely call them again.

Came to tow my car after it fell off the jack while I was changing the tire and the stud got bent; he ended up repairing the stud and I didn’t have to get a tow after all!! Friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and I’m so glad he was the one AAA sent

Simply Towing was sent to me by AAA when my car wouldnt start. Our technician, Logan, showed up within 25 minutes (AAA said it would be about an hour). Logan determined I didnt have a battery issue, that it was probably the starter. He said the clicking sounded like the starters teeth were worn. With our permission he poked and prodded around the starter, then had us start the vehicle, which started right up! We were spared having to wait an extra hour for the tow truck to arrive and drove the car to our mechanic ourselves. Logan was polite, professional, helpful, insightful, and he taught me something about car engines. He is an exceptional employee.

Great company to use I was stuck on the highway and they came so fast and very respectful drivers only tow company I use now

My guy Lou was there about 30 minutes before the estimated time to pick up my car that wouldn’t start. Very fast and friendly kept good conversation on the long ride from Brandon to Tampa. Highly recommended simply Towing. Will be calling them whenever I need a tow.

I recieved service from this company via triple A and our driver was there in hardly any time. Not to mention it was a difficult job as it was in a crowded, hectic WalMart parking lot! With little space to work with. I forgot our drivers name but he was nice, positive, and it was truly refreshing to not feel that negative trash energy you feel around most tow truckers. If I didnt have triple A they would be my choice of business for sure.

If I could give zero stars I would. These people are thieves!!! They only want money. Very very poor customer service. When called to get info on my car was hung up on twice and then my voicemails and messages were Ignored and not returned. I will never call them for a tow ever again and I suggest you dont either. Just Terrible!
